This is my third, I've had heartburn with all three, and all three have had hair at birth. My 2nd had a full head of hair. We'll see on my 3rd, but he had hair on his head at the 32 weeks growth scan. I wouldn't say it's super bad, but I am popping Tums daily and also getting acid reflux some this time. x.x

Usually I can manage heartburn with Tums and drinking a lot of water. Sometimes I also try eating a banana. I swear I read somewhere years ago that bananas are alkaline so help neutralize stomach acid? Don't know how true that is but I figure I always have some around & it doesn't hurt anything 🤷

Not to that extent, but pregnancy always makes my digestion more strained. On the bad days I drink some herbal teas, rub some essential oils, and might use tums to get through better. Talk to your OB/midwife for things you can do to help during pregnancy then after if it doesnt improve go see the specialist.

This happened to me! I’ve always had terrible stomach/ digestion issues and weeks 6-9/10 were HORRIBLE. Severe bloating no matter what and stomach pain. And had to eat or I was nauseous. Tums helped me a bit and my Dr said are safe. Also lots of water. It does get better, I’m 11w now and the bloating has gone down a lottt. Hang in there I know it’s miserable!!
