This is both a question and a statement. Hate the things. Such a strong flavour when you regrettably bite into one, like eating a solified compound of floral perfume chemicals, with a dash of washing detergent. Absolutely rancid things and they completely ruin your mouthful. Am I in the minority here for having a fiery hatred for these things or is this common opinion? (Note: I’m not involving the police, suing anyone, etc. Please don't try to argue with me about this or "convince" me why I should.) I have a perfume collection that I started when I was a teenager slinging burritos as my first job. I have over 400 bottles at this point, I take great pride in my collection, and I use it. I’m also happy to give people decants (samples) of most of my bottles, let them sample a spray or two, give some bottles as gifts, etc. What I have a HUGE fucking issue with is my 17 year old niece coming into my home under the guise of walking my dog, decanting bottles on her own and SELLING THE SAMPLES to her little friends. She thinks that because I have so many bottles, I wouldn’t notice some missing or getting massive dents in them. Well little miss entrepreneur failed to realize that her “private” Instagram wasn’t “friends only” or whatever and I saw each and every fucking story with each price and sample she had. I tallied that shit up and got a pretty good estimate based on cost per ounce. Thankfully she mostly picked the “Tiktok famous” perfumes like Bianco Latte and Escapade Gourmand and didn’t go for the most rare, niche perfumes. She did snatch an entire 2.5 oz bottle of Baccarat Rouge, though, which runs $300+ at most retailers, as well as full bottles of perfumes you can get at Sephora. Like Marc Jacobs Daisy, Burberry Her Elixir, Flowerbomb, etc. Petty or not, I printed out the entire list of what she’d taken, price estimate, and handed it off to my sister (her mom). I said that I expect to be paid back, in full. And of course her fucking sneaky little ass is never allowed in my home again. My sister got super pissy with me going on about how my niece is just a kid, kids make mistakes, etc. I said yes, kids make mistakes, and this is a GREAT way for my niece to learn from hers. Their argument is that now the money she was going to use for a car has to go towards paying me back. I don’t care. She is lucky that I have no interest in involving the police, small claims, or any of that. Hey my name is Benji, I am a perfumer working in Naples, Italy (1st post!) I got interested in the art of perfumery at the age of 10 but, never begun crafting until I was 14 and proceed to build my nose as well as my skills from there. I have smelled easily over one-thousand fragrances/scents and this is my list of my favorite of all time! Things to keep in mind: I am only rating the fragrance not the history, price, popularity, or impact. I'm 18(male) so I will have a different taste than most of the older ladies/gents. These fragrances have supreme ingenuity, creativity, and superb craftsmanship. After my review of Perfume Guys fragnances i got ton of DMs asking about which perfume i would recommend :) At this pandemic situation i have lot of free time so i decided to make this post to help you guys out. I own few retail perfumes like Dior l´home, Dior Eau Sauvage, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille,Armaf CDNI.... and had samples of many niche frangances so i think i can give you guys an honest advice :) Few months ago i bumped into reddit post about some guy selling perfume clones. Tom Ford - Tobacco Vanille 4 simple words.... JUST FUCKING GET IT, for real trust me.. this is pick no. 1. No other perfume comes even close in terms of compliments. This shit is attention grabber from both MALE and FEMALE. I have this one in retail, and bro i prefer to use Perfume Guy´s. I gave retail to my gf like 2 weeks ago because i justt wasnt using it. Please for sake of gods get it. Thanks 2. Tom Ford - Fucking Fabulous You want to be Fucking Fabulous ? then you have to get this one ! This is sweet, sexy andappealing i do get many compliments wearing this one (this is the one that my best friend wore on his wedding). I got more compliments from men than from women wearing this one. 3. Versace - Eros This is one of the first perfumes that i bought from Peracar. I use it when i go to city for few drinks. Sweet sweet sweet perfume. But you can aslo use it as your daily perfume. I really really recommend this one 4. Creed - Viking This one is not on picture above because i lend it to my friend yesterday since he begged for it lol. I would say this one is not for 16 years old lads but for older men. It is mix of spicy mint, pepper, bergamot. Most unique smell from all of my fragnaces and it is really close to retail. I use it quite often :) I even gave it to my doctor (I am surgery intern) for 2 weeks because he really liked it lol. If you want to smell unique go for it , its not compliment beast but for sure you will smell like no one else. 5. Creed - Aventus Last but not least is Aventus. In terms of being close to retail i would say meh 6/10 ? If you surive first 30 min of absolute terrible citrus smell, you will be surprised by really nice scent that will get you compliments, ton of them. I really abused Aventus first 2 weeks when i got it. Did few sprays 30 min before i left my house and got attention of every nose in 2m radius lol. But frankly this one is terrible choice if you are in rush and you grab this one right before you left house.
