Most posts I see about fine mics on here have comments saying they are pretty much e waste after some time. Most people who are looking to buy these have never used a standalone mic before, are budget conscious, and want to sound good in online calls, and or stream. The fine am8t costs 70 dollars with no sale on Amazon ( often on sale at $55) and it comes with a boom arm which is all you need to use this mic. Based on the suggestions in this reddit, the go to is an xlr mic but what is the recommendation for someone new with an untreated room and basically 0 mic etiquette? Xlr interface: M-track M audio solo / Behringer umc 22 ($50) Xlr cable: Amazon basics ($8) Boom arm: Innogear arm ( $19) Mic: behringer xm8500 ($20- $25) not in stock currently at Amazon need some alternatives. Total: ~ $100 All of this I got from reading reddit posts. Can someone who is an enthusiast let me know if this is a trash alternative list and list some other setups that are great for a budget and can be found on amazon. Hi i have a Maono usb mic. I use it to make song covers. But for some time it is giving some issues while connecting to my laptop. As soon as i plug it to the usb port ot shows a message of error saying device not recognised and under it it says the device malfunctioned last time. Like this is the message you usually see whenever plugging something bw it a usb or something, it doesn't connect properly. Now earlier it wulould show this message but i would tey connecting 5-6 times and it would work. Butit isn't working at all now. I connect the mic with my phone using otg and it works fine. My laptop ports are also working fine since i connect usb or HD to it and it shows no problem. So the problem only occurs while connecting the mic to laptop. Now i tried uninstalling the drivers and tried disabling and reenabling it. I tried updating the drivers and even updated my laptop software but nothing works. Please help. I bought this mic back in 2023, and it has been an absolute joy to use. I was initially a bit skeptical to buy it because of the price, but I completely forgot all my worries once I actually started using it. The voice quality is incredibly natural. I have tried many other microphones over the years, but I always find myself coming back to this one because it simply sounds the best. It has also been incredibly well supported with many software updates over the years. I did have one frustrating experience where my input voice was very low, but I soon realized it was entirely my own setup fault and not the microphone's issue at all. This mic has remained absolutely flawless even after 3 years of regular use. Unfortunately, a specific part broke suddenly just recently. I would love to know if the replacement part shown in the photo is available to purchase so I can keep using this amazing microphone. Thank you so much for a wonderful product, and thanks once again Team Maono! I was updating the firmware using Maono Link, but during the update the USB cable became loose and the process got interrupted. After that, the LED doesn’t turn on, none of the buttons on the mic respond and I can’t connect to Maono Link. My first studio headphone is from Maono is the M700(usd 50) and bought with some discounts probably around usd28. I'm earblown. Its just sounded amazing and super loud. Previously I have the edifier W20NB+ which is also over ear but sounded kinda bad if I remember. It's convenience though because its wireless. I also have an iem salnotes zero, which is already amazing. But this Maono studio headphone hits differently. Im listening on PC only. And I'm comparing between spotify(very high quality) and FLAC files but don't see any difference hehe. Downside its only wired connection. I just bought and ordered the AU-A04 then found this video and saw that you like the AU-PM401 more, and I do not know what to do.
