Entire large 11" dinner plate full **just** 379 calories, 55g protein, 43g fiber! And just 12 net carbs for the low carb folks WITH the strawberries and yogurt! ZERO carbs and only 306 calories if you take those out! 😋
First - no, my pics aren't AI, or even AI edited. Please remember that humans **ARE INDEED** still capable of creative artistic expression and quality photography. 😄 I use a 10+ year old photo editing app to adjust contrast, brightness and hue if needed and usually use a "blur paintbrush" tool to manually soften the background so the food is showcased. I never touch/edit the food or plate itself. 😄 Now... on to my meal comments! :D Managing nutrition and/or weight goals doesn't have to equal suffering!!! AT ALL!!!! Look at this gorgeous, delicious, filling breakfast absolutely PACKING in the protein and fiber!!! Super satiating, satisfying, warm, sweet, and absolutely delicious!!! This breakfast was my first time trying sugar free maple syrup and folks - I could tell NO DIFFERENCE at all!!! It was great! I used the Maple Grove Farms brand - 10 calories for 2 tbsp and I didn't use nearly that much (so didn't even bother including it in the macros). Used Lewis Bread white bread (35 cal per slice), sprinkled with a bit of Lakanto powdered sugar (zero cal, taste just like the real thing!) and viola! Gorgeous, delicious, LOW CALORIE, HIGH VOLUME breakfast!!!! This is the type of meal that puts managing nutrition and weight goals on EASY mode!!! I'm definitely not suffering! For the French Toast, follow whatever French Toast recipe you like best, but this is what I used and was the perfect amount for these slices. :) · 1 egg · ½ cup egg whites · 2 tbsp milk (I use my store's knockoff brand of the Fairlife skim milk) · Cinnamon and mineral salt (sorry, I didn’t measure! Measure with your heart. Ha) Preheat your griddle to medium low. Mine at 325 was perfect, griddles vary so adjust as needed. Dip your bread sliced into the egg mixture then place on griddle and bake until golden on first side. Flip and repeat. Sprinkle with Lakanto Powdered Sugar substitute (or your preferred replacement) and Maple Groves Farm Sugar Free Maple syrup (or your preferred replacement). ENJOY!!!!!! TIPS: · Use a container that is barely bigger than your bread slices!!! If you have one of those Tupperware containers for sandwiches that are almost the exact size of bread slices, those work great! I happened to have a flat bottom glass bowl that was just the right size. · If you have a container that doesn’t spread the mixture out too much, you can dip/dunk the bread in where it is actually submerged, literally UNDER the surface… OTHERWISE, a good portion of your spices, floating on the top, are just going to stick to your first slice you dip. · When you take your French toast slices off the griddle, put them on a cooling rack (I use the toaster oven rack) for at least 60-90 seconds to cool off just a bit. If you put them directly on the plate, steam will form between the toast and the plate and make the toast soggy. :) submitted by /u/KathyEatsSmart to r/LowCalorieCooking [link] [comments]

Low calorie sweet snacks? I need my sugar fix without the calorie bomb
So I've accepted that I can't just stop craving sweet food. I've tried. Multiple times. The "just don't crave sugar" advice doesn't work for me. My brain wants something sweet after dinner and if I don't give it something reasonable it will choose something unreasonable for me. What low cal sweet snacks do you eat that actually satisfy the craving? Not just "eat an apple" level suggestions please. I need things that feel like treats or my brain won't accept them as a substitute. Currently spending 200+ cals on ice cream every night and I know I can do better. submitted by /u/mrybluur to r/CICO [link] [comments]

