Bump!

I'm facing a massive problem with my left airpods. While wearing, it automatically disconnects and just doesn't charge when I try to put it back in my case. I have tried to reset my airpods 2 times and each time the isssue was fixed for an hour or so and the left airpod was charging but this happened for the third time today. I would be very thankful to anyone with a guide or tips on how to fix this issue. Edit to correct: these are 4th gen I believe, no button to reset but rather double tap We bought my husband 3rd generation AirPods from Costco about a year ago, maybe less than he takes great care of them and has had no issues until two weeks ago. Now, his AirPods will not connect to anything. Not his iPhone. Not his iPad. They can’t even connect to my iPhone either. I had both of his devices forget the AirPods to try and reconnect them with no luck. I tried to reset the AirPods with no luck. We updated his devices with still no luck. They are charged, the light flashes red when I open the case. I’m just at a loss and frustrated. These are far too expensive to just stop working with no damage. I’m wondering if there are any other things I can try before giving up and using the 2 year warranty to get him a new pair, especially when they might just do the same thing again. So I recently just bought the 3rd generation AirPod Pros 2-3 weeks ago and everything was working fine. Until about 2 days ago, the case will no longer charge at all and the AirPods are completely dead. I’ve tried wired/wireless charging but still no use. I’m confused because I’ve never left the case off of my shelf, it’s had no contact with water or suffered any damage from falling. The orange light in the middle of the case no longer appears at all like it used to when it was charging, so that’s how I know it’s not taking charge at all and is fully dead.
