Top reasons why this topic is getting popular

1. Effective Sleep Aid

Unisom has been found to be effective in helping individuals fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Its sedative properties help to induce drowsiness and promote a restful night's sleep.

2. Non-Habit Forming

Unlike some other sleep medications, Unisom is non-habit forming when used as directed. It does not lead to dependence or withdrawal symptoms upon discontinuation.

3. Widely Available

Unisom is readily available over-the-counter in most pharmacies and drugstores. Its accessibility makes it a popular choice for individuals seeking a sleep aid without a prescription.

4. Affordable Option

Compared to prescription sleep medications, Unisom is generally more affordable. This makes it a cost-effective choice for individuals looking for a sleep aid on a budget.

5. Minimal Side Effects

Unisom is generally well-tolerated, with minimal side effects reported. However, like any medication, it may cause drowsiness, dry mouth, or dizziness in some individuals.

Little bit nauseous I’m trying unisom & b6 and I have some candies for nausea. And very fatigued. But I never really get symptoms with my breasts being sore or heavy I’m 6 weeks 1 day

@BlasianBabyMama85, not the original person but I was throwing up everyday and had HG, I ended up on zofran and highly recommended it if you’re struggling. Eventually I was able to get by on just unisom at night but when I wouldn’t take it i’d throw up the next day so i weaned off of it slowly. All in all, it was manageable with zofran and unisom

17 weeks with baby number 2 and still sick. I was expecting this because I was sick my whole pregnancy with my daughter. Unisom has been a godsend this pregnancy. I hope it gets better for you! Eat what you can, take your prenatal, and try not to stress too much about it—your baby should be fine with what nutrients you manage to get down.

I’m sure I’ll be there in a few days. I’m 5w1d today. With my second I was sick until 20 weeks and I’m really hoping it’s not the same this time around Unisom and B6 helped. I took half a tablet of Unisom at night and not only did it help me sleep, but it also curved the nausea away during the day.

I'm at my wits end, this is my first pregnancy and I'm at 9w3d and I can barely eat anything without gagging or throwing up. I've been having around 200 calories a day probably less and I'm miserable. I'm taking B6 and unisom. any advice?

I’ve been taking unisom one hour before bed and it helps a lot. I still get to pee once and usually wake up earlier than I want to but before I would wake up at 2 am and not fall back asleep at all. At least now I fall back asleep easier after peeing.

Small frequent meals, lots of water, ginger ale, b6 and unisom, crackers before you get out of bed, ginger candy, ginger tea, sucking on gummy or hard candy, survival!
