Thoughts on Dr. Jart skincare for rosacea
I've tried this brands Cica/Tigergrass products before and really love the way it makes my skin feel but it's so expensive. Has anyone used this and noticed a significant difference in their redness? submitted by /u/teapot789 to r/Rosacea [link] [comments]

Tried ice rolling or cold spoons? Dr.Jart+ just turned that into a 10-minute mask.
TL;DR: Puffy face? This 10-minute icy Korean face mask cools, depuffs, and makes you look awake fast. https://preview.redd.it/ee1zmq4wk0ug1.jpg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6804d6bd8491fc3cbb7e51432bf911403ef0e6fa We’ve been seeing a lot of conversations across r/KoreanBeauty and r/SkincareAddiction around: morning puffiness “how do I look less tired fast” whether cold therapy actually works So we wanted to share something new from Dr.Jart+ that’s built around that exact use case. What this is The Cryo Sorbet Icy Facial Mask is a 10-minute, powder-to-sorbet mix-it-yourself mask that: cools skin on contact visibly depuffs helps pores look tighter boosts glow It’s suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. https://preview.redd.it/dml9uq3yk0ug1.jpg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=69ffc95ea7cb0933dd42066a544240e041c80cbb Why this is different This isn’t a sheet mask or a standard cream mask. It’s inspired by Korean cryo facial and depuffing rituals, which is something that comes up a lot in r/KoreanBeauty. How to use it: Snap off one cube Add water to the fill line Wait ~10 seconds, then mix It turns into a cold, slushy (sorbet-like) texture Apply, leave on for 10 minutes, rinse It’s a more controlled, at-home version of the “cold therapy” approach people already experiment with to reduce puffiness. https://preview.redd.it/fdlq0rs3l0ug1.jpg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=922391b40c121f8d21a251292b90698827aa2544 What it’s designed to do (with clinical results) In clinical testing: skin’s temperature was lowered by ~11°F visible depuffing happened within 10 minutes 100% of users showed increased hydration/glow after one use This is more of a quick, visible-results step, not a long-term treatment. Key ingredients CoolGlyco Technology (erythritol + sucrose): helps rapidly cool skin Vitamin B12: supports hydration and helps skin look less fatigued Also formulated without parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, sulfates (SLS/SLES), triclosan, and more. Dr Jart Cicapair is just concealer
The other day I put some cicapair on to decrease redness but I was just hanging out at my house so I didn’t put on a full face of makeup. Later I wiped my nose with a tissue and noticed that it was the color of concealer/foundation, even though I had otherwise had a completely bare face. So I went and dabbed some cicapair on a piece of white paper and when I rubbed it in it turned “skin color”. This leads me to believe that a lot of these green “color correctors“ are just encapsulated concealer. I saw a Instagram reel video about this regarding those color changing foundations, that they are really just foundation in micro encapsulation that burst when you put pressure on them/rub them in. So there’s nothing “magic” about it. I thought the whole idea with color correctors was to balance out the redness in your skin. But basically this is just another layer of concealer. 🤦🏻♀️ submitted by /u/kliu916 to r/MakeupAddiction [link] [comments]

Swapping out Epstein products
As I'm sure many of you have seen, Peter Thomas Roth and Estee Lauder are in the Epstein files. I'm looking to make swaps as I run out of products as I hope you are as well. Drop your swaps you're making and any questions you have for new products. I'll go first: Swapping the few products I have left from The Ordinary for products from the Inkey List. Seeking swaps for NIOD fractionated eye concentrate and for PTR peptide moisturizer submitted by /u/No_Ebb_4594 to r/30PlusSkinCare [link] [comments]

Dr Jarts Cicapair color correcting treatment
I would love to hear about anyone’s experience with this product! I have dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin so I’m always scared to try new products. I am also on the lookout for: - a mineral spf (currently use Eltamd but it is a little itchy) - a foundation that won’t make my sensitive skin go crazy - some type of primer / barrier protecting product to put on before applying makeup to avoid irritation from makeup Right now I can’t tolerate any makeup :( This was recommended to me as a good “stepping stone”! submitted by /u/NoConsideration2602 to r/SkinbarrierLovers [link] [comments]

Dr Jart products and other color correcting treatments
I’m interested in purchasing a color-correcting treatment. I’ve been watching several YouTube dermatologists who recommend Dr. Jart+ Cicapair SPF 35. I also noticed another product from the same line called Dr. Jart+ Tiger Grass Camo Drops, which is also a color-correcting treatment but in a serum form. Has anyone used either of these products? If so, how did you like them? And if there’s a color-correcting product from a different brand that you’ve found works better, I’d love to hear your recommendations. submitted by /u/cheezur1 to r/Rosacea [link] [comments]

Any Dr. Jart products that are worth the price?
I’ve read a lot in this sub about the Ceramidin cream being an HG for many. I’m creating my holiday sale wishlist at Dr Jart and trying to find items that work well with acne prone skin. I’ve only ever tried the cicapair color correcting SPF, and I’d love to hear if there are any other products that people love and think are worth the price. Open to all types of skincare (toner, lotion, masks, etc). submitted by /u/revi4000 to r/AsianBeauty [link] [comments]

Dr Jart Cicapair - Sucks
I don't understand the hype of this product. I recently bought a small jar to test it out and I can say that, for me, this is not for me. I don't wear makeup and maybe it would've help if I did with this product since it made my skin color change to a weird off color... Something makeup could've helped cover up. But wearing this on its own made my skin look dry, off colored, and cakey. Am I doing something wrong when using it? If you like it then that's totally fine but for me.. Ill pass. Its too expensive for the bad results I got. submitted by /u/BananaTofu7 to r/Sephora [link] [comments]

Are Dr Jart products really worth it ?
Most of the reviews I've seen have been generally positive and I was looking to try some for myself. The problem is they are really expensive for little quantity so I'm a little hesitant. Are they really worth the price ? submitted by /u/L_J_X to r/AsianBeauty [link] [comments]
