Tenho há meses assinatura do Prime via Claro Multi e utilizei normalmente até hoje. Sem nenhum motivo aparente a Amazon removeu minha assinatura, que permanece ativa no App da Claro e cobrou o valor da assinatura do Amazon Music do meu cartão, sendo que meu produto era o Amazon Prime. Via chat me orientaram a aguardar sem qualquer solução.

I have now noticed items ordered next day will have delayed delivery. What is the point of this prime membership? Customer service is trash AI bot that wont allow you to talk to a real person. Lately, I realized that an Amazon Prime membership is useless for the following reasons. As Amazon claims, while you subscribe. Fast & Free Delivery: Unlimited FREE Two-Day (delivery) now changed to Shipping on over 300 million items. In many metro areas, NOT TRUE unless your order is over a certain amount, there is no free delivery. Same-Day or One-Day Delivery is now the standard for millions of items. NOT TRUE. Even if you order an item with same-day or next-day delivery, Amazon will reschedule the delivery date on its own. I have started cancelling my orders that have changed delivery dates. And considering cancelling my Prime membership as well, So I wonder why I pay for the membership upfront, which does not deliver any value. I would rather pay for the shipping charges. As the shipping is not certain, even with the prime membership for the metro area as well. I've been using amazon for years. I've never had an issue at all. However since last October it has been one thing after another. First I ordered packing cubes and received them. When I went to use them, there was one missing. I tried to return it and was told it's been too long. Then I ordered a product and the wrong color was shipped. There was too little time to have it corrected for the holiday. Then I ordered gift cards for my nieces and nephews for Christmas. They arrived 7 days late...after Christmas! I ordered them at the beginning of December! A Christmas gift I ordered for my nephew was misrepresented in the photo. It was about 6" tall when the photo showed it standing taller than a toddler. Then I ordered a book and two other items to prepare for a trip, they were meant to arrive yesterday. Now I'm being told I won't get them until 1/19?!..over a week late when it was just coded as ready to be delivered. Also, it feels like it has become basically a Temu of sorts. There are too many shady secondary sellers and a lot of poor quality of items. I don't know what Jeff Bezos is this thinking. But there is no longer a value in paying for Prime. From now on, I will make every Prime Day the day that I report Amazon to authorities. In Germany that is Verbraucherschutz and Kartellamt. This is one of the reasons that make it difficult for European retailers to compete. Update: Seems like this is different between countries. In Germany, Amazon doesn't follow the rules. I took a screen recording before Prime Day and then today during Prime Day and you can clearly see where prices were inflated on Prime Day to make it appear there were deals when they are the same price. I’d share the videos but I can’t in this subreddit. Example: PETICON SUV Cargo Liner for dogs. Full price on 10/5 $35.99 Prime Day deal on 10/7 “Prime Big Deal” List Price $45.99 discounted to $35.99 “22% discount”. Such a scam.