My rotation of low calorie meals
Hey everyone! I’ve been really happy with my meal rotation lately and it’s been a huge part of helping me stay consistent with my calorie goals and continue making progress on the scale (down 52 lbs since November). A big reason this has worked for me is finding recipes I genuinely enjoy cooking and eating. Going from eating out every day to cooking at home was a pretty major shift, and since I absolutely hate meal prep, having a handful of dishes I can throw together quickly has made things much easier. Most of these meals take around 30 to 45 minutes, and by reusing a lot of the same ingredients across recipes, I’ve cut down on food waste, prep time, and grocery shopping headaches. I also have a pretty big appetite, and one of my biggest pet peeves with online recipes is when they look amazing but the macros are based on tiny portions. These meals are all high-volume and really filling, so I can eat satisfying portions while still staying on track. My wife loves them too (especially the lentil soup), and cooking dinner has honestly become something we both look forward to. They also make great leftovers for lunches. Below are the meals in order of the photos, along with calories and macros. You could probably make some of these even lower cals if you have access to fat free sauces. Chicken Stir Fry Serving size: 365g 292 calories — 33g protein, 8.8g fat, 23.7g carbs Usually served over 200g cooked white rice (+260 calories) Chicken & Red Lentil Soup Serving size: 416g 358 calories — 29.9g protein, 38.2g carbs Served with fresh cilantro, dill, parsley, and lemon yogurt (+48 calories) Soy Honey Garlic Salmon Serving size: 152g 272 calories — 25.7g protein, 15.4g fat, 9.8g carbs Usually served with 125g cooked white rice (+195 calories) and 100g steamed green beans (+37 calories) Greek Marinated Chicken Plate Chicken serving: 121g 205 calories — 33.6g protein, 7.4g fat, 1.5g carbs Served with: 125g Yellow rice: 156 calories — 3.1g protein, 1.5g fat, 31.5g carbs 45g Tzatziki: 25 calories — 2.1g protein, 1.2g fat, 1.3g carbs 135g Greek salad: 176 calories — 6.3g protein, 13.8g fat, 8.2g carbs 50g steamed green beans (+18.5 calories) Southwest Chicken Salad Serving size: 300g 406 calories — 48.2g protein, 12.1g fat, 27.4g carbs Pan Sauce Chicken with Mushrooms Serving size: 223.7g 336 calories — 33.6g protein, 18.4g fat, 6.4g carbs Usually served over 200g white rice (+260 calories) Chicken Fajitas Serving size: 198.7g (two large tacos) 229 calores — 34.9g protein, 6.8g fat, 6.4g carbs Served with: Diego Sourdough Wraps (2): 200 calories — 2.9g protein, 3.3g fat, 22.0g carbs 40g Sour cream: 93 calories — 1.4g protein, 8.7g fat, 2.6g carbs 57g Salsa: 16 calories One quick note: the rice and addons aren’t included in the headline serving sizes, but I listed the portions and calories for how I usually plate each meal below. You can easily scale them up or down depending on your goals and appetite. Hope this helps anyone as much as this has helped me. Happy to share recipes or cooking tips if anyone’s interested! EDIT: It took me a while to write out all the cooking instructions and export the ingredients from MacroFactor, but I’ve finally put together the recipes above into a printable PDF for everyone who asked. Just a quick disclaimer: I’m not a dietician and nobody has formally reviewed this, so there may be some mistakes or inaccuracies. If you notice anything that seems off, feel free to let me know and I can update it. Hope you enjoy! Is 2000 calories too low? Stalled hard.
I’m a man aged 30. Work from home desk job. 185cm tall. Fair bit of muscle but flab too. Last BF% was 23.7%. Started at 255lbs and now 228lbs but I’ve been stuck for 3 weeks or so. Previously I was losing at least 2.5lbs a week. I have a steady routine of 7500 steps a day, weight and cardio session 5 days a week. I’m eating about 2000 calories a day, it honestly feels like plenty of food to me. Breakfast is a protein shake with Greek yoghurt and frozen berries. Lunch is usually eggs or leftovers. Dinner is usually low carb high protein around 6/700 calories. I am meticulous with calories. I even weigh my olive oil I cook with. I don’t drink any calories just black coffee and water. Why the hell am I not losing weight, it’s weird! submitted by /u/Content-Tap-2778 to r/loseit [link] [comments]

What low-calorie swaps have made the biggest difference in keeping you full during a deficit?
Volume eating has been the key to not feeling deprived while staying in a 600 calorie deficit. I swapped regular rice for cauliflower rice, pasta for zucchini noodles, and added massive amounts of leafy greens to everything. A typical dinner is now a huge bowl of stir-fried veggies with shrimp or tofu over shirataki noodles, around 450 calories but feels like a feast. Breakfast is oatmeal bulked with frozen berries and spinach blended in. Lunch is giant salads with tons of cucumber, tomatoes, and bell peppers. These changes let me eat way more food for the same calories and I rarely get hungry between meals anymore. I'm in the suburbs of Atlanta and shop at the same chain grocery so nothing exotic. What other swaps have people discovered that pack the most volume without adding many calories? submitted by /u/FrostAngel11 to r/Volumeeating [link] [comments]

