Ugh my post was cut short — What is your FAVORITE FACE SUNSCREEN? Preferably with an SPF of 30 or higher! ☀️
I have to re-do this because my story was incomplete after I posted it! Grrrr. I am 34F constantly on the hunt for my holy grail sunscreen. The problem??? Chemical sunscreens tend to break me out within the same day (like after I wash my face, I see the breakout). It’s not ALL chemical sunscreens, but for me, it’s most of them. 😭 Personally, mineral sunscreens do not break me out! However, I really like that chemical sunscreens get absorbed into my skin and can have some cool skincare benefits! Ugh. I have tried so many, sooooo many. This is some of my collection 🫠 For reference, I am pale. I tend to stay out of the sun. In my 20’s, I was a sun-bather. I was always glowing and tan. I got pregnant at 28 and continued to bask in the sun for an hour a day, unprotected. The result?? MELAMSA. Thank GOD one of my old high school friends informed me about Melasma and told me to wear my sunscreen. Unfortunately, it was too late and the damage was done. Yes, I have done multiple rounds of hydroquinone cream from my dermatologist/ compound pharmacy. Sadly, my melasma comes right back after a few short weeks of clear, even skin. My next step, and hopefully my FINAL step, will be laser treatments. I’m so sad and insecure about my spots. They are ALL over my face now, they seem to spread as time goes on. Fml. So naturally, I love me a tinted or lightly tinted sunscreen for my face. Right now, what I typically grab in the mornings is — Naturium “Dew Glow” Moisturizer with SPF 50 (chemical). I also really like TIZO “AM Replenish” Lightly Tinted SPF 40 (mineral), SkinBetter Science “SunBetter” Advanced Mineral Protection SPF 75 (damn this one is like FULL coverage tho.. and expensive as shit), and Supergoop “Protec(TINT)” with SPF 50 (hybrid, with zinc oxide, homosalate, and octisalate). I truly would love to read about some of your favorite sunscreens that you tend to reach for daily. I’m open to anything!!! Ideally I’d love a tinted sunscreen that does not burn my eyes (looking at you, Neutrogena), that isn’t ORANGE (looking at you La Roche, sorry I’m pale AF), and doesn’t break me out…. But that’s to be determined upon application and a wear-test lol! 🥴 submitted by /u/michpilk to r/30PlusSkinCare [link] [comments]

Holy grain cc cream for Rosacea
Fresh out of the hot shower (can’t give it up) and had a flare up. Never had such a lightweight cc cream that completely covers my rosacea flair ups. One half of my face is applied with less than a dot of the IT Cosmetics “your skin but better” cc cream and the other half is bare. It’s expensive but this bottle will last me a whole year as you barely need any. It’s also 50 SPF and doesn’t break me out. submitted by /u/Mack_fish to r/Rosacea [link] [comments]

CC / BB cream that matches Paula's Choice Super-Light Wrinkle Defense SPF 30?
I love the shade that the tinted Paula's Choice SPF gives, but I don't want to wear it as my main sunscreen as I need a sunscreen with 50. Does anyone have any recommendations for a product that's the same shade / feel, but as a BB or CC cream (or even sunscreen)? I'm mainly using it to cover up my redness from rosacea. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. submitted by /u/MarcusMagnolia to r/AsianBeauty [link] [comments]

My Stylevana haul just arrived!
Can you tell which sunscreen I like? Lmao. I’ll admit I was a bit worried about my package making it through customs because there were 35 bottles of sunscreen inside, but fortunately it made to me with no issues! Haul includes: • OMI Sun Bears Active Protect Milk (32 bottles - 4 packs of 8 as offered on Stylevana’s website.) • Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioner (This will be my second bottle because my first one is starting to get low.) • Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Skincare Milk (trial size - sold as a duo with the mini gel version) • Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Skincare Gel (trial size - sold as a duo with the mini milk version) • Bioré UV Watery Gel (I have oily skin and the essence was too moisturizing and felt greasy on me, so I wanted to try the gel version.) • Lion Pair Acne Cream (Never used this before but wanted to try it.) • Melano CC Vitamin C Brightening Essence (Also never tried before but wanted to.) • Biodance Bio Collagen -Real Deep Mask (This is that really popular overnight mask that people have been using, so I decided to try it, too. Yes, I know collagen molecules are too large to penetrate the skin, but they still help with hydration.) • Biodance Hydro Cera-Nol Real Deep Mask (Another Biodance mask with soothing and nourishing properties that I decided to try as well.) • Genabelle Melacare Intensive Cream (Free sample that came with my order. Never used before. Looks like a brightening cream.) submitted by /u/the_sweetest_peach to r/AsianBeauty [link] [comments]

