If you are not pregnant or breastfeeding, I suggest pseudoephedrine. It’s an OTC decongestant but it’s sold behind the pharmacy counter (you don’t need a prescription to buy it, but you have to show your drivers license because some people use it to make illegal drugs). The tree pollen gets me too and this decongestant is what makes me feel better!