I 62F have lost a lot of weight and my daughters/ 44F and 38F and granddaughter 22F seem to be angry/resentful towards me because of it. Besides gaining the weight back, how can I fix the relationship?
I 62F have 2 daughters A 44F and R 38F, and granddaughter H 22F. I’ve known them all their lives. I thought we had a good relationship. Now, I don’t know. Is it me or did raise mean girls? I have worked really hard the past 2 years and have lost over 110 lbs. I watched what I ate, high protein low carbs, no sugars, low calorie, a few treats here and there, and LOTS of walking, work outs and I started playing pickleball last summer. I have been heavy all my life, and 2 years ago weighed 305! Now I am the smallest I’ve been since my 20’s. MY oldest daughter and granddaughter hadn’t seen me in person, since summer and at Christmas they were shocked by my appearance. (I lost 40 lbs since July when I added pickleball to my exercise routine). I overheard the girls talking and it was very hurtful what they said. I wasn’t deliberately listening. I was in the bathroom and they were in the hallway. The comments they made, made me tear up. Saying I look like a deflating balloon, that soon I won’t want to be seen with them (is that how they felt about me when I was so much bigger?). I have never given unsolicited diet advice, don’t make comments about their weight, they are my girls, I wouldn’t say hurtful things to them. I did say I had a bag of clothes (work stuff, business casual I wore on my way down) if they wanted to look before it was donated. I am just a couple sizes smaller than 2 of them and about the size of the 3rd. I have 40 lbs to goal. I didn’t push it, just said the stuff is in their father’s (my late husband’s) closet. Granddaughter said she didn’t want to wear “grandma” clothes. Fair enough, I wouldn’t want to wear, the leggings and crop tops of 20 somethings. But the way they all looked at each other and snickered, is what got me. MY granddaughter 22F said I looked more wrinkly now I’ve lost weight, and during dinner when I only took smaller portions, no sweets, my oldest who I hadn’t seen in a few months said in kind of a snarky way “Isn’t our food good enough for you anymore? Too much fat?” I responded I have to be careful to keep losing and keep the weight off. The comments kept coming, from all three of them, like “who wants pie, I’m sure YOU won’t want any, you aren’t greedy like us”. I did have a sliver of the pumpkin pie my granddaughter made. (My favorite)And then after dishes my daughter laughed and said Are you gonna go walk off the 200 calories you ate at dinner or hang around us a while?” Granddaughter laughed and said “I doubt it was 200, more like 60.” FYI, I had a small slice of ham(daughter 38F made), and a bit of prime rib, daughter 44F made), a serving of sautéed green beans(I made) not the green bean casserole (DIL 40F made and seemed irritated I didn’t eat it)a half of a baked potato, and a small Hawaiian roll. I didn’t turn anything down, just didn’t choose it from the buffet. I didn’t think I would be judged. When everyone left I had a good cry. I felt like I’d been bullied by a group of mean girls. I had read that people who lose weight aren’t treated the same by friends and co-workers, and I know I am treated different at this weight than at 300 by service people and the doctor’s office, but I didn’t expect it from my girls. My own family. How can I fix this? Do I address it as a group, individually, or ignore and hope it stops. submitted by /u/notryksjustme to r/relationship_advice [link] [comments]

What are your EASIEST low calorie dinners?
Gang, I'm talking lean cuisine. I'm talking either a meal that takes 10 minutes or a meal you throw in the oven/microwave and leave it. we're going grocery shopping in a few days and I'm in charge of my dinners and snacks mainly- I have snack ideas already, but I need some dinners that won't kill me to make nightly that are healthier, plus hopefully tasty. submitted by /u/The_Thunderdome420 to r/1200isplenty [link] [comments]