[Acne] Struggled with a decade of acne and been clear for 5 years. Here is everything I’ve tried vs everything that’s worked + my current routine.
pic 1: taken AFTER my accutane course. my acne here is still much better in this then it used to be. Apologies for the low quality, I hated pictures because I was super insecure hence why I don’t have ones from before accutane either. pic 2: makeup only on my eyes and lips, nothing on my skin except sunscreen and moisturizer. My eyebrows are microbladed. FULL DISCLOSURE #1: I am not a dermatologist nor a licensed esthetician. I am a registered nurse with a basic understanding of microbiology and human anatomy who has spent way too many hours on skincare YouTube. What I’ve detailed below is what worked for me, and by no means what works for everyone else. FULL DISCLOSURE #2: I’ve had pico laser done once in office to help with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation as well as laser removal of my flat facial moles. FULL DISCLOSURE #3: I am not sponsored by, nor do I have any conflict of interest with any of these brands I list. Things I’ve tried that didn’t work (before y’all come for me please remember that I started this journey when I was like 10 😂) - benzoyl peroxide (I am allergic 😭) - spironolactone - clay masks - scrubs/ physical exfoliation (St. Ives 😱) - peel off masks - salicylic acid acne clearing pads - proactiv (the entire set) - pore strips - Mario badescu drying lotion - witch hazel - Clinique clarifying lotion - 10 step Korean skin care routine (I didn’t curate it, I just bought blindly based off of what had good reviews 🤦‍♀️) - snail mucin - essence and/ or toner - Chinese medicine (I don’t even know what I was taking tbh.) - not moisturizing “because I was too oily” - any type of DIY mask (lemon juice, egg, honey, olive oil, yogurt, rice water, u name it) - topical clindamycin Things that worked but don’t currently use: - Accutane (I did a 6 month course; acne came back eventually but SO much improvement in severity) - CeraVe SA cleanser - rx Sodium Sulfacetamide cleanser (cleansing with sulfur is one of the things I truly believe saved my skin. I still break out when I go without my sulfur for too long. I think it’s bullshit when people say your face wash doesn’t matter - sulfur absolutely matters for me) - oral doxycycline (worked only while I was actively using, but was worried about antimicrobial resistance) - ZitSticka Skin Discipline multivitamin capsules (genuinely helped my skin but was too expensive and was able to wean off of them over the course of trial and error x 1 year) Current Regimen AM: - cleanse CeraVe hydrating cream to foam cleanser - serum: glossier super pure (niacinamide and zinc - been repurchasing this for over 6 years now) - moisturizer: glossier after baume (my HG moisturizer: super thick and luxurious but doesn’t break me out) - sunscreen + vit c: melano CC sunscreen spf 50++++ PM - first cleanse: glossier milky jelly cleansing balm (doesn’t really matter what first step cleanser I use tbh. I’ve used banila co, the inkey list, CeraVe makeup balm, etc. as long as it removes makeup and sunscreen well I’m good) - second cleanse: Dermaharmony 5% Sulfur and 2% Salicylic Acid Liquid Castile Soap (I switched to this from using CeraVe SA + rx Sulfur cleanser because I was tired to carrying around 2 bottles as well as having to get an rx for my sulfur wash. I absolutely still need Salicylic acid AND sulfur in my regimen. - moisturizer: glossier after baume - agency skincare formula for hyperpigmentation: tretinoin 0.035% + tranexamic acid 5% + dexpanthenol 1% + niacinamide 4% - when I’m super dry, esp in the winter: Elizabeth Arden advanced ceramide capsule (I usually just use like 1/3 of a capsule and leave the rest in the clean spot for later. Glossier future dew works okay too, just doesn’t spread as nicely) + I skip my retinol for a night General rules (these are also critically important) 1. Don’t touch your face unless you’ve just washed your hands. 2. Dedicate a towel for your face and treat it like it’s sterile. Don’t use it for anything else but your face. Don’t hang it near the toilet (invisible fecal particles erupt from your toilet when u flush). 3. Change your face towel and your pillowcases at LEAST every 4ish days. I like to do every 2. I have a million old T-shirts that can be used as pillowcases. When a side gets “old”, flip it to the other side and you’re gucci. 4. Pat when you’re drying with a towel. Be gentle. Don’t rub your face ever. I also prefer to lather my face wash with a foaming net until I have a thick, dense cloud. You don’t want to be tugging or manually scrubbing at your skin. Let the micro bubbles do the work. 5. Please wash that damn makeup sponge/ brush with soap and water after every use 😩 and deep clean with boiling water if it’s safe to do so every couple of uses. I just throw my wet beauty blender in the microwave with some water in a bowl for 3 minutes every 6-7 uses (the manufacturer does not recommend this as it may cause the blender to deform or lose integrity. I’ve never had an issue. Move forward at your own discretion) Treat your makeup like it’s sterile too - only a clean brush/ clean finger is allowed to touch it. Sorry it’s so long! I hope this helps someone :) submitted by /u/plaesma to r/SkincareAddiction [link] [comments]

