Bare feet - you like to raw dog the floor. Socks - for some light protection. Slippers - for the more civilized folk. Sandals/flip flops - a little more heavy duty. Crocs - in case you have to pop out quickly. I do occasionally go with bare feet after waking up but I'm mostly a socks or slippers guy.

honestly i dont even wear shoes I stick to simple sandals( which do end up hurting my feet) crocs and slippers lol so far the crocs are comfy

I lost my father on 14 feb, the world was celebrating love , and i lost the person who loved me the most , ...and I realised how less I talked to him...how less I showed him affection....he used to do so many things for me .... randomly bringing me lays or kurkure or biscuit... cooking my favourite food...even at 11 in night when I used to tell maa ki kl paneer khane k mn kr rh ..then next day by 10am...he used to make my fav paneeer ki sbji...i somehow always felt down ...ki he does so much for me ... always..bought me cloths( that I looked clown in ) and food and I just kept lecturing him about saving 20-40rs .....about taking care of his health...during my coaching days in 11th and 12th....i always wanted ki i go to coaching by myself...but he was always there...dropped me and picked me....and i always frowned..ki papa sarai lrkai khud s atai jatai...aap kyu lene atai ..... sometimes he did let me go ...but always called and asked me ..if I reached or not ..where m i...even on train journey...I used to take sleeper class ticket so that I can save money ..and he always refused my decision that never take below 3rd AC.....I just felt guilty about spending more money... The day he died ..he had bought a 250rs slipper...he bought me 4000rs crocs...3 years ago...I still wear it..he never held back on spending money on me....bought me cloths..laptop.. everything I own infact....and all he needed in return..was my happiness... I just wish ....i could tell him how much I love him... I just wish i could tell him he was the best father...he used to say...beta tumhe jisme Khushi milai ..tum wo kro...lkin khush rho .... Idk if this qualifies or is a legitimate complaint, but mine is not wearing proper footwear in the gym. I've been exercising consistently since high school and have been an avid weightlifter for over 10 years now. Recently, I've noticed a huge increase of people wearing Crocs, flip flops, slippers, etc in the gym. A dude at my gym comes in with shoes and CHANGES into flip flops. Don't get me wrong, I wear Crocs, and flip flops all the time outside of the gym. It's not hating them in general. Now, I don't say anything to them because it's not my business or my job even though that is directly against the gym's rules, but it does annoy the shit out of me.
