Yes you shouldn’t have a problem with using a spring form pan ! I would just make sure that your proportions/height of your tart is similar to a tart pan . Your sides won’t be sloped, but there isn’t any reason you can’t use the springform . You could also do a free form galette, if you don’t want to use any pan .

Thanks for your advice. I’ll use springform pan next time. My quiche have crust as well, but I didn’t know that the filling will growing up like that. So I don’t anticipate it could be spilled out of the pan (stupid me). Maybe because I add Maizena, or probably the egg is too much — I used 5 ggs.
