My son has discovered brussel sprouts. I never grew them because I didn't like them. I had some frozen ones we put in the air fryer and it was better than I remember. Looks like I'll start some from seed next week and get them in the garden late July so they don't bolt.

Tonight I was cooking fries in the air fryer I came into the Kitchen after hearing my smoke alarm In the kitchen go off and the fryer was smoking. I pulled out the pan only to see flame's coming from the underside. I had to pull my fridge out just to get to the plug to unplug it. Then grabbed it by the handle proceeding to try to get it out of my house through the front door while hot plastic is dripping on my legs and feet. Never knowing there was a recall on this model and millions of others until tonight. I'm glad it happened to me and not my kids cause It would have probably burnt down my kitchen because they wouldn't have been able to pull the fridge out to unplug it. I don't think I can trust the Cosori brand anymore.
