I've downloaded the online manual for the Weslo 360R stationary bike twice. I cannot get it to print. Is the manual not free to download as the description says?

My stationary bike has a flexible plastic part that arcs over the top of the pedal. I just take my Fitbit off and strap the band on the plastic part so the back of the band is near the side of my foot and the Fitbit is hanging off the side of the pedal. It thinks I'm using an elliptical and gives me credit for steps.

I am looking for an upright stationary bike (NOT spin style and does not need to be connected to any classes) with a 1k budget. Any suggestions? Thank you.

This morning I did a 65 minute 16 mile ride on the stationary bike. The calories burned that came up for my garmin wrist watch was around 470 calories burned for that ride. I’m a 5’8 135 pound female and wanted to know if this seemed underestimated, accurate, or overly estimated for the calories? My average rpm was around 90-95 and I was definitely sweating a good amount.

That early on, you’re probably fine? But generally biking is discouraged during pregnancy because it’s a fall risk (a stationary bike is fine though)
