All of them hurt on my feet except for one… The saf new balance running shoes. Legit. This is the only one that doesn’t hurt my wide fat feet. adidas, Nike, Reebok, some other new balance models all hurt.. too bad I MR liao no more credits to buy more

So I finally pulled the trigger on a new pair of running shoes… and wow. Yeah, yeah—I know what you’re thinking: “Running shoes? Say goodbye to your knees, mate.” BUT hear me out! I’m not out here clocking sub-3 marathons, but I do run regularly and I’m picky when it comes to what’s on my feet. Saw a post about these a few weeks back, thought “eh, I’ll throw it in my next parcel,” and here we are. First impressions: • Fit was spot on for me, but PSA: size up by at LEAST half a size or DM the seller for advice. • Impressed with the materials and printing now glaring errors. Testing so far: • 7k run + Hyrox-style workout. • First KM at my easy pace (5:30–5:44/km for the stats nerds) felt a bit firm. • Once I settled in, the foam opened up and gave a nice balance—think “budget-friendly Lightstrike Pro vibes,” not identical but soft enough to keep me comfy over distance. Early verdict: • Good for both running and gym sessions. • Ideal for new runners who don’t want to drop a small fortune. • I’ll update at 50k/100k to see how they hold up long term. Nike Vomero 5 super comfortable on feet, looks really cute in person, mesh also breathes. def something u can wear every day without overthinking. BV Casual Shoes chunky sole but isn't cumbersome, the upper does feature that luxe feel. simple to dress up a relaxed fit. Nike Dunk suede is soft fr. toe shape a lil mid but not a dealbreaker. solid everyday beater vibes. Jordan 1 leather isn't stiff, colors really pop in person. shape doesn't fall apart and lowkey comfortable ankle padding. Kobe. lightweight af, def is designed to hoop. shape's sturdy and the tongue is right too. ASICS Casual Shoes super neat stitching, panels all in alignment. sole's got that soft bounce, feel like all-day wear. German Adidas training shoes The streamlined silhouette and tony slenderness make them easy to wear. The suede is good—not the best, but certainly wearable. MMY laces are already completed and that wild wavy sole is fire if you're into weird runners. kinda wild but in a good way. Adidas German Training Shoes 1. same appearance as the rest but looks like they used a little bit higher quality materials here. still has that fresh, wearability appearance. NB 2002R cushioning is on fire, mesh + suede combo is a punch. honestly feels and looks really close to retail. Yeezy 350 primeknit is stretchy + soft, sole is comfortable and that heel tab is still holdin' up. looks real on foot. Nike Dunk Low Colorblock colorblocking is clean, tongue's gentle. leather is not top-shelf but not terrible either, does the trick. Yo everyone! So, after so many requests for a review on my experience buying running shoes in China, here’s my feedback. First off, let me just say this: I’m on my fourth attempt, or more like my fourth pair. Here’s a not-so-complete list of what I’ve picked up: a terrible knockoff of the Adidas Adios Pro 3, two pairs of Hoka Bondi 8s that held up insanely well and with which I ran over 800km on each, a pair of Vaporfly 3s that was good for the gram but not that good for the perf’s as there was no carbon plate inside, and last but not least, the Qiaodan PB4. I'll keep it simple: if you’re looking for cheap running shoes, go for Qiaodan. Easy, quick, and it works. Quick note on my running level: I’ve been running for about a year and a half now. I started on a pair of fake Bondi 8s I bought, running around 5:15/km and finished my first 10K in 52 minutes. I was doing about 10-20 km a week for 6 months before upping the volume. Now I’m around 30-40 km a week, and I recently finished a 10K in 42 minutes. I'm giving you my 10K times because that's the only before-and-after reference I have. I’ve also done a half marathon, but anyway... Qiaodan is the shoe you need—don’t overthink it. It’s on par with a carbon shoe from a big European brand, but you’ll only pay a max of €100 for a pair. I personally tested the PB4, and it's a must-have. It’s become my go-to pair for everyday runs. Foam is smooth, reactive, and outsole is holding super well. Carbon plate is reactive and the shoe is feeling super safe and steady. Quick note, i discovered Qiaodan bcs the brand was supposed to sponsor Kelvin Kiptum before he… , so the shoes are really suitable for advanced level runners. Taobao link in the comment!
