Totally normal. Resting heart rate increases due to increased blood volume, and heart rate increase with activity is also normal.

I heard this is normal to have a higher resting heart rate when pregnant but I just checked mine and it was 106. 🤭 I have anxiety so think that might have to do with it but normally since pregnant it’s been in the 90s. Wondering if anyone else is similar?

I just looked into this yesterday! I noticed my heart rate was SKY ROCKETING when I was working out even though I wasn’t out of breath! I checked my resting heart rate and it’s up to 75-80. I’m normally about 60! After some research, it’s totally normal!

I know during pregnancy it heart rate is a little higher than normal. I don’t have my next OB appointment for another 2 weeks, so wanted to ask here. My resting heart rate lately has been anywhere from 96-111 bpm according to my smart watch. Is that consistent with you all? Thanks in advance!