My experience with popular CC creams (moderate to intense redness)
In my experience, nothing will fully hide the redness. With a good CC cream, I can reduce the redness 50-60% during a flare up, and 80-90% at baseline. I've tried the following CC creams: Euborian: Pros: SPF, lightweight, feels really good on the skin, Smells nice, and doesn't make me look unusually pale if you use too much. Has a slight orangish tint, but nothing bad. Cons: A little pricey, but you get a pretty big tube. Dr. Jart: Pros: Absolutely none. Cons: Doesn't hide redness at all for me. Its a thicker cream so it takes a lot to rub in and makes me flare up because I'm rubbing my face. It’s expensive and you get a tiny glass jar. In order to use enough to hide the redness, my face will be unusually pale. Hero Rescue Balm: Pros: Closer to Euborian, Cheaper and easy to get in a pinch, as you can get it at Walmart. Cons: It has a fairly strong orange tint to it, and doesn't match my skin tone at all. FYI, I have fairly intense redness and am a II on the Fitzpatrick scale. My approach to dealing with this is to use a CC cream and vasoconstrictor like Rhofade, and use SmoothKP at night while I wait for that dude to find a "cure". In my experience, Euborian is the best CC cream you can get. submitted by /u/IG0156 to r/KPRubraFaceii [link] [comments]

Light-Medium Olive Foundation Swatches
Lately, I’ve been on somewhat of a mission to find the absolute closest out of the bottle foundation match(es) for my light-medium warm olive skin that would not require any mixing or color correction. After months of pouring over threads here and in other olive subs to compile a list of shades that were frequently recommended, I’ve finally collected a fairly comprehensive collection of samples to compare and wanted to share the results. The first few photos include swatches of all 40 shades I wanted to compare together. The following photos show the 8 shades I consider the closest to my skin tone swatched on both my forearm and jaw. I tried to include some examples of different types of lighting. A list of each of the products that were swatched is included below. Hopefully this helps those of you who are still trying to find your perfect match(es)! CC Cream recommendations (done with Purlisse🤬).
I’ve used the Purlisse CC Cream SPF 50 for a few years and love it. But I recently purchased it on Amazon and they sent me some that expired 01/24/2024, almost 7 months ago. I returned it and then ordered directly on their website. Lo and behind they sent me product that expired on 01/24/2024 AGAIN. So now I know it wasn’t a fluke and they aren’t managing their inventory responsibly especially since it has a sunscreen. I need to find a replacement since for this product since I’m losing trust in this brand. If you know of something similar that is also mineral based (zinc or titanium) please lay it on me.TIA🙏🙏🙏 submitted by /u/songofdentyne to r/MakeupAddiction [link] [comments]

Favorite bb/cc creams with SPF
Hi, I’m looking for a tinted sunscreen with a little bit of coverage to even out my skin and make it look like I have a filter on my face. Not too much coverage that I need to bring my features back with bronzer and concealer - I’m not the most skilled there. I have tried bare minerals complexion rescue but even after the most care and waiting between skincare and product, it pills! I love love LOVED it cosmetics cc cream with spf 50. I looked SO perfect but I’m pretty sure I’m allergic to something in it (likely the limonene). Glossier skin tint has a formula that works well on me but no spf and ion want to diminish the efficacy of sunscreen with makeup (I’ve heard conflicting things) Please share y’all’s favs with me! submitted by /u/smileyglitter to r/blkgrlbeauty [link] [comments]

