You might have to make something custom, like a magic erasure on a long pole. I imagine this is an acrylic tank, is so then you have to be a bit more careful with cleaning devices that use a sharp edge. You might be able to find something in a hardware store used to scrape flooring our paint off.

I want to paint the roof of the Mini in its original OEW color. This is my ratty old towel that I use to cover the table when I'm painting. I don't care about it being remotely presentable, but the paint has built up so much recently that it's all stiff and gummy - is there any way to remove that and get it feeling a bit softer again? I mistakingly sent my daughter to school in this precious dress my mom made me when I was a baby. Her sweet teachers were working on a Father’s Day craft and got paint on the dress. I believe it was acrylic. We put dawn on it til I could get home and launder it. I sprayed it with oxiclean and washed it but nothing changed. I just tried nail polish remover with a q-tip and don’t see much of a difference.
