I had TULSA IN March 2020, which ablated 3/4 of my prostate. I was a Gleason 4+3, with a PSA of 17. Seminal Vesicles, pelvic lymph nodes, and bone scan were all clear. I have been checking my PSA every be 3 months. June PSA was 1.5, September PSA was 1.5, but now Dec PSA is 2.2 How concerned should I be? Does this much of a jump indicate that the cancer has returned? Do I need a PSMA test?

Over the past 5 years by PSA has been moving up a little time from 4.0 to 7.1 this past spring. No major changes each time and I try to do it twice a year. Early in Dec I did it and it was 4.0 at my GP office. Did it again a week later before a biospy and it was 4.5 Just seems strange to see it drop that much. Thoughts? (Gleason6 - partially on plant based diet, no other action taken)
