Artipoppe carrier - is it worth it?
I have a 15 month old and pregnant with my second. My first baby was big and I felt like he’s out grown his wildbird carrier. The Artipoppe seems to look more comfortable for bigger babies. I need to know though, is it worth it? I have a feeling I will be baby wearing even more with my second!

Artipoppe Baby Carrier for €50 or $57 off
Hi all! I had used another reddit user's referral code, and wanted to pay it forward with one of my own. Admittedly, this is an expensive baby carrier (cheapest one I saw is $400) and you can definitely find a different brand that's cheaper. But for anyone interested in an Artipoppe baby carrier, here's my referral code to help lower the cost: https://referral.shop.artipoppe.com/l/1JOENGUYEN58/ Still plenty slots for my referral available! Baby carrier timeline? Artipoppe specifically
When did you start using your baby carrier? I treated myself to an Artipoppe this time and I'm excited to start using it but don't want to start too soon. My son has a family Easter event at his preschool and I'd like to use it. I'll be about 2.5 weeks PP so I'm not sure. submitted by /u/Dull_Moose5044 to r/CsectionCentral [link] [comments]

I noticed that Artipoppe does not color match the buckle to the carrier fabric and now I can't unsee it
I noticed that Artipoppe creates these gorgeous fabrics, then slap the same cheap looking black buckle on every carrier and now I can't unsee it. Even Mabe, a shameless knockoff, manages to color match the buckle to the carrier print. You can get better quality with a color matched buckle for sooo much less. Don't get me wrong, the Artipoppe prints are gorgeous. I've been looking at the swan print myself, but at that price point, it bothers me that they have this ugly black buckle on there. submitted by /u/Subject_Homework_404 to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

~aesthetic~ structured carriers that are ACTUALLY newborn ready? (NOT Artipoppe)
hi all! I have been loving my ring sling and Lillebaby complete with baby #1. However, I got my lillebaby in a boring gray, and while it’s functionally fine, i am tempted to get something a little more ~aesthetic~. Like, a fun print or color or fabric, but actually able to be used by a newborn (I see lots of comments here on how Artipoppe is too tall and wide for most newborns). Any recs on a structured, *actually* newborn ready carrier that I can get in a cute print/fun color? Does this exist? edit to add: Would also like to avoid the cheap quality artipoppe direct knockoffs (mabe, etc). Would like something that will actually hold up! submitted by /u/Fast-Channel-1455 to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

Feeding in a carrier
I just heard you can feed baby while they’re in a carrier (like the Wildbird, MABE, Artipoppe kind). Does anyone have tips on how to do this stealthily? I tried once but had to lift my entire sweater and got tangled in the straps Would love to be able to do this more gracefully if anyone can share some knowledge!

Artipoppe baby carrier review
For those that have been thinking about splurging, I recently had my second baby and got an artipoppe carrier because she is an absolute velcro baby. I also have a Bjorn from my first and I can say without a doubt that the Artipoppe is mine and my husbands favorite. They are really pricey but if your baby has to be held 24/7 like ours, I do think it’s worth it for your sanity and to be able to be hands-free. Happy to answer any questions about it if you’re interested and aren’t sure about spending the money. submitted by /u/stinkybinxy to r/Buyingforbaby [link] [comments]

Please help! Can't get a good fit with artipoppe carrier!
Hello! We were gifted a hand-me-down Artipoppe carrier, which I’m very grateful for, and I’m hoping for some fit help. Up until now we’ve been using the Ergobaby Embrace. It worked well when she was younger, but now that she’s a bit older I can’t get a good fit anymore, the fabric no longer reaches knee to knee, and as her legs have gotten stronger she can fully straighten them when she kicks. Our baby currently only naps in the carrier, so we’re babywearing about 4 times a day, and a good fit with a healthy hip position is really important to us. Because of that, I decided to try the Artipoppe, thinking she might finally be big enough for it. For reference, she’s 5 months old, about 26 inches, and around 15 lbs. I also want to add some postpartum context that may be relevant: I had an emergency C-section, followed by a post-dural puncture headache that ultimately required a blood patch. Because of three punctures in the same spot, I’ve been dealing with significant back pain from scar tissue, and my incision is still healing as well. Comfort and proper weight distribution really matter for me right now. I’m really struggling to get a good fit in the Artipoppe and would love some help. When I wear it at my natural waist (which is the most comfortable position for my body), she feels too high, my chin is actively touching the top of her head, and it’s hard to see her face because she’s so close. I’ve tried wearing it lower, but I haven’t been able to get a good fit that way either. Another issue I’m running into is fabric length. When I get her into a deep seated position and try to drape the carrier around her the way I did with the Ergobaby, the top of the fabric barely reaches her armpits. I then try to tug and make the seat pouch less deep, but that feels like it compromises her hip position. Even then, and even with the flap turned up for extra length, I can barely get the fabric to reach the base of her neck, which is where I prefer it. I thought this carrier was supposed to work well for much older babies, so I’m confused about how you’re supposed to get proper back support if her torso gets any longer. Please help Any suggestions on how to make the Artipoppe work for us, or general fit tips, would be greatly appreciated. I’m attaching a few photos from when I was trying to get her down for a nap, let me know if additional angles or photos would be helpful! submitted by /u/miatheservicedog to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

