So, I play VR and the only way I can stop my glasses from fogging up is to put some washing up liquid on them and rub it on, however I've recently got a new perscription with blue-filter lenses, I've read that this method will destroy anti-fog glasses so I'm wondering if the same is true for blue-filter, and I don't really have anywhere better to ask so why not an off-topic gaming forum :D

Most modern phones/tablets and the like have a blue light filter/night mode anyway? That works more than whatever these glasses do.
