Garvee 4 Gallon Battery Backpack Sprayer, 4-6 Hour Runtime, 6 Nozzles, 2 Wands, 90PSI, Trigger Lock, Yard Sprayer for Lawn and Garden $49.99
Thought this looked like a good value with overall positive reviews, 90PSI, multiple nozzles, 4-6 hour run time with removable, rechargeable Li-Ion 8Ah 12V battery. just used mine today. I only used 3 gallons but this thing worked AWESOME compared to my hand pump sprayers I've used for decades and much better than my ryobi sprayer. not a single leak and it sprayed with an incredible stream. i'm old and 6'5 and live on an acreage. bending over to pump up my sprayer to roundup around the house barn and 40 or so trees was killing me. this thing was a breeze!

RE:back pack sprayers
Been considering a backpack sprayer for herbicide. The hand pump ones are generally under a hundred dollars, the battery ones a couple hundred. I get a little tired schlepping the two gallon pump ups around and seems like you always pump more than you spray.

20v backpack sprayer
Anyone got one of these? I got one a few weeks back and find it seems to drip from the nozzle when you've turned off the trigger. Pretty consistently actually. Unlike a cheapo 5l hand held sprayer or 12l knapsack. Pressure seems a bit all over the show even with a 4ah battery whether it's on high or low setting. Maybe I just have a dud? submitted by /u/NetBig9015 to r/Parkside [link] [comments]

Pest Control: Tips to make 15L Knapsack/Backpack sprayer more comfortable?
I work an ecology/enviro role in a remote location in SE Queensland, Australia. We use 15L backpack sprayers for herbicide application ~ long hours/uneven rocky terrain and quite frankly it’s kicking my a**. I am fairly small in frame 5’5”/58kg, female. The webbing on the shoulder straps are basic and after a few hours it really is painful, I also find the spray handle/trigger to be uncomfortable after extended use. Anyone modified these with something effective? Work isn’t going to invest in smaller or electric sprayers unfortunately. Just hoping someone has had success with something like a shoulder padding they’d use got tactical harness or something. Help, I’m sore. submitted by /u/No-Armadillo8312 to r/ecology [link] [comments]

DeWalt Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer - Phenomenal
The DeWalt battery powered backpack sprayer is phenomenal. It's the best damn backpack sprayer I've ever used. I had a Flowzone Cyclone 3 battery powered sprayer where the pump died after 4 months of residential use. I probably used the sprayer 2-3 times per month. I could use my DeWalt batteries with the Cyclone 3. The Fountainhead Group manufactured the backpack sprayer for DeWalt. They know how to build a backpack sprayer. Granted, I noticed they made the same sprayer for Craftsman too. Nothing beats just sliding your DeWalt battery into the battery compartment and turning the switch on. submitted by /u/Weak-Bother-6765 to r/Dewalt [link] [comments]

Milwaukee 4 gallon backpack sprayer?

I'm looking for a Backpack sprayer that's better than Flowzone.
I use to love flowzone backpack sprayer but they decided to switch to cheap unreliable parts especially the pump. The last 3 Flowzone backpack sprayers I bought none of them lasted longer than 2 months. Flowzone backpack sprayers use to last 4 years before needing to be replaced. I see there's brands like DeWalt or Makita that look interesting 🤔 I bought the blue B&G backpack sprayer I will say the backpack is a cheap offering from them and nothing compared to the metal pump sprayer that will last many years. They cheaped out on parts it's inferior to Flowzone and is the same cost. The 1 gallon typhoon is better than backpack B&G although the B&G has a better indoor ultra low volume spray it's just unfortunately bulky so I will pass on using indoors for most applications. Help me find a better backpack than Flowzone I do not care about cost I care about performance and reliability as it's terrible to not finish a route because Flowzone is now like Nike shoes that fall apart so you need to keep buying them. No thank you. Appreciate your help and recommendations submitted by /u/OregonSEA to r/PestControlIndustry [link] [comments]