Baby carrier recommendations (kin full buckle vs artipoppe vs portier)
I’m a first time mom looking for baby wearing advice, my daughter is 8 weeks old. Has anyone had any experience with the Kin full buckle vs portier or artipoppe carriers? I own the portier carrier and my baby is comfortable in it, the issue I find with it is that the width between the straps at the front making the gap for baby’s head quite narrow, and her face touches the side of the straps. The cross back also has a tendency to slide up too high onto my neck causing shoulder and neck pain. I was wondering if the artipoppe would be any better as it has a wider area for babies head but are the straps less prone to slide up? I also really like the look of the heritage baby kin full buckle and the company seems more ethical and promotes safe baby wearing compared to both portier and artipoppe which I have since found out are questionable in there marketing. I am also interested in the lark, but my baby wouldn’t fit that yet. Can anyone give advice or recommendations on these carriers? I should add my baby is a Velcro baby which I am fine with and honestly don’t like to put her down if I can avoid it so I need it to be good for getting stuff done around the house, not just going on walks. submitted by /u/Alternative_Bus_3554 to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

Care: delicate — often recommended to spot-clean or follow specific care instructions; some silk blends may require careful washing/dry-clean guidance Gaia, Bug my Boo Cashmere and cotton (luxury blend) Feel: very soft, plush, warm. Breathability: moderate. Warmth: high for its weight — excellent insulating feel. Best climates: cold climates or for winter-season use. Not ideal for hot/humid weather. Care: delicate, often hand-wash or specialist care recommended Tweed, Tweed Rose, Tweed Aura, Ruby, Cosmic, Theia, Melrose, Mayfair, Gaia Velvet Feel: plush, heavier. Breathability: lower than plain natural fibers (depends on fiber mix). Warmth: medium–high. Best climates: cool to cold; fashion-focused looks. Care: heavier and may need delicate care. Practical recommendations by climate / use case Hot and humid (summer in coastal/New England summers, southern US, tropical climates): Choose linen or linen–cotton blends or hemp–cotton. They wick moisture, dry fast, and are the most breathable. Avoid plush velvet, heavy jacquard, or cashmere blends. Hot and dry (desert-like heat): Linen blends still great; lighter cotton works well. Silk can feel cool initially but may trap heat in direct sun — use layered thoughtfully. Temperate / four-season climates (mild winters, warm summers): Cotton or silk–cotton blends are versatile. Cotton handles washing and everyday use; silk-cotton gives a dressed-up look with moderate breathability for spring/fall. Consider having one lighter linen/hemp option for summer and one warmer cotton/cashmere or velvet for winter. Cold climates (northeast winters, mountain regions): Cashmere blends or thicker jacquard/velvet editions feel luxuriously warm and block wind. If you pick silk, layer appropriately (silk alone is light; cashmere gives warmth). If you sweat a lot or baby tends to overheat: Favor linen, hemp, or light organic cotton; avoid heavy, plush, or synthetic-heavy weaves. Community consensus also recommends natural fibers over mesh/polyester for comfort. submitted by /u/SubstantialJudge3460 to r/artipoppe [link] [comments]

Buckle Carrier Recs (Lenny, Artipoppe, HB etc)
Hi everyone! I am currently pregnant and on the hunt for a more structured carrier recommendation (going with a wrap or ergo embrace for newborn stage). I have a list below of the carriers I am heavily considering after a lot of research. Short list of most important features: natural fiber fabrics, COMFORT, ability to cross X straps while front carrying, ease of use. Price isn't an issue- I'll splurge on whatever is going to have the best fit and comfort. EDITED: LennyLight Lenny Upgrade Pro Happy Baby Versa Oscha Bairn Bumpsuit Armadillo Artipoppe H&P Lark (waffling on this one- I see a lot mixed complaints vs rave reviews) Most moms I know all have the Artipoppe, but I feel like i NEVER see it mentioned in babywearing groups. Everyone I know loves theirs but I would love to get some opinions from those of you who have experience with it compared to one of these other carriers. Thank you all! submitted by /u/Rich_Example7931 to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

