As @noiseboy72 sats, a couple of resistors, some wire and some plugs an you can make your own. Annoyingly a design using a 3x RCA wall plate popped up on face book a couple of days ago but darned if I can find it again, neat solution. If I do spot it I’ll link it here.

Want to connect PC with ethernet cable in home office. The leftmost grey Cat5e cable connects to router in living room. The right side runs to bedroom. Hi all. I’m running fibre between my loft and a building in the garden. The loft side is fine, the LC connector will run straight into the switch. But on the other side, I have a garden room (going to be my office). The internal walls will be finished, with backboxes and faceplates for power and CAT6 points. But right now I have time, where the walls are not finished, and I’ve time with the electrician to have this setup as I would like. How do I get the fibre presented cleanly? Are there wall plates and fibre couplers that I can install, running a short patch fibre to the switch internally? We're going through a remodel and I had a low-voltage person do about 15 drops plus two smurf tubes to a closet underneath the stairs. Originally the lines were long enough that we could have terminated into patch panel in a rolling 18U rack. Unfortunately one of the other contractors cut the ethernet wires and smurf tubes. Now I'm left with the amount as seen here. What are my options here now? I had thought maybe a 3 gang 18 port ethernet wall plate and just terminate to the wall, then have a bunch of long ethernet cords into a patch panel on the rack. Have two other wall plates for the two smurf tubes so that it can be accessed in the future. Or would it be better to cut the wall and put a whole media enclosure in, and put a patch panel inside the media enclosure? Open to other suggestions of what to do here. I had kind of a weird interaction with a Spectrum tech at my house today. He couldn't do what I needed. I asked a lot of questions, but got a bunch of "yeah-no-sorta" answers that left me confused. The situation: I need to relocate my modem inside the house. There is an ethernet cable running from my router, down through the floor in the same hole that the existing coax comes in, to the room where that same ethernet cable terminates at a wall jack. I want a coax jack to replace that ethernet jack in the other room. My assumption was that the tech and I could use the existing ethernet cable to fish an additional coax through the wall. I removed the cat5 faceplate and found a couple feet of slack on the cable, figured I could tape some string really well to the ethernet, cut the connector, and let him pull the cable and string down for me to fish it back up. The tech arrived, I explained the plan, and he told me, "No, we can't fish cables.". No, I'll fish it for you. He said that he is only allowed to drill through a wall, or down through a floor, but that I could get an electrician or low-voltage installer to fish it for me. They have the faceplates and jacks in the van, so as long as someone else fishes the line, Spectrum can do what I need. The confusion: So, a Spectrum tech can run coax, and terminate in a wall plate, but they can not perform the intermediate step to fish a cable through a wall... OK, got it... How do we get from A to C? Does the electrician doing the fishing need to be there to work with the Spectrum tech? Does there need to be fish tape sticking out of the hole in the crawlspace before Spectrum arrives?
