Je verwacht het niet maar dickies 874 mannenmodel vind ik er op lijken. Maatvoering is wel erg vreemd. Zeker 3/4 maten groter nemen dan je normale maat.

I got my first pair of 874’s 4-5 years ago and they fit perfectly. But every new pair I get, when the old ones wear out, seems to vary in size every time? Spoke to a guy at the shop and he said the brand has been sold a couple of times and that the asian production doesn’t correspond with the European sizes as well. Has anyone noticed the size change over the last couple of years or am I just a tub of lard? I’ve always worn a waist 31, but I bought a new pair a couple of months ago (same size) and they’re noticeably smaller in both the waist and crotch. The Dickies 874 have been pretty much the only pants in my wardrobe for the past few years. Recently I have been trying to shift towards Made in USA clothing, as well as shifting away from polyester fabrics. Are there any American made pants that have a similar style/fit as the 874, while also being reasonably affordable? Hey all! I would like some opinions on the fit of these Dickies 874 on me. It was really hard for me to ditch the good ol’ skinny jeans a few years ago and I’ve been wearing more slim-fit like levi’s 511 but recently I got the 501s and I liked how those fit with my doc martens and also warmed up to more loose-fitting pants. A couple of weeks ago I became also obsessed with the idea of higher rise pants too and decided to get the Dickies since they are higher rise and more loose fitting, but now I’m not 100% sure if this is the way they should fit. I started getting into Dickies 874 as I changed my style because I like how clean they look and the colorways they come in, but I’m having an issue with the fit. I see other people wearing them like these pictures, and they fit exactly how I’d like them too, but when I get them, they fit like the sizing guide above. Are these people just randomly lying about the style dickies they’re getting or am I going insane? I hav size up, but I understand that’s the norm. I'm a smaller guy and I've acquired two pairs of 874s, one size 27x28 and the other 28x28. The 27 inch waist feels perfect, snug with a tiny bit of room for movement, but the crotch feels almost unfcomfortably tight. The tightness is alleviated considerably on the 28 inch waist but the waist is more roomy and falls down a bit.
