Prebiotics are specialized plant fibers. They act like fertilizers that stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. Prebiotics are found in many fruits and vegetables, especially those containing complex carbohydrates, such as fiber and resistant starches.
Prebiotics are foods (typically high-fiber foods) that act as food for human microflora. Prebiotics are used to improve gut microbiota balance as they are a source of food for your gut's healthy bacteria. Prebiotics are in foods such as whole grains, bananas, greens, onions, garlic, soybeans, and artichokes. In addition, probiotics and prebiotics are added to some foods and available as dietary supplements.

Soil is a substrate for plants to grow in. Soil provides support, nutrients, and a network of water and air to the plant's roots. Plants can grow without soil, but they will need structures to support them, the correct amount of water and air to their roots, and ample nutrients.
Soil is composed of both minerals (derived from the rock under the soil or transported through wind or water) and organic matter (from decomposing plants and animals). The mineral portion of soil is identified by its texture. Texture refers to the relative amounts of sand, silt, and clay in the soil.

This week's edition of the newsletter is sponsored by š„.. me, the founder of Treendly!
I built my career, and lots of profitable software products around a simple idea: collecting third-party data for profit.
Some say data is the new oil, it's not true. Today, data is like water: every company needs it.
Collecting data is more crucial than ever because, think about this: if you have the same data your competitors have, at most, you will have the same results.
You can collect data to improve operations and build custom internal tools, but you can also collect data to improve your product or exploiting new channels for marketing.
So now I'm sharing what I know in a course called "Reverse engineering through technical scraping". Check it out below if you are interested.
