Yes, I do the exact same thing. Whenever my daughter goes to the park, playground, or has a play date, my mind automatically starts counting down 72 hours to make sure all is ok. It’s awful because I basically hold my breath hoping she won’t get sick. I wish I could be carefree and “normal” like other mom’s, but my emetophobia won’t let me.

I have severe emetophobia and my doctor understands. I opted for the finger prick test which calmed my anxiety so much. I had to prick my finger 4x a day for a week. But because of all the horror stories I heard, I’d take that over the drink anyday

My daughter (11) had to take it for hydradentitis and we quit because it made her violently ill. We tried it for 4 weeks and she puked almost every day. It was very awful. She now has emetophobia & anxiety from throwing up so much and getting her to eat is a challenge. I’m so angry with her doctors for making us stick with it that long.

im almost 7 weeks and getting more consistent for me. Its a queasiness for sure. Like I don’t want to eat but I know that I need to. I have emetophobia so its been rough-no vomiting so far and hope it stays that way!
