Plan, coordinate, and manage products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.<br>2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR consultants, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project deliverables.<br>3. Work closely with the software developers to ensure products are delivered.<br>4. Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.<br>5. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.<br>6. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.<br>Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture best practices.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.<br>2. Proven experience as a Product Manager in the ICT, consulting, and telecommunications industry.<br>3. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or related fields.<br>4. Proven experience managing projects involving software development, IT infrastructure, or other technical components.<br>5. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).<br>6. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.<br>7.
