Not receiving order; replacement requested 7-14-23 (it's 7-26-23 today); today, Shapermint states replacement has not been shipped yet, & when it is shipped, it will be delivered in 1-2 weeks from that date. What?!? Can't 'talk' to a Shapermint representative, and all replies to inquiries seem to be computer generated. I WON'T be purchasing anything else from Shapermint!!!