Artipoppe totally worth it for me
I just wanted to say on here, yes the price is absurd, however, these are the only carriers my baby likes. I have a wrap and a carrier with the sheepskin since I live in a cold climate. Both he loves and I’ve tried two ergo baby carriers both kept falling down and being unsafe plus he hates them. Another momcozy wrap but the fabric was way too loose and kept falling. If you’re thinking of trying it but the price is too high there are also a lot of second hand places you can find their products. For me it’s been a game changer. And if you wear your baby everyday it’s worth it to have both of you comfortable. submitted by /u/Pleasant_Type7300 to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

Fit check - artipoppe not so comfortable
Hi there, would appreciate a fitcheck to understand if I’m potentially doing anything wrong with this carrier. I’ve tried to wear it really high and wear the waistband really tight for support, but it feels like it’s really digging into my midsection then, and kind of creating a muffin top, and my back is still hurting if I wear it for a while. Is it just normal for your back to hurt no matter what when you’re newer to baby wearing? Or maybe it’s because my baby isn’t the ideal size yet for this carrier? I know this carrier is better for 3m+ babies and mine is only 8 weeks but he is on the larger side at ~13lbs and ~23 inches long. Or maybe it gets better if you break it in more and the waistband softens? We also have a baby Björn carrier (mesh, H-straps, newborn insert) which seems comfier (to both me and my husband) but unfortunately is much uglier. Really wanted to love this one more but struggling with it a little… Appreciate any thoughts / feedback! submitted by /u/worldcitizen- to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

wtf is up with the Artipoppe?
Okay so I’ve never enjoyed baby wearing (I have a 9 month old) UNTIL a few days ago when I got the Ergobaby Omni. I was hesitant since it is pricey but I wanted to give baby wearing another go. I’d tried the Moby Wrap, Moby Easy Wrap and Graco carrier but didn’t like any of them, I think mostly because I have scoliosis and they don’t offer a ton of adjustability/ back support. I keep seeing everyone on TikTok talk about the Artipoppe and how they love it but like I’m so curious- why is the cheapest option $420??? Like what is so special about it genuinely?? submitted by /u/lovebug21222 to r/babywearing [link] [comments]

Artipoppe - Help, I’m Ridiculous.
Rant / Cry for help incoming. Despite not being wealthy myself, I live in a very posh neighborhood in Brooklyn where all of the moms are dripping in understated designer (think: $400 t-shirts that look like they dragged them out of a hamper.) I’m not super fashionable, and typically buy second-hand for ethical and financial reasons. BUT, when I got pregnant I knew I had to have the super chic and expensive Josefina diaper bag. I got it as a gift, and it makes me feel a little more like myself when I’m out in public with baby. NOW I’m obsessing over the Artipoppe carrier. I saw a woman wearing one the other day—didn’t even know they existed—and immediately started pinning. I can’t stop looking at them, putting them into carts and abandoning said carts, reading about them… I like the look of the Mabē as a “more affordable” alternative, but I keep thinking, “it’s only a couple hundred dollar’s difference, why not just go for it?” It’s really a style thing, as I hate all the straps of the other carriers. I’m small and feel that I look like a kid half the time (despite being almost 40,) and the carrier I have makes me feel like I’m wearing a nylon-strapped backpack on my way to school. I’ve convinced myself that if I had this carrier, the whole world would open up to me. I haven’t loved baby wearing so far, and I think THIS would be the thing that gets me there. I know it’s stupid. I know it’s frivolous. I don’t know the point of this post, except as a cry for help. Help me decide what to do. I can afford it, though it’s a stupid expense, I’m not going to bankrupt my family by purchasing one. I know there are ethical concerns with their brand. I KNOW. I’ve read about their unsafe photos of how to wear the baby. I promise to reference something more accurate than a Vogue Fall 2024 fashion shoot for my instructions. I am two wolves inside. Help. Artipoppe vs other carriers
Hi! My baby is 6.5 month old and I am thinking about buying a baby carrier. He's been super fussy lately so I was thinking of using it while doing chores or whatever I need to get done around the house. I heard Artipoppe was great but it's a little pricey. Why other recommendations that are similar in quality and function ? Thanks in advance!! submitted by /u/Pure-Jackfruit-3629 to r/moderatelygranolamoms [link] [comments]
