A normal heart rate is 60-100 beats per minute. You have extra blood flow during pregnancy which can also cause an increase in your resting heart rate.

My twins were 106 and 109 at that gestation. One of them ultimately passed away in the second trimester but the heart rate had nothing to do with indicating why she passed. The other was born healthy. “Normal” for that gestation is 95-110 beats per minute so you are within range and your doctor is just being cautious.

Yes. This is very normal and I'll explain why. So when you're taking a hot shower or bath, blood rushes to the extremities (arms, hands, feet) so blood flow is stimulated to the point where your heart rate can elevate to about 90-110 beats per minute to compensate for the volume of blood being pumped in the body. Nothing to worry about!
