Re: Add Custom Attributes to Contact List and User Accounts in office 365 Admin
HR applications like Workday and BambooHR has fields which can use extensionAttributes for your purpose. Microsoft provides 15 pre-defined extension attributes (extensionAttribute1 to extensionAttribute15) that can be reused. You can map your requirements as: Business Unit → extensionAttribute1 Sub-Department → extensionAttribute2 Location Manager → extensionAttribute3

Is Bamboo HR Legit? How's the culture?
I'm currently applying for talent acquisition jobs and got an interview with them. Their website looked okay, but I wanted to see if they're legit and whether the company culture is good. submitted by /u/Revolutionaryrow123 to r/buhaydigital [link] [comments]

Is there actually a difference between BambooHR, Zoho People, and similar tools for a 30-person company?
For a 30-person team, most HRIS platforms feel similar on the surface but pricing, ease of use, and local compliance support can vary significantly. Which factor matters most to you when choosing an HR tool cost, features, or simplicity? submitted by /u/SiennaCollins49 to r/RemoteWorkTool [link] [comments]

Bamboo HR is a horribly engineered app
Dude... bamboo HR developers need to better test their app. Every other week, that damn app makes me think I got terminated. I'm a Software tester of 4 years, so seeing how bad that app is in production blows my mind. I'd be put on a pip if the apps I test for the defense industry had this many bugs. submitted by /u/Thin_Security_3155 to r/recruitinghell [link] [comments]

Anyone here actually switched OFF BambooHR? What did you move to and why?
A slick UI will take you only that far. When compliance fails in India each end-of-the-month, the true expense comes out in the invoice. Have you ever turned off an international HRMS system that could not manage the payroll in India natively, and what did you go with? submitted by /u/SiennaCollins49 to r/RemoteWorkTool [link] [comments]

Bamboo+sugarcane farm I designed (~60k/hr+autocrafting)
48x18 (128 sugarcane + 2116 bamboo/module) With 6 modules, 770 sugarcane and 12,700 bamboo stalks total Clean storage room design (1M+ storage capacity) Hello! This is a bamboo/sugarcane farm I have been working on designing on and off for the past several weeks. I would like to share it with the community here because I do think it is a viable farm design for late game. It could definitely be more lag efficient, but I am still proud of this. Any ideas to make it better are appreciated. BambooHR or Gusto? [N/A]
Hi, looking into a new HRIS. Currently with Namely, which has not been going well. Currently at about 60 employees with only myself in HR. Looking for feedback on anyone who has used Gusto or BambooHR? Would be interested in all features, including Benefits and Payroll. Any other suggestions of HRIS I should consider? Thanks! submitted by /u/nothingbutab0t to r/humanresources [link] [comments]

Any feedback on BambooHR? [OH]
Hi there, We are a 400 person design firm and are looking to change our HRIS system from Paycom. We manage our time and attendance in our accounting software, Deltek, but everything else is managed via our HRIS. Payroll, benefits, performance, reporting and analytics, ATS, onboarding and offboarding. Our CEO advised we check out BambooHR. Does anyone here have experience with this system? I cannot find much out there for reviews. Of course the competitors say "Bamboo is only for 100 or less." But we have unfortunately learned all of the sales reps in this space seem to lie about what their systems can do and what others can't.... We are also wanting to connect our new system and Deltek without having to outsource building an API. Thanks! submitted by /u/Over_Presentation440 to r/humanresources [link] [comments]

BambooHR for payroll
We have used Bamboo for the last 2 years on the onboarding and employee management side. We have been using a PEO to handle our payroll. We are upgrading to a new ERP system (netsuite) and want to move payroll as well. Has anyone moved their payroll to Bamboo? How is it and would you recommend? We are a construction company and need certified payroll occasionally so wondering how that works for Bamboo. Thank you everyone!! submitted by /u/Sufficient_Try_2372 to r/Payroll [link] [comments]

99% of companies who implemented RTO saw reduced employee engagement
In addition, new data has come out that 1/4 of bosses used RTO (Return To Office) as a technique to get their employees to quit. They gaslit you, saying that it was all about... Culture Productivity Collaboration At this point, I'm not even defending remote work, I'm defending logic and common sense...and NOT LYING. So if it's not actually about getting their employees to quit, then what these executives are saying is: "We believe physical presence is more valuable than generating business outcomes." "We don’t trust you unless we can see you, like a toddler" "We’d rather maintain our old habits than evolve how we lead the company" Sources: 99% metric: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4675401 1/4 metric from Bamboo HR study: "Nearly two in five (37%) managers, directors, and executives believe their organization enacted layoffs in the last year because fewer employees than they expected quit during their RTO. And their beliefs are well-founded: One in four (25%) VP and C-suite executives and one in five (18%) HR pros admit they hoped for some voluntary turnover during an RTO, proving, in some cases, why RTO mandates are layoffs in disguise." submitted by /u/JeffBeachCommute to r/remotework [link] [comments]

Paylocity v. BambooHR [N/A]
I have been tasked with doing the bulk of some HRIS planning. We are under 100 employees (for now) and I manage our benefits administration, plus just about everything else. If you had to choose between Paylocity and BambooHR, what would you do? Looking for any insight, especially anyone who has hands on experience with implementing and using both of these. HRIS shopping - Rippling vs. UKG Ready vs. BambooHR [N/A]
My company is looking for a new HRIS to consolidate our current HR tech stack and save money (ADP WFN, Lattice, Greenhouse). Our current top contenders are UKG Ready, BambooHR and Rippling. I'd love to hear everyone's experiences with these platforms! I like UKG Ready a lot, but I hear implementation is a beast. Bamboo seems really clean and simple, but maybe too simple for what we need. We have ~350 employees, mostly in the US and some in India. No big growth plans. The India employees would only be using it as an HRIS, they are paid through a different platform All full-time exempt, but occasionally we have hourly interns We have ~30 payroll operating states submitted by /u/princess_sprinkle to r/humanresources [link] [comments]

Chatted w/BambooHR today
I'm working multiple contracts at the moment, currently about to start another. The new contract uses BambooHR, same as another contract I'm on currently. I called them and asked specifically about this, and they stated that the systems are completely different instances of BambooHR. The only issue is you won't be able to use the same email to login/create an account. So if the urls for the login systems are different, for example: companyA.bamboohr.com companyB.bamboohr.com You're totally safe, just use a different email address to create an account. So if you have to deal BambooHR, rest easy! submitted by /u/MorningJunior7170 to r/overemployed [link] [comments]

Both compaies using Bamboo Hr
Hi! Just received an email from J3 to my personal inbox subject: "Welcome to ", from Bamboo HR, same platform usted by J1 (received same email 2 years ago J1). Just in case I signed up with another email and was careful to not complete any government ID number, think I'm safe, but asking here for additional information o some anecdotal data submitted by /u/availablesix- to r/overemployed [link] [comments]