Tinted moisturiser/BB cream with SPF under $50?
Hi all, does anyone have a recommendation for a good tinted moisturiser or BB/CC cream under $50 please? With a decent shade range! While more affordable foundations now have a good shade range, the SPF space from what I’ve seen is 3 shades of tan. I’m currently using the Naito one but the lightest shade pulls orangey on me :( Willing to spend a liiitle more than $50 if it’s the bees knees. Stylevana Haul + shopping tips!
Stylevana Haul + tips for shopping on Stylevana Picture 1 Top row - purchased (from left to right): - Melano CC 20ml (second time purchase) - COSRX Full Fit Propolis Synergy Toner 150ml (1st time purchase) - Purito Sea Buckthorn Vital 70 Cream 50ml (1st time purchase) - Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream 50ml (1st time purchase) - Purito Galacto Niacin 97 Power Essence 60ml (1st time purchase) - SKIN1004 Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum SPF 50+ Twin Pack 50ml*2 (1st time purchase) Picture 1 Bottom row - Freebies (from left to right): - SKIN1004 Centella Ampoule 100ml (1st time trying, but I’ve used SKIN1004’s Centella Toner and really liked it!) - I’m From Mugwort Essence 30ml (1st time trying) - Purito B5 Panthenol Re-Barrier Cream 80ml (my third time getting it, my HG moisturizer) - two foil samples! Picture 2 is just all of them unboxed! Order grand total: $60.10 USD !! Ordered on Feb. 17th, shipped on Mar. 13th, delivered Mar. 18th. After shopping on Stylevana for almost two years and getting great shopping advices on this sub, I finally figured out the best way to shop there! So I’d like to share them as giving back to this community! Tips for shopping on Stylevana: Never add items to your shopping cart from your wishlist or the brand’s product page. The reason is because not only does the price fluctuate greatly, same items also have different prices on different pages on Stylevana. For example, for the exact same product, the price seems to be the highest on your wishlist page (can be $1-8 usd higher!), and by clicking on the product when you search it directly on Stylevana. The best price can usually be found on “Secret Member Sale” page or by searching “[product name] + deal” on Google (not on Stylevana!). I learned this from this sub. From those pages you can safely add the items to your shopping cart, and they will appear to have “[Deal]” in front of their product name in your shopping cart. Some of these [deal] items can be excluded from further discounts, but it’s usually worth it because their price is already low enough. Always check Stylevana’s Instagram before checking out. I used to shop by only using the promo code Stylevana sent in the email, but those are not the best promo codes! The best promo codes are usually on their Instagram, where a single promo code gives you the same amount of % off plus sometimes awesome freebies! I got the SKIN1004 100ml Centella ampoule and I’m from Mugwort 30ml as part of their Instagram promo code! If you’re buying more than two products from the same brand, it’s worthwhile checking the “SALE” page, underneath you would find all the brand freebies. There’s a chance that your favorite brand might be giving freebies and that the product you wanted to buy might be a freebie! The Purito B5 cream, which I was planning to buy, suddenly appeared in my shopping cart as a free item when I added three Purito items to my shopping cart. And that’s when I discovered that brands gives their own freebies without needing to apply any promo codes. I was very curious and wondered where I could find brand gift page, so I looked and looked and found it on the SALE page. *Best time to shop if 2 weeks before or after major sales season. Never buy during a major sales season (Thanksgiving, New Year, etc). * Because Stylevana jacked up their price during sale. I also learned this from this sub. Time your supplies! Items appear as “ship within 30 days” do take much longer to ship. It’s not a myth! Several items in this order had “ship within 30 days” and that’s why it took nearly a month to ship. My past orders usually only take less than two weeks to deliver. That’s it! submitted by /u/XenaofGalactica to r/AsianBeauty [link] [comments]

[Sun Care] If I'm using CC cream with SPF 50, do I still need to apply sunscreen underneath?
Basically the title- is the SFP in the CC cream adequate protection? My skin looks better when I don't layer the products. (I still use the SPF on my neck and chest area.) submitted by /u/Miss_Kit_Kat to r/SkincareAddiction [link] [comments]