Low calorie meals I’ve been loving lately!
I started with lots of protein powders and lower calorie processed foods, I’m trying to move to making more at home and eating more clean/Whole Foods! All of these meals lately I’ve loved and have all been under 500 calories, usually they all end up being around 300! I love to snack, so I usually have 300 cals for breakfast and lunch, and save a bit for a sweet treat or a larger dinner! 1) sourdough toast with a side of fage 0% yogurt, 1 banana and honey 2) protein oats with simple clean eats protein powder, banana, SF maple syrup 3) Turkey feta spinach meatball with oven roasted sweet potato and green giant cheese rice cauliflower and broccoli 4) sourdough with homemade guac and an over egg, grapes and clementines 5) banana pancakes made with 1 banana, Kodiak pancake mix and 1 egg with SF maple syrup (IK I poured too much lol) 6) spaghetti squash with olive oil, garlic and Parmesan! submitted by /u/Monkey-Girl27 to r/1500isplenty [link] [comments]

So I just had the new Costco food court cookie….
Here’s the low down. 1 - It’s not that big. This is Costco we’re talking about, and for Costco - this is not a particularly large cookie. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not small, and it is thick, extremely dense and loaded with chocolate - but it’s not as big as I expected. 2 - The consistency is perfect. Crunchy on the edges - a light crisp on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside. Doesn’t get any better consistency wise. 3 - I never would have imagined myself saying this - but it has too much butter and chocolate. It’s way too rich, and I’m the kind of person that can eat a gluttonous amount of unhealthy food and feel fine, but eating 80% of this cookie made me feel like a fat slob. I had a double bacon cheeseburger a fried chicken sandwich, a large fries and a large order of onion rings for dinner last night - and this one cookie even on an empty stomach was too much for me. 4 - It’s not worth the 750 calories. I think a Mrs. Fields cookie is far better balanced and much tastier and you’ll get more mileage per calorie there. 5 - It’s not worth the $2.50. This is the price of almost two 1/4lb hot dogs and two sodas and is the price of 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken. 6 - I will never order/eat this cookie again. It is worth trying, and I think for $1 it would be a great item - as I could see a couple or a family ordering pizza/hotdogs and splitting one of these - but for more $ than a hotdog and soda, or a slice of pizza - and it being unreasonably rich and calorie/fat dense, I can’t see it being a big hit. submitted by /u/Impossible_Cow_9178 to r/Costco [link] [comments]

What's your One Weird Trick food that hits a big nutritional goal and is stupid low calorie?
I'm love/hating extra lean ground turkey, it's almost 1:1 grams for calories, and 23 ish grams of protein in 100g. When cooking dinner my not so new best friend is a tin of tomatoes. The entire tin is 64 calories, and that plus spices makes a random collection of veg into a sauce. Milk is crazy, it seems indulgent, but actually is pretty low cal. I can make myself an indulgent feeling latte with only 54 calories per 100ml (the froth fills the cup even more). I was trying to learn to tolerate whey powder (15g for 50 cal and 12.5g protein), but fat free greek yoghurt at 84g for 50 cal and 8.6g protein is so much nicer and more useful in my day. I throw it on top of my tin of tomatoes, veg, turkey and spices and it's an awesome curry night! 20g of spinach fills the vitamin K bar in my nutrition tracker. Raspberries at 100g for 56 calories gives 4.3 grams of fiber! My favourite cruchy creamy delicious snack is a wasa rye crispbread for 31 calories, a laughing cow light wedge for 28 calories and fresh tomatoes on top. If you have two it's a great lunch and 112 calories! And it doesn't have that diet food feel of a rice cake. One the other hand, fuck bananas. Where do they get off being so many calories? What are your diet workhorses? submitted by /u/Mastgoboom to r/loseit [link] [comments]

Can you please suggest some low calorie snacks that are not vegetables, fruit or hummus?
I've been trying to lose weight and am doing okay with dinners, but the problem is late at night I keep getting hungry for snacks and don't want to revert to my old air fryer favorites like french fries, mozzarella sticks, etc. I do like vegetables but not as snacks and I'm not too fond of fruit, but most of the suggestions I see on websites are combinations of fruits, vegetables and hummus. I do enjoy snacking on almonds, olives and pickles, but can't think of anything else. Thanks in advance. EDIT: Thank you all! When I first checked a few minutes after posting, this was downvoted to hell, so I didn't expect more than 3-4 replies. There are some delicious recommendations that I'll be adding to my grocery list. Also, I have tried not eating late, but when I'm hungry I have a hard time sleeping. I have tried drinking water when I'm hungry too, but then I ended up waking up to pee very late and slept poorly as a result. I'm trying to fix years of bad eating habits, so some low calorie snacks will help a lot. submitted by /u/kingofthedesert to r/EatCheapAndHealthy [link] [comments]

