Did you scroll down to the green section with the low fodmap foods? The only common fruit to avoid are apples. Bananas, most berries, grapes and oranges are good. For vegetables you can have carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, green beans, squash and zucchini. Rice is also good. It may not work for everyone but just a place to start if you have problems with digesting certain foods.