My school was giving away boxes of It CC+ "color correcting" cream SPF 50+ with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide... I'm a guy who thought it was just sunscreen until I opened the carton and extracted a beautiful iridescent-shiny tube. Can I use this as sunscreen?
I'm a fair complexioned average joe; I wear mineral sunscreens and thought an extra free tube would be nice to have around. Quick research online seems to show it's a foundation for make-up. Can I still use it as sunscreen, or should I quietly return it to the school so someone who actually needs it can have it? submitted by /u/mysteryofthefieryeye to r/Makeup [link] [comments]

Tinted sunscreen / BB/CC cream with SPF
Now that it's getting a bit colder and less sunny here, I'd like to switch from my Eucerin Oil Control SPF 50+ with bareMinerals powder on top to something more substantial. I can't find a suitable tinted sunscreen / light-coverage BB/CC cream with SPF – does anyone know of a product that is: available in a fair neutral-cool shade based on modern filters, at least 30 SPF silicone-free fragrance-free preferably under 40€ and available in (or shippable to) Germany bareMinerals Complexion Rescue was more of a Complexion Damage for me... Am I looking for a unicorn? TIA if you have some leads! submitted by /u/fluorescent__grey to r/EuroSkincare [link] [comments]

Sunscreen Review <3
I'm sharing my experience with the 21 sunscreens that I have used so far. https://preview.redd.it/qbgd3zx1eqx91.jpg?width=983&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0738342499d2a78581d97939d5943e3cd30dc341 My skin type is a combination. Place: always hot and humid. The post is gonna be long, so please don't hate me for that. Super Long Post Ahead cause I have added the texture of the sunscreens. 1. Sunscoop Matte Sunscreen SPF50-RS.649 for 45 ml. It is a silicon-based sunscreen, which is lighter than the regular one. The very first time only oil came out, then I shook the tube. Well, now I have sunscreen. It might be because, after purchasing it, I didn't open it and stored it in one place for a long time. It didn't leave a white cast and was not greasy, but it was not my favourite. I used it on the beach, but it didn't do well in water; the sunscreen got to come off after 10 minutes in the water. The tube is hard, so after using it more than 50%, it's very hard to press the tube to get the sunscreen out. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filters: Octocrylene, Octinoxate, Avobenzone, Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide. Texture Pic: Sunscoop matte sunscreen. Can you see the little oily border on the sunscreen this is how the sunscreen is for me. On blending this like this its a fine one I think. 2. Re'equil Tinted Sunscreen SPF50-RS. 895 for 50ml. This is a silicon-based sunscreen; the tint is a little orange; other than that, it's tinted and totally the same as the blue matte sunscreen. It is good a water-resistant sunscreen, the tint is a little orange; other than that, it's tinted and totally the same as the blue matte sunscreen. It is a good water-resistant sunscreen. The price is high. I'll WRP if I get a good discount on this one. UV Filters: Zinc Oxide. Texture Pic: Same texture like the blue. 3. Re'equil Omc Free Orange Sunscreen SPF 50 at Rs. 460 for 50 ml. The sunscreen is a cream one, which is a winter one for me. I love that it's OMC-free, but sadly, it didn't work for me. I find it gave me a white cast and it piled when I used it after Re'equil HA moisturiser and on a few other occasions too. It melts white when I sweat. WNRP. ㅜㅜ Uv Filters: Octocrylene, Tinosorb A2B, Octisalate, Tinosorb S. Texture Pic: https://imgur.com/a/1U1ZE4u 4. Re'equil Blue Sunscreen SPF50-RS. 780 for 50ml. It's a silicon-based sunscreen that's very water-resistant. I always use this when I go out. It gives me no white cast, but yes, I can find a white cast when I overuse it or when I don't apply it well. I used this on the beach, and it worked very well and didn't tan my skin. Recently, the brand increased its price, but I'm planning to stick with this one for outdoor use until I find a similar or better alternative. WRP. UV Filters: Octinoxate, Uvinul A Plus, Iscotrizinol, Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, and Tinosorb S. Texture Pic: Top silicon one I used. Best water resistant. 5. La Shield Mineral Sunscreen SPF50 (RS 280) for 50 gm. Cream sunscreen, which will look light with a little use but be heavy and have a huge white cast when you apply the required amount of sunscreen, has a strong detergent fragrance. This is terrible sunscreen. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filters: Octinoxate, Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus, and Iscotrizinol. Texture Pic: The bad white cast ㅜㅜ . 6. Qurez Orange Sunscreen SPF 50 - Discontinued. Thick cream sunscreen. My tube cap came broken, so they sent a replacement mineral one as this one was discontinued. That is the time when they made a small difference in the mineral sunscreen formulation, so it was a runny lotion-like sunscreen, which is very sticky and greasy and also broke my skin. I will not try sunscreen from this brand again. WNRP. ㅜㅜ 7. Urban Botanics Ultra Matte Sunscreen SPF50, Rs. 550 for 50 ml. It is a very thick cream that has a little silicon in it. The applications have a matte feel. It claims to be water-resistant, but it is not. There is no white cast, but the skin feels heavy when applying it. No fragrance. WNRP. UV Filter: Zinc Oxide, OMC, Titanium Dioxide. Texture Pic: This has a light silicon feel. 8. Peau Care L'eau Shield SPF 50/RS 300 for 50 ml. It's an invisible sunscreen that is a thick gel. It claims to be water-resistant, which is mild. It has a fragrance. It's pretty good—no white cast, not greasy or heavy on my skin. I'm not sure how much protection it gives, so it might RP. Uv Filter: Sulisobenzone 4%. Texture Pic: Doesn't it look good. Would be great if it is a good water resistant one. Peau Care Clear Sunscreen 9. Aroma Magic Sunblock Lotion SPF 30- Rs.240 for 50ml. The very first sunscreen I tried was more like a BB cream with sunscreen, which gave me a toned-up look. It is not suitable to apply the 2- or 3-finger rule because that would give a white cast. I liked it, but then I found many good ones that are better than this. I don't have a texture shot of it because it's empty. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filter: Zinc Oxide. Texture Pic: It's empty so no texture pic. 10. Neutrogena Blue Sunscreen SPF 50-RS 200 for 30 ml. It's very water-resistant but super greasy on my skin and stings my eyes very much. At first, I didn't know that sunscreen might stink my eyes, so I thought I had an issue with my eyes, but later, when I stopped using it, my eyes were fine. It's good that I got the small tube because I will never use this again. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV filters: Homosalate, Benzophenone-3, Octisalate, Octocrylene, and avobenzone. Texture Pic: https://imgur.com/a/kS0zqYL 11. Lakme Sun Expert Ultra matte Lotion SPF 50 (RS 299) for 50 ml. It is a creamy sunscreen that is not water-resistant. It gives good protection and a mild white cast, which is fine; it's not heavy or greasy on my skin. It has the usual Lakme fragrance. WRP. UV filters: Homosalate, Benzophenone-3, Octisalate, Octocrylene, and avobenzone. Texture Pic: Kind off thick right but not heavy. Good to use in winter. 12. ER Hybrid Sunscreen Tube SPF50-RS.758 for 50ml. I got this one at a 60% discount on Amazon. I liked that they changed it to a tube from the pump bottle; when applying it, the texture was like a light cream. It didn't leave a white cast, but after 10 minutes of applying the sunscreen, it kept making my skin more oily. After 30 minutes, my face becomes super greasy and dull, so this is definitely not for me. WNRP. ㅜㅜ Uv Filters: Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus, Zinc Oxide Texture Pic: https://imgur.com/a/GLBdaDo 13. Derma Co Invisible Sunscreen SPF50-RS.699 for 50 ml. I was excited to try this one. It has a silicon texture, which is nice, and it's water-resistant, but this sunscreen totally sits on my skin. It didn't absorb into my skin and felt heavy on my skin, so it was a no-no for me. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filters: Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octocrylene, and Octyl Salicylate. Texture Pic: Looks so good right. Didn't do well for me. 14. Derma Co. 1% HA Tinted Sunscreen SPF50-RS. 699 for 50ml. It has a creamy texture and a mild silicon base. I really liked this. There is not very much tint, so it will suit more skin tones. One thing is to not take more than 2 pumps because it becomes very hard to blend. It gave me a toned look on my skin. The tapping technique didn't work, so you had to blend it slowly. WRP. UV Filters: Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide Texture Pic: A light tint and silicon one. 15. Derma Co. 1% HA Sunscreen SPF50-RS.499 for 50ml. I love its texture, which feels very light on my skin, and yes, I always use it indoors. not for the outdoors because it's not water-resistant. Recently, I noticed a change in texture; it has become more thick and creamy. Good protection and didn't tan my skin. I might RP because of the recent texture change. I didn't like it. UV Filter: Octinoxate, Zinc Oxide, Avobenzone, Benzophenone-3, Titanium Dioxide. Texture Pic: The sunscreen is more thick. This is from recent purchase. More hydrating. 