New Backpack sprayer
Hello. I’m looking for some suggestions on backpack sprayers that I will be using for outside perimeter. Thinking 4 gallon and want to spend around 100-150. I have a Ryobi 2 gallon but they keep breaking every other year and the volume of spray isn’t good. So not sure if I should look at battery or manual pump sprayers. Let me know if you have suggestions and if you have one. Thanks submitted by /u/MrPolly83 to r/homeowners [link] [comments]

Should I use my backpack sprayer or hose end sprayer for large lawn applications of 2-4-D
Southern grass (I presume Bermuda but it's mainly weeds). I have a great battery powered backpack sprayer that I like. Works great for applying different kinds of concentrate sprays. Only problem is when I have to spray the whole lawn, it takes me like 3 hours to mix everything up and walk back and forth to spray everything down. I wind up filling my sprayer around 6 or 7 times with 4 gallons each. If I get something like a generic 2-4-D hose end sprayer to do for my lawn, this would take approximately 20 minutes and just be far easier. For applications like this where I don't need to worry too much about overspray or harming the grass, any opinions on if it's a good idea or bad? Anyone have any experience? submitted by /u/n0fumar to r/lawncare [link] [comments]

Advice needed on picking a backpack sprayer for my boyfriend.
I’m looking for some help picking a battery powered backpack sprayer for my boyfriend that’s comparable to the Yard Mastery Backpack Sprayer. We live in the Northern Virginia (united states) area and he just bought a house with a fairly challenging lawn that he’s making plans for this upcoming spring. When I asked what he wanted for Christmas he specifically asked for the Yard Mastery sprayer and I have been checking to see if it’s going on sale in time but it doesn’t look good. At almost $350, it doesn’t matter how cute he is, I just can’t fit that in my budget. So, I was hoping to check with all the super knowledgeable people on this sub to see if anyone has any solid advice on which one to buy that’s just as good as the one he’s asked for. No, I haven’t asked him if he has a second choice but I will if I have to. What I’d like to do is just surprise him with one that’s going to make him just as happy without either of us having to stress over the cost. If that makes sense. I’ve looked at Field King, Chapin, Dewalt (all of his tools are Dewalt so I thought I’d consider it), and Vevor. Are any of these as good? Better? Truly, any guidance or education would be greatly appreciated!! submitted by /u/o_tiny_one_ to r/lawncare [link] [comments]

Gentlemen, prepare your backpack sprayers. We must hold this line.
“You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of lawn-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts, you will bring about the destruction of the Bermudian war machine". The enemy has begun it's attack at the southwest corner of the border. I have attached photos of the initial attack and the overall battlefield. We must hold this line. Any advice from veterans is appreciated. Ask not what my lawn can do for you, ask what you can do for my lawn. submitted by /u/Cleancut71 to r/lawncare [link] [comments]

Don’t buy the backpack sprayer
So I bought one a week ago on Amazon for convenience. For a test I just put in 4gallons of water and was trying the different nozzles and pressure settings. Before even getting through that 4gallons it died. The troubleshooting section for it is like 3 things and I tested all of them and nothing. It was just dead. So I returned it to Amazon on Sunday and got one from my local Lowe’s. Earlier today I used the new one for the first time and put 5gallons of water/humic acid solution down on the lawn. It worked fine. FFWD to tonight and I mixed 4 gallons of a pesticide solution in it. I got about 1/2gallon into it and it died the exact same way. No blockages in the hose, wand or nozzle. The pump doesn’t even turn on. So I called support and the guy told me it’s a new product so they don’t really have troubleshooting for it. He asked if the trigger turned the light on the battery and I said no, should it? He said “I think so…” He told me to take it back to Lowe’s and if they won’t return or replace it, send it back to them. I’m so pissed to have it happen to me 2x in a week, I don’t even know what to say. submitted by /u/rockcrawlersforsale to r/egopowerplus [link] [comments]

Best Backpack Sprayer in 2025
Hi All, I’m in the market for a good battery powered backpack sprayer and am having a hard time making a decision. I’m between the Petra HD4000, the Flowzone Typhoon and the new ego sprayer. From what I’ve read/researched, you can’t go wrong with the Petra or Flowzone. While the Ego is new for 2025, I’m already apart of their ecosystem and have batteries, but am hesitant since it’s a new product. I’m looking for any/all feedback anyone has.
