How cover works in 11th?
To anyone watching the ongoing streams, have they mentioned cover will work in the new edition? Mainly units with multiple models. Currently cover is determined by the individual model. But in 11th speed rolling is standard so a 10 man unit will either have cover or they don’t? If that’s the case I hope one model being in cover doesn’t give the WHOLE unit cover. submitted by /u/Benzerkr to r/WarhammerCompetitive [link] [comments]

Do electricians have insurance to cover property damage?
Just had an electrician come out to address a dead GFCI outlet in our master bath. The outlet is set into the mirror and while working on it, the electrician cracked the mirror. He’s a young kid and is rightfully freaking out because the owner of the company is making him replace it out of pocket. The company is asking us to work directly with this poor kid to reimburse us instead of the company. This is bs right? They should have insurance to cover these sorts of incidents? It’s a huge custom mirror that is roughly $1200 to replace (with install). So I’d much rather bill the company. Any advice is appreciated! Quick update: Company is insured, yet still trying to stick it to the kid. I’ve got a call with the owner tomorrow to square this up. We’re absolutely making sure this doesn’t fall on the kid. Even better, we’ve got connections to a much better company that we’re referring the kid to. No guarantee he’ll get the job but it’s worth a shot. He’s clearly unhappy where he’s at. We’re also considering a new mirror setup. Previous owners created that mess and it’s not something we intend to keep the same. Thanks for the advice y’all! I’ll update tomorrow after I talk to the owner POS. Update 2: I spoke with the owner today and worked it out. I honestly used a lot of the talking points seen in this thread, so again, thank you all! He wasn’t as slimy as I had worked him up to be in my head but a shithead nonetheless. The kid is off the hook and is expecting to reach journeyman this winter. He said he’d reach out to the referral company once he does. And since a few of you asked, neither the company nor kid are part of a union. And I’m in Texas to answer another common question. New mirror setup is coming next week and not nearly as expensive as originally estimated ($800ish). We’re going with a new design, that isn’t a disaster waiting to happen. submitted by /u/mateodetres to r/AskElectricians [link] [comments]

So I stopped using "cover"...
So, I notice that "cover" REALLY seems to amplify static and noise artifacts each time I use it. When I use "sample" instead, I am noticing a huge improvement in quality, even if the sampled track is already noisy with alot of static or artifacts, etc... so my question to the devs is simple: is there any reason to use "cover", when "sample" does the same thing, but significantly better? I may be late to this conversation, but I'm just throwing my take out there: "cover" now just seems like a redundant and inferior option to "sample" all around. submitted by /u/Pyronyx3 to r/SunoAI [link] [comments]

Can I cover this or is it fixable?
I got this tattoo at a flash event about 2 years ago and a year after I got it I ended up going back to the artist for another tattoo(stupid idea) and he flat out said that looks like shit who did that I was like you did and so he agreed to fix it for free but now it it looks rather phallic and it first looked like a sausage and I’m not sure if it’s fixable or if I can cover it up submitted by /u/HarrysLilToe to r/tattooadvice [link] [comments]

AITA for making my coworker miss his proposal because I wouldn’t cover his shift?
I (29F) work at a restaurant with this guy we can call him “Mark” (idk,M). A few weeks ago he told everyone he was planning to propose to his girlfriend during a concert they were going to, and he kept hyping it up nonstop. The problem is that he scheduled himself to work that same night and apparently forgot to request it off. A few days beforehand he started begging people to switch with him. Nobody wanted to because it was a Saturday night shift. He eventually asked me because I technically wasn’t scheduled that day. I had a pretty full week, (personal stuff) and i didn't really feel like it so i told him i can't cover it. He kept asking and was asking me what plans i have but i didn't (if your wondering why he didn't ask the others one of them was flying and the other one had something specific i don't remember. So Mark had to work. Apparently he tried to rush to the concert after his shift, but by the time he got there the moment he planned was ruined because the band had already played their big final song. He ended up proposing afterward in the parking lot and according to him it “wasn’t special anymore.” After he was a little psasive agressive to me and complained a little that i ruined it. But I feel like forgetting to request off for your own proposal is not my responsibility. AITA? submitted by /u/Turbulent_Warning427 to r/AmItheAsshole [link] [comments]

Any cover up ideas or ways to make this look less satanic.
So I got a couple tattoos for my brother after he passed a few years ago. This is one of them. It’s from an anime about brothers, and I do like the meaning behind it, but visually it kind of reads like a pentagram. It’s also pretty exposed when I wear shorts. Now that I’m a dad, walking around looking like I’m super into Satan isn’t really the vibe I’m going for anymore. I’ve been thinking about covering it maybe something like a sick ass panther but I’m not sure what would work the shape. Anyone have ideas? Edit: wow this really blew up. Apparently there are way more FMA fans out there than I thought. I’ll definitely keep the transmutation circle intact, but I may add more Fullmetal-themed stuff around it or tweak it a bit so it looks less occult-ish. Maybe soften the outer edges or work in some floral elements or something. Honestly didn’t get a ton of actual cover-up suggestions lol. Most likely I’ll just leave it as-is and switch from a Speedo to board shorts when I take my daughters swimming. submitted by /u/granhoser to r/tattooadvice [link] [comments]

What is an album cover that was so bad it haunts you?
I will go first. For me, it’s the Eenie Meenie cover with Sean Kington and Justin Bieber. It’s my FAVORITE JB feature and the cover sends me so bad every time I play it. It genuinely looks like Scooter blasted it out in Pic Art when he was drunk. It sends me every time. Like holy shit is it bad. A close second would be the Bang Bang cover for Ariana Grande, Nicki and Jessie J. They literally took screenshots from music videos and random photo shoots and spliced them together 😭 submitted by /u/Consistent_Time_1467 to r/popculturechat [link] [comments]

BREAKING: After Maxwell deposition, Rep. Stansbury alleges massive Epstein cover-up
House Oversight Democrat Rep. Stansbury exited a closed-door deposition involving Ghislaine Maxwell, issuing explosive accusations about a wider cover-up tied to the Epstein case. According to Stansbury, investigators are aware of dozens of associates, family members and individuals linked to Donald Trump appearing in related files. She claims the U.S. government is engaged in an active effort to suppress the full scope of what she described as the largest sex-trafficking and influence-peddling scandal in U.S. history. Stansbury alleges that Trump sits at the center of this network, accusing federal authorities of shielding powerful figures while key information remains sealed.