16. Unsweetened Beauty Clear Days SPF50-RS. 799 for 50 ml. This one is an invisible sunscreen, and it's a silicon effect like the silicon-type finish. I liked this one. It absorbed well into the skin rather than just sitting on top of the skin, gave good protection, and didn't tan my skin. I got no fragrance but got a chemical smell. All is well, but it gave me 1 CC every time I used it near my nose area, so that's a sad thing. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV filters: Avobenzone, Homosalate, and Octisalate. Texture Pic: It looks a little runny but when applying its fine. 17. Elinorr Sunscreen SPF50-RS.449 for 50ml (after using an additional coupon). My go-to indoor product is this. It didn't have a white cast, and I really enjoyed the texture. My skin didn't feel greasy after it. This is one I have absolutely no problem with. I applied this again three times that day, and there was still no white cast or heavy feeling on my skin. I already repurchased it and stocked up on two more. WRP. UV filters: Octinoxate, Avobenzone, Oxybenzone. Texture Pic: Super light and love the texture on application. 18. Minimalist Sunscreen SPF50-RS 399 for 50 ml. It worked amazingly well for sun protection and didn't tan my skin, but it's a creamy one for me and melts very badly on sweat. It's good, but I will not use this to reapply sunscreen because that makes it very heavy. I found good options and just needed one for indoors. This is too good to be used indoors. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filters: Octocrylene, Avobenzone, Titanium Dioxide, Uvinul T 150. Texture Pic: It's an empty one. 19. CosIQ Sunscreen Serum SPF30-RS 349 for 30ml. The sunscreen is very watery, didn't leave much of a white cast, and gave my skin a very dull look. A big mistake I made was that I didn't notice that this sunscreen was giving me tiny bumps all over my face. I thought some other product was breaking me out. I noticed that this was caused by the sunscreen when there was only like 15% left. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filters: Octinoxate, Avobenzone, Octocrylene, Zinc Oxide Texture Pic: Very like water. 20. CosIQ Serum Sunscreen SPF50-RS, 350 for 30ml and 750 for 100ml. There are so many good reviews on this sunscreen that it is so good and has no white cast, but I don't know what's wrong with mine. Even a single drop gave me a white cast, and my texture of mine was different from the reels, so I think it might be a batch issue. I might RP if I get it at a huge discount. UV Filters: Octinoxate, Avobenzone, Octocrylene, Zinc Oxide Texture Pic: So much white cast for just 2 drops. ㅜㅜ 21. Fixderma Sunscreen Gel SPF30, RS 220 for 40 g. The texture is very light, and it didn't leave me with a white cast. It didn't feel greasy, but it did not prevent tanning. One thing is that its fragrance is not my favourite, so I find Elinorr a good alternative to this one. They say it's water-resistant, but no, it is not. WNRP. ㅜㅜ UV Filters: Octinoxate, Benzophenone-4, Zinc Oxide, and Avobenzone Texture pic: I lost this sunscreen tube somewhere and can't find it now. submitted by

Fave foundations, CC or BB creams with SPF 50+?
Currently using the Cancer Council Daywear Tinted and it’s ok? It just gives such little coverage and even though I have dry/combo skin I live in a very hot climate so tends to disappear with sweat. I just don’t know of any foundations with SPF 50. Any suggestions would be welcomed! submitted by /u/lolly_box to r/AusSkincare [link] [comments]

SEEKING PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS: Looking for a very fair tinted moisturizer with 30 to 50 spf!
Hi there, I’m going to be in Germany next week, coming from southern Italy where I have difficulties finding very light-colored CC or BC cream with high SPF. I’ve thrown away so much money on tinted creams that leave me yellow or orange (Uriage, Avene, LRP, Clinique...). IT cosmetics have too much coverage for my taste. Any suggestions? Hoping to not spend more than 40-50€ . Thanks so much in advance for your help! submitted by /u/DiamondTippedDriller to r/EuroSkincare [link] [comments]
