Happy Birthday!! We do lazy cakes, which I think are actually a weight watchers recipe. Box of cake mix + a can of seltzer (or whatever carbonated beverage you like) and voila! Super moist cake. For frosting I do homemade whipped cream in the kitchen aid which takes about 2 minutes.

I'll post mine after the 7th, I'm doing the recipe from solid starts but with a cashew coconut frosting. I got a cake topper with her name from Etsy also a cake print wrap that's edible and should stick on. I have only made a few cakes in my life so wish me luck.
