I know a lot of lactation cookies on market are oatmeal. You could try oatmeal cookie recipe with Brewers yeast and flax seed. I try to do oatmeal and fruit 4 times a week because I don't love it. Then snack on oatmeal chocolate chip cookies during week. It is definetly more sugars and calories but I find it has helped me.
