I've extensively researched baby monitors, and here are my key requirements: - able to connect to wifi and share live monitoring via phone - able to work without wifi (not required during reset/set-up either) and connect to the monitor - reliable and durable, does not stop working suddenly after a short while - doesn't lose connection or lag in footage Considering all this, I have two questions: Would you recommend Eufy 20 or Eufy 21? Where can I find either of these on discounted price (200-300 CAD) in Canada (online)? I’m seeing a consistent issue with my Eufy E20 baby monitor and wanted to check if others have the same problem. The gimbal (pan/tilt) becomes completely unresponsive after around 24 hours of normal use. When it happens: Camera stays online Live video continues to work But I cannot move the camera at all No response from the mobile app or the monitor unit Calibration also does not work The only way to recover is to reboot the camera, after which everything works normally again… until it freezes again later. Important details: Camera is always plugged into stable power Gimbal is rarely used (not constantly moving) No physical obstruction Issue is reproducible (roughly every ~24h) Latest firmware installed 2.2.3.7 I already tried: Rebooting (temporary fix only) Re-pairing the camera None of these fixed the root issue. Main concern is the gimbal freezing, since it requires manual reboot to recover. Has anyone else experienced this with the E20/E21 (or similar models)?
