Just wanted to post an update in case it might be of use to anyone: Turns out swapping the derailleur for a brand new one fixed the whole thing. Straight as an arrow now. So the derailleur hanger was totally fine, it was the derailleur cage itself that was bent somehow.

Mine got bent badly, I got it straightened, but it seems super soft and I don't trust it for long. Intense doesn't have any, and wont have any for at least 3 weeks, and I can't seem to find any online. Thanks

My derailleur hanger is bent , and I cannot find the type of derailleur hanger to replace it. Also this is a taiwanese OEM frame (Leadnovo LN8.0) that is produced by a company that went out of business, just my luck. Does anyone know the type of the derailleur hanger that is seen in the image?

It’s basically not possible to tell by looking as just a small misalignment can affect shifting. If you don’t have the tool you can do it with a sore wheel - if you have a bolt on wheel it will thread into the derailleur hanger and then you can compare that wheel to your wheel (rotating both to get rid of any out of true errors). The PTFE diameter of the wheel makes it easy to make small ...
