Same here! Had two high blood pressure readings last week. I’m due April 29th and now have to go in every week for a NST, plus monitoring blood pressure at home. At home, my blood pressure is normal, it’s only elevated at the hospital.

I was induced for preeclampsia (without severe features) and had my daughter on Wednesday. throughout my hospital stay my blood pressure hovered about 140s/80s, sometimes 90s. I wasn't put on any meds for it. It has stayed in that range. I know it's not super high (my highest blood pressure was 175/104) but it still stresses me out! It’s high, especially in pregnancy. Make sure your doctor knows tomorrow. They usually will be checking your blood pressure anyway and urine for protein. But even if blood pressure is normal at the visit, make sure she knows it was high at home.

I was in the same boat and my doctor put me on two baby aspirin a night AND a low sodium diet. I check my blood pressure at home and record it, then bring the results to my appointments. I’m eating about 2,000mg of sodium a day which sucks but my blood pressure is normal for now. It’s definitely lessened since my last doctor visit.
