my LO is the same. its pretty normal! she is starting to take longer naps at 14 weeks old. but for the longest time its been cat naps anywhere from 30-60 mins 3-5 times a day. she sleeps 7pm to 7am with 1 feed at 4am/5am sometimes.try a baby carrier so you can get things done. your LO might fall asleep in the carrier too!
