One of the hair trends that keep getting back is definitely neon hair. To make your hair neon, you’ll need to create a strong blond base using bleach and then add some neon shades. You can also create an ombre effect using more color on the ends and create a different effect.
When it comes to caring, you’ll have to make sure you’re using the best products because the hair can quickly become washed and malnourished. Neon hair isn't just for teenagers and 20-somethings anymore. With new tricks and techniques, you can wear these crazy hair colors well into your 30s. Lime green, electric yellow, and hot pink are just a few of the neon hair hues sported by celebs like Cardi B and Katy Perry.

What is Parler? Parler is a Twitter-style social media platform that was first launched in 2018. As with Twitter, it's built around a newsfeed of accounts. For those of us who aren't “verified influencers,” Parler is more like watching conversations play out from behind a screen.
Social media allows people to connect based on shared beliefs, political attitudes, ideas, lifestyles, and many more. Parler is one of the youngest social media social network services that conservatives use to express their attitudes without additional judgment. Many journalists connect it with Twitter because of the layout and overall concept.
It’s popular among conservatives and right-wing politicians as it’s a place where all of them can meet and share their political beliefs without getting banned.

This week's edition of the newsletter is sponsored by 🥁.. me, the founder of Treendly!
As you probably know, Treendly is not my only technology product. I'm constantly building new ones with no team, no investments of any kind, and even no CS degree.
In fact, I've got 7 profitable software that I run now - and I build 5 new software on average each year.
I also subscribe to the "open startup" movement: a transparency and openness movement seemingly initiated by Buffer, quickly adopted by companies like Ghost and Baremetrics.
Basically, my company is a glass box: you can see through it. We share app and revenue metrics with everyone.
If you'd like to learn my numbers, when new products are launched, as well as stories from the trenches, opt-in to my newsletter clicking the "Learn more" button below!
