RE:Ferrari Luce
Engineers generally do what they're told, and they probably did a great job at it. This is management and marketing. For example, I'm sure a hemorhhoid ointment company could make a great lip balm and yet you won't find Preparation H lip balm next to Burts Bees despite it apparently being used for lip plumping and under eyes according to Google.

Holy grail lip balm?
With the cold Melbourne weather, especially overnight in my house my lips are constantly dry and chapped and Burts bees just isn’t cutting it. Any recommendations for a holy grail lip product to see me through the winter? submitted by /u/FlounderElectronic89 to r/AusSkincare [link] [comments]

What's your Top 3 lip balms?
I've accepted now that fancy lip balm is my new obsession/hyperfixation, as in a few short weeks I've gone from burts bees and carmex to several Ole's Eadem's, Summer Friday's and Other brands 🤣 In the ones I've tried so far, these have become my top 3: Ole Henrickson (my fave is vanilla bonbon) Eadem ( fave is butter mochi) Lanolips (fave is glazed doughnut) On my wishlist at the moment is: - Marin Lip Treatment - Experiment Software smoothing lip treatment - Rhode peptide lip tint - cocokind ceremide lip blur balm What's your top 3 lip balms and why? Also, what do you lot do for storage? I've got mine in a toiletry bag, but not happy with it. I don't fancy having the lip balm mug either, aesthetically cute, but not functional for me. submitted by /u/JealousTea2459 to r/LipBalm [link] [comments]

Favorite lip balm
This is a very odd question, but I just ran out of a lip balm that I got from my local library's booth at a vendor fair. It was the greatest lip balm I have ever used. I really need recommendations because the major brands (Chapstick, Burt's Bees, etc) don't do the job. Thank you all so much in advance submitted by /u/french-russian-idiot to r/Makeup [link] [comments]

Burts bees or aquaphor lip balm
Hi! I get very dry and chapped lips in winter. I try to keep myself hydrated, but my lips still aren’t shiny and soft. I’ve tried Labello and Vaseline before, but I didn’t really like them. Labello is somewhat good, but my lips don’t stay hydrated for very long. I’m thinking of trying Burt’s Bees or Aquaphor. Which one is better? submitted by /u/Old_Spirit8323 to r/beauty [link] [comments]

Is there a way to fix my lip balm dependency?
Hello! For probably a decade I've had a major lip balm dependency, meaning I cant tolerate how dry my lips feel without reapplying lip balm CONSTANTLY. In my home I use a giant tub of Vaseline, when I'm out I use regular chapstick brand or burts bees. I cant wear any lip makeup for this reason because I will just have to ruin it soon enough 🙃 Are there any products/ointments that can "repair" my lips and allow me to stop applying so much lip balm? Or any good lip balm brands that are super effective and that I will have to reapply less often? I've heard good things about products with lanolin. All advice is appreciated! submitted by /u/Fearless-Ad7509 to r/Makeup [link] [comments]

What Lip Balm do you use?
I'm born and raised Coloradoan. I have the naturally softest skin ever, I never use lotion because it just makes me greasy. But my lips, every time this time of year, I get The WORST cracked lips. Since I was a child, I remember having chapped and red lips every late fall/winter time. They get painful and I hate it becuase I'm bad about licking them too. Nothing seems to help I've tried dozens of lip balms and none actually help until we're deep into winter and my lips just get used to the dryness. So I'm wondering what Lip Balm has worked best for you during this dry climate of Colorado wintertime? Update : thank you for the recommendations. I guess I should add I've tried various burts bees and chapstick and they just leave me reapplying every few minutes. submitted by /u/Celestial3317 to r/Denver [link] [comments]

am i the only one that doesn’t see any hydration whatsoever from all these ‘lip treatment’ balms/glosses?
it’s kinda a rant, but i’ve noticed all these ‘peptide’ lip treatments, lip balm glosses and lip masks just have no benefit to the hydration of my lips whatsoever? like if anything they make my lips feel drier 🤣 does anyone else have this issue or is this just me lol. Good old burts bees actually hydrate whereas i just feel all these lip things now just do next to nothing 🤣 submitted by /u/AlinaAqualina to r/Sephora [link] [comments]

Searching for a lip balm that WORKS. all time favorites?
i have a thousand lip balms but i wish i didn't get that dried out feeling or constantly reapplying. i think my top one rn is Nivea moisture lip care (dark blue tube). Revlon Kiss in tropical coconut is nice but i wish it didn't have a scent. i've been trying out different brands like Sum Bum ocean mint too. i used to like the #thisiseverything NYX lip balm, but hate applying with my fingers. what are ur all time favorites (not in a squeezy tube or packaging that makes u use your fingers)?? im talking a regular stick balm (no color, but can be scented) that isn't insanely glossy but also isn't dry or super thick or hard to apply (O'Keefes, Burts Bees). and forget about Chapstick, EOS, and Carmex. any suggestions?? UPDATE: i tried some new ones u guys listed and my 2 new favorites are...... DIONIS Goat Milk Lip Balm and poppy & pout !!!! both are long lasting (DIONIS moreso i think, still testing) not super waxy or greasy, come in tubes, and actually work. emphasis on LONG LASTING and MOISTURIZING. the poppy & pout sweet mint is what burts bees wishes it was, lol. i highly recommend them both. and on amazon the DIONIS lip balm comes with a hand cream that works wonders- i wash my hands more than the average person and they are cracked and red a lot. with the hand cream they are smooth and moisturized and i cant believe how well just using it ONCE worked. i swear this isnt an ad for either brand, my personal opinion, hope this helps others. thank u all for the recommendations !!!! submitted by /u/wishiefishie to r/LipBalm [link] [comments]

Burt's Bees Lip Balm
Several things I have noticed since buying a new pack of lip balm in 2025: •Distinctly less peppermint tingles •Lip Balm felt significantly thinner when applied •Tube runs out significantly faster (30+ days turned into 10-14 days/tube.) The weight, net weight, and ingredients list did not change so something had to be off... so I started digging. Literally. They changed the formula (as evidenced by the color change in the 2 tubes) even if the ingredients ratio stayed the same. The packaging itself has gotten flimsier (the rounded cap is very thin and bendy now). They removed the little pink slider that went around the screw- this had already gotten worse in 2024 (I used to know I was at the end of a tube because the entire piece would come out.) In 2024, it is no longer removable. In 2025, it is gone altogether and the amount of product that is unreachable and unusable (sans my personal insanity) has greatly increased. Any ideas of an alternative? I've relied on this lip balm since I got lip chap so bad as a teen I swore to never kick my lips ever again. It just isnt cutting it anymore, though. The texture is thinner, less peppermint-y, and no longer "feels right" to my brain- I need something that has a waxy-ish layer left over like the pre-shittificated Burts Bees. submitted by /u/MysteriousHeat7579 to r/shrinkflation [link] [comments]

What is your Holy Grail lip balm?
I am on a lifetime hunt for the perfect lip balm. I've tried Nivea (too dry), Vaseline (too oily) and Burt's Bees (currently using, it's ok so far?) How about you, do you have a holy grail lip balm, drugstore or luxury? Edit: thank you so much for your input, guys! I'll give these products a look. submitted by /u/Young_Old_Grandma to r/Makeup [link] [comments]
