I honestly don’t get how this shipped. 2k for a phone and you re stuck with an OS that looks like it was designed by a kid. The new “liquid glass” / light border effect is awful, it makes everything harder to read and just looks cheap. Even worse, you can’t disable it. You can turn off the motion, increase opacity but nothing for those light borders that make icons and notification look so ugly. Customization on an apple device shouldn’t be this limited. I’ve been wanting a nice heavy mug to drink out of so I made my own! The wood is Walnut with a forged handle and etched bands. The style is viking inspired but i think it turned out looking pretty fantasy dwarf like as well. I used a capacitance sensor that turns on a ring of LEDs behind some vinyl stickers to block the light in the shape of the runes. Then sanded the wood thin enough for the light to shine through! Picked up Liquid Brun by French Avenue recently and it genuinely surprised me. It opens with a smooth, slightly boozy vanilla and caramel sweetness that feels rich and creamy rather than loud. A soft hint of spice keeps it interesting, and the drydown settles into a cozy amber-vanilla that smells far more premium than the price suggests. Performance has been solid for me, around 7 to 9 hours with moderate projection early on. Definitely feels like a cooler weather, easy-to-wear comfort scent. I actually grabbed this in person after years of ordering from RoyalOud online without realising they had a physical shop. Huge selection and really helpful staff made testing properly much easier. Got the BNIB of French Avenue's Liquid Brun yesterday - Nov 2025 batch. This is my second ME Fragrance. Two sprays in, it starts with the smell of strong cinnamon and orange peel (the only thing I liked). After few minutes there's this strong sweet syrupy smell which is really pungent and unpleasant. After few hours in turns into a sweet caramel, overly sweet and powdery smell which is very overwhelming to my nose. Today, the smell is still lingering in the room where I sprayed yesterday, which is making me feel nauseous. Heard that there are inconsistent batches and maybe maceration will help. For now, I'll keep it locked away and I don't feel like spraying this again. Pretty sure that I'm not into sweet gourmand scent profiles which I'll avoid in the future. Huge fan of clean, fresh and citrusy fragrances. Loving my OG Rasasi Hawas for him which was my previous perfume. Been using Liquid IV for like 3 months? maybe longer. every yt channel I follow recommended it so I finally bought in. stopped yesterday and honestly feel better already which is... weird.. started taking it for gym hydration and just general energy. first week was fine i thought it was working but looking back idk if it actually was or if i just wanted it to work because i spent $45 the taste got unbearable after week 2. that artificial sweetness is just overwhelming, 11g of sugar PLUS stevia in 16oz makes it sickeningly sweet. had to dilute it in like 32oz of water just to drink it which completely defeats the "convenience" thing right.. then the stomach issues started. cramping about 30min after drinking it on empty stomach. thought it was just me being sensitive or whatever but kept seeing other people mention the same thing in old threads when i searched. apparently the high sodium pulls water into your intestines or something But here's what really got me… realized it has 11 grams of sugar per packet. Eleven. thats basically a soda worth of sugar just for "hydration" ... like what am i even doing lol. totally counterproductive if youre trying to stay healthy and paying $45 a month for what? sugar water with salt? did the math and its literally repackaged gatorade at 3x the cost You might say that the sugar free version would solve that.. but it tasted so bad I just gave up on Liquid iv. switched to just plain water with a pinch of sea salt. saved money, feel fine, no weird stomach stuff.. maybe I gotta add some other electrolytes like potassium or something like that. sometimes the simple solution actually works i guess anyway thought id share in case anyone else is having issues with it.. after I get my diy dialed in, might do a diy post submitted by /u/WhisperMyName16 to r/Supplements [link] [comments]

Thought I’d give my thoughts as I had a few people ask me from my previous post and had a couple messages about this, I will be basing this on the quality of the scent, projection, sillage and longevity Quality- the smell on this is so good, it does smell very similar to pdm but the only difference I would say is that pdm smells very smooth compared to LB that kind of burns ur nose abit as the top notes blast in your face. My rating is 8.5/10 Projection- very loud for the first two hours. I wore this today at work and as I walked into the office my colleague said it smells amazing and asked me if I could buy him one. Around the 2+ mark it definitely drops but u could smell this for a long time. My rating is 9/10 Sillage- it definitely leaves a trail of scent as my girl said she could still smell it when I went to close the gate to our flat she said she could smell me after a couple hours of me spraying LB. My rating is 9/10 Longevity- now this is a great performer however this is not a beast mode fragrance. I consider beast mode fragrances 10hrs + on skin. LB lasts on my skin maximum 8hrs with 2hrs of good projection but I was definitely getting whiffs of the smell around the 4hr mark. My overall rating 8/10 My overall rating for this fragrance is 8.6/10, this is definitely an amazing buy and one of my favourite colognes along with after affect. I spent this when it first came out which was £50 now you can see it from some discounts at £35 which is an absolute steal for this scent.