Chili. High protein, low carb, generally low calorie, low cost.. where have you been all my life?
I do meal prep Sundays and am on a high protein/kinda low calorie diet. I usually cook a bunch of chicken to eat throughout the week in various forms, but still needed protein shakes/bars to hit my goals. A few weeks ago I decided to make a pot of chili. I did it while I'm prepping my marinade, marinating and what not. I had generally made chili in the slow cooker which I now think is kind of a waste of time when it can be done so quickly on the stove. Holy smokes. For such little effort, you can have loads of healthy, high protein, low calorie, entirely customizable food to eat all week! My last batch consisted of: 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef 1 can chickpeas 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans 2 10oz cans rotel 3oz tomato paste 1 small can diced jalapenos 1 whole yellow onion 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 3 tbsp pre minced garlic (I know, I know) Edit: Forgot I squeezed half a lime into it and also poured like 1/4-1/2 the lager I was drinking in there. Otherwise, No liquid necessary although it's a thick, chunky chili which is how I like it! Spices: Cumin, chili powder, oregano, smoked paprika, cayenne, fresh cracked salt and pepper. The list seems long, but seriously, all you do is chop an onion and two bell peppers, then it's all opening cans. The little amount of work for so much tasty and healthy food kinda blows my mind. I fill five smallish tupperwares with chili to grab and go for a 10 AM breakfast at work. Have a smallish cup of chili during lunch with my main dish (chicken sandwich, lately). Last night for dinner I chopped up one of my pre-cooked chicken breasts and put it on a salad, with a side soup of.. chili! If you lift or exercise at all, protein is very important for rebuilding torn muscles and other functions. Customization: If you don't like ground beef or want a more lean meat, you can sub it for turkey or chicken (chicken has that protein boost as well). Here is a great turkey blackbean chili that's even more simple to do. I did this one two weeks ago. You can do 3 beans, one bean or no bean! I've made a three meat chili that just had ground beef, cubed chuck roast and ground pork. No beans about it. I personally prefer beans for their own health benefits you don't get from meat. Anyway, just wanted to share this for any meal preppers out there! Edit to add: this is a pretty meat heavy chili, which is how I like it. You can do this same recipe with 1lb, 1.5lb or 2lb ground beef depending on how much you like. Just change your amount of seasoning appropriately! :D Edit 2: Some people have pointed out this isn't "low carb" because of all the beans and they are right. It's hard for me to lump complex carbs and processed carbs together, so when I think carbs I usually think bread/processed grains/chips etc. What you can do about that is: don't add beans! Or just add chickpeas, or just pinto beans, or black beans! Just one can. It will still be fine without them, just even more meaty. A way to fluff it up and keep it low carb is to add more of another kind of meat (breakfast/italian sausage, chuck roast cubed into 1in cubes, chicken). Sorry for the misinformation on the carb department. Also, you can dice up some mushrooms! Personally, I still think this recipe is a little on the low to mid range carb wise since it's mostly meat, haha Edit 3: just adding more good ideas: if you get bored with it, you can make it into a quesadilla! Slap some on a tortilla and put some shredded cheese on there. Boom! Another edit: someone PMd me for instructions and since I typed it all out on my phone, figured I’d post it here: Dice the yellow onion and green and red pepper. Set aside. Put 2 tbsp olive oil into a large pot and heat on medium. As the diced onion and garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add beef and red and green pepper. Stir occasionally until meat is browned. This should only take ten minutes or so. While this is going on, start opening cans. And if you want and aren’t drinking already, open a beer. Add the rotel, jalapeños, beans, tomato paste.. just like everything that was in the cans I guess. Now seasonings: 1.5 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp chili powder 1-2 tsp oregano 1-2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne 12-15 cranks cracked salt and pepper Let me know if I forgot one something. Splash a little beer in there. Squeeze lime in there if you have some. Do you have any ingredients left? Let me know. They should probably be in the pot by now though! Stir occasionally so it doesn’t burn to the bottom of the pot. Let simmer for like, 1-2 hours on low-med heat after cooking on med for like ten-15 minutes. Serve immediately or let cool in the fridge overnight and eat it all week! It’s tastier the next day imo FINAL EDIT: I've gotten SO MANY awesome tips in this thread! It intentionally was just meant to be an FYI about how well chili lasts a week and is a good meal for a sunday prep, I never intended to even add a recipe and only added my last one on a whim. I can't wait to try all the tips you've given! Thanks, chili bros! submitted by /u/DothrakAndRoll to r/EatCheapAndHealthy [link] [comments]

