Why does it seem like the preferred method of cooking a pork loin is slow cooker or pressure cooker? It's a tender cut of meat. Mine always come out delicious roasted in the oven. It's easier and quicker to boot! What am I missing?

Pulled pork works well. I recently got an instant pot as wanted a pressure cooker. It slow cooks, pressure, saute, air fry, roast. Expensive but space saving

I make carnitas sometimes, in the pressure cooker. Very soft, fall apart and very few ingredients, super easy. Shoulder of pork, so none of those annoying unappetizing chunks of chewy yucky fat and gristle. Around 90mins start to finish. https://youtu.be/bY8tqe7rwQs
