Fresh mozzarella is a sliceable curd cheese that originated in Italy. Traditionally made from the milk of water buffalo (not North American buffalo or bison, as many mistakenly think), its delicate, milky flavor is highly prized.
Fresh mozzarella is considered to be one of the healthier cheeses due to its low fat and sodium content. Water buffalo's milk mozzarella is more nutritious than cow's milk mozzarella, with higher concentrations of calcium, protein, and iron, as well as being lower in cholesterol.

Electric kettles certainly have a lot going for them. They are energy-efficient and heat water quickly. You can even control the water temperature on most of the newer models, a feature that tea and coffee aficionados love. It also shuts off automatically, so you never have to worry if youโre boiling water for tea and get distracted on a phone call.
With an electric kettle, you donโt need to go to the kitchen every time you need a cup of tea or boil a glass of water. Just place the kettle wherever you feel convenient and make your favorite beverage within a short span of time.

This week's edition of the newsletter is sponsored by ๐ฅ.. me, the founder of Treendly!
I built my career, and lots of profitable software products around a simple idea: collecting third-party data for profit.
Some say data is the new oil, it's not true. Today, data is like water: every company needs it.
Collecting data is more crucial than ever because, think about this: if you have the same data your competitors have, at most, you will have the same results.
You can collect data to improve operations and build custom internal tools, but you can also collect data to improve your product or exploiting new channels for marketing.
So now I'm sharing what I know in a course called "Reverse engineering through technical scraping". Check it out below if you are interested.
