my baby rubs his ear too! I told the doctor and she said that babies like to play with their ears. She said a fever would go along with an ear infection and crying. I also think it’s a tired sign. But I would reach out to your doctor if you’re nervous.

The doctor took one look and said... healthy and has had no ear pain apart from a few ... according to google. The doctor muttered something about my daughters ear canal being gunky and... looked odd. I don't think the doctor explained...