I'd like to share the massive dinner I eat every day. It's 1.5 lbs of food, 350 calories, highly nutritious, and has helped me to lose 20 pounds.
OVERVIEW: This is basically a sort of spin on chicken parmesan or a grilled chicken & pasta dish that you might get at an Italian restaurant. It takes about 20 minutes to prep and can be done in much less time if you prepare the meat + vegetables beforehand and just microwave prepared stuff. BACKGROUND: I started counting & cutting calories earlier this year, when I weighed 193 pounds (5'9/M/27). I have a very sedentary job and not a ton of time to exercise so I realized that diet was the best way to bring my weight down. But I also love eating and feeling full. So, I needed to come up with meals that were VERY filling and nutritious while also very low on calories (I shoot for ~1650 calories a day). INGREDIENTS: Pasta Zero (http://www.nasoya.com/products/pasta-zero-shirataki-spaghetti) Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Broccoli Cauliflower Basic tomato marinara/pasta sauce (i.e. Ragu Old World Style Traditional) Grated parmesan cheese PREP: Add whatever delicious italian spices you want to the chicken breasts, cut them up, and put them in an oven-safe container (or on a sheet) to bake for about 20-30 minutes at 350-375f. I personally like using salt, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic & onion powder, some cayenne pepper, etc. Go nuts. Rinse the pasta for about a minute under cold water, then put it in a pot with warm water and some salt. Start cooking it for about 15 min. Put the vegetables into a steamer and begin steaming. Boiling is not quite as good. I usually steam for about 10 minutes. Heat up the sauce on the stovetop, or in the microwave. Drain the pasta, put it on your plate. Add chicken and marinara on top. Veggies on the side. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top. NUTRITION BREAKDOWN: Pasta: 226g, 30 calories, 8g total carbs 6g fiber, 2g proten Chicken: 180g, 200 calories, 41g protein, 4.5g fat Steamed Broccoli: 100g, 35 calories, 6.6g total carbs, 2.6g fiber Steamed Cauliflower: 100g, 25 calories, 5g total carbs, 2g fiber, 2g protein Marinara Sauce: 62g, 35 calories, 5g total carbs, 5g fiber, 1g protein, 1g fat Parmesan Cheese: 5g, 22 calories, 2g protein, 1g fat TOTAL NUTRITION: 1.48 pounds of food (673g) 347 calories 48g protein 25g total carbs 10g fiber 6.5g fat Plus, all the other healthy nutrients in chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and tomato. I guarantee this is one of the biggest meals you can eat that 'costs' only 350 calories, and IMO it tastes much better than just a giant, bland salad (or similar). To put it in perspective, comparing with other options you might think of as healthy or at least 'light': A grilled chicken caesar salad at Olive Garden is 670 calories with 45g fat. 1 serving (~200g) of Domino's pasta (not bread bowl) is 540-670 calories with up to 35g fat, yet only 2-5g fiber and 16-32g protein. A 6-inch Oven Roasted Chicken sandwich from subway on 9-grain wheat with lettuce, tomato, and NO other toppings, is 310 calories... but a measly 204g of food, with 4.5g fat, 5g fiber, and 23g protein. Not bad on paper, but it's 1/3 the food of the meal above. A Chipotle burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, lettuce, and salsa - no cheese, chips, guac, sour cream, rice, etc. - is 330 calories, only 310g of food, 9g fat. Does OK on protein with 40g, 15.5g fiber. EDIT: I'm really glad this recipe has proved beneficial to so many of you. I had a couple requests for any other recipes I know, and honestly most of what I eat is so simple I can't really give recipes (i.e. lavash bread + sliced chicken + avocado...) BUT there is another one I created. This is a chocolate dessert with a very good nutritional profile. It will satisfy your sweet tooth and urge for chocolate while also providing a ton of protein. It IS a little dry but hey, it's a 1/3 pound dessert for submitted by
