AIO to being told I couldn't pay with my food stamps because I have a pedicure?
Hello! This is going to be pretty short, its just what I was told, and what I did after! So recently it was my Birthday, for that my mom gave me a $100 gift card to the salon in my town. I got a French tip mani- pedi, nothing out of the ordinary, no length or anything. I go to the store because my benefits had just kicked in and obviously I needed to get food for the month. I grabbed all my basic necessities, and was heading to the check out. (I was wearing a crop top, shorts, and sandals because it was 92°) The worker off the bat was incredibly rude towards me. She said "I hate when parents send their teenagers in here"(Im 20, I look OVER my age im told often) I kind of awkwardly laughed and said that I was an adult under my breath. She kind of snapped here and just glared at me. She's ringing me up and I pull out my benefit card to pay. Immediately seeing my card she said "oh so you have money for your nails but not food?" I told her that it isnt her business and that I was given a birthday present. She tells me that I cant pay with that card, reaches over, and presses the red X to cancel the translation. Here obviously im mad, I take my groceries over to another clerk, who checked me out with no comments, in fact complimented my nails! I went over to customer service and complained about my first cashier. They told me that several people have come to them today about her and gave me corporate's number. I dont know if I should call them, I feel like she could have just been having a bad day and I wouldn't want her to lose her job, especially when the job market is what it is today. So AIO? Edit: Title is supposed to say manicure, no clue how it autocorrected to pedicure but it did haha! People are doing two things, 1. Calling this AI, and 2. Calling this fake. I also changed the wording of the salon for those saying I go regularly based on the wording, theres only 1 salon in my town so I've been going there whenever I get my nails done, but havent for a long while. AI is absolutely garbage and I stand by that, I am in a creative industry and AI has nothing to do with this post. There are clear grammatical mistakes I've made that can also lead you to see it clearly isnt AI. Situations like these are VERY common when I use my benefits, you dont know what my situation is, so please dont act like you do. submitted by /u/Flimsy-Government-92 to r/AmIOverreacting [link] [comments]

Tough Pills for Newbies: Hard truths to accept before placing your first order
Given the influx of new buyers, I thought it would make sense to make a post explaining some harder pills to swallow before making your first purchase. Buying reps is NEVER 100% risk free. It doesnāt matter if itās a trusted seller, it doesnāt even matter if YOU have had 99 good orders with them. Sellers can flip at any time e.g the infamous case of Joe running off with thousands of dollars after establishing trust as a seller of high quality Hermes. You need to understand and accept the risk when you jump into this process. The fastest way to get scammed is to spam every post with āseller????ā And āfactory???ā And make a post asking āwhatās the best factory for a Chanel classic flap???ā Sellers lurk all rep subs, and so do scammers. Youāre basically advertising that youāre a newbie and donāt know what youāre talking about. Use. The. Searchbar. And use your common sense. If 10 people with verified histories say āBaobaoāās last four digits end in 1234, the 11th one you found that end in 9876 might not be the real one. This isnāt Bloomingdaleās. You donāt get to charge back because youāre not happy. Youāre buying an ILLEGAL item. Iāve lately seen so many cases of people encouraging each other to charge back because they werenāt happy with the psp or quality of the item. Yes, it sucks, but this is the fastest way to get a seller to stop accepting PayPal or safer methods from everyone else. Multiple sellers have stopped accepting PayPal, and some now only take Western Union, which is painful as heck. A lot of OG sellers like Redden no longer accept new buyers at all from people pulling this crap. Lying that you expected a real item so you can get your money back on the fake item you knowingly purchased (which is what you need to do to get a charge back) is just as unethical as sellers dumping a low quality item on you. You donāt get to take the moral ground while committing financial fraud. Unless a seller has truly taken your money and run off without delivering anything, you really need to understand that this is a risk of the business. You donāt get to charge back because you think the stitches are too crooked. Name and shame the seller on the subs with picture proof and suck it up like the rest of us. You need to compare your PSPs to the FACTORY PHOTOS. You CANNOT compare your PSPs to the authentic. Sellers are selling you FAKE BAGS. Factory photos are the representation of the FAKE BAG. If your PSP shows the wrong font, and the factory photos shows the wrong font, you do not get to red light the bag. Itās YOUR job to QC the factory photos against the authentic to make sure you are ok with the differences, and there WILL be differences Which brings me to point 4, there is NO SUCH THING as 1:1. There is NO SUCH THING as mirror. Every rep, even the best ones, WILL have differences that a trained eye can spot. Frankly, itās major cope when people say shit like āChanelās quality is so bad these days that 187 is closer to auth than the authā Sorry but no. It seems a lot of people who say this arenāt actually experienced in handling luxury goods. Every rep will have differences to the authentic. Itās up to you to spot them before you buy, and make sure the difference is tolerable to you. My personal threshold is ācanāt tell unless the person is holding it and looking closelyā because I donāt let anyone touch my stuff anyway. Maybe yours is ācanāt tell unless side by side with authā Figure out your personal threshold and go from there, keeping in mind that there is no such thing as 1:1 and if youāre expecting that, please just save up and buy authentic to save your own self the a heartache of owning something that wonāt make you truly happy. Buy only if you would pay 4 times the price for the design. I think many people will disagree, but this planet has enough trash piling up. Everything we own, even the things we claim we want to keep and pass down will someday end up in a landfill. I see too many posts of people posting 10 bags saying they got too excited about discovering reps and bought a bunch of things they donāt even like that much. Please ask yourself, are you buying this because you truly love it? Or are you buying it simply because you now have access to luxury items at a price point that lets you go crazy? You donāt buy 10 bags a month from h&m simply because it doesnāt affect your wallet right? Please buy the items that bring you joy when you look at them, and that you know will fit into your wardrobe. Please stop asking if something can pass. It literally doesnāt matter. Becca bloom wears blatantly obvious fakes (birkins with a strap, which is completely impossible and an obvious callout) and literally 99% of people assume itās real. Whether something can pass or not depends on YOU. If youāre at Walmart picking up groceries with your real birkin, people will assume itās a fake. If you look polished and carry yourself with confidence, your low tier reps will look real. And by polished I donāt mean fancy. I come into contact often with ultra high net worth individuals in my line of work and they show up in sweatpants to meetings sometimes with their hair in a pony tail. But, they always smell good. Their nails are clean even if not done. Teeth are clean and straight (unfortunately yes, crooked teeth are a class indicator though I wish they werenāt). Even the men clearly put in effort into grooming. In Asia, you can walk into an Hermes and see the husbands sitting with their kids in what appears to be a random pair of shorts and a tee, but they have a clear aura of confidence. Why? Because they have nothing to prove. The biggest give away of a rep is lack of confidence. Hunching over, tucking your bag behind you, flipping it so the logo is hidden are all giveaways that youāre not comfortable in your bag. (This doesnāt apply to places where snatching is a risk). You want an uncalloutable bag? You need to BE uncalloutable. The bag will follow. And frankly, aināt nobody looking at closely at you girl. Everyone has their own business to tend to. ā I understand the tone of this post may put some people off. But this game isnāt for the thin skinned. If youāre a newbie reading this, free to drop any questions below in the comments that arenāt the obviously searchable ones submitted by /u/VogueEverything to r/RealRepLadies [link] [comments]

My SIL is a toxic bitch who had a 3-hour screaming meltdown over my existence every time she saw me. I donāt know how to get over the feeling.
First of all, sorry for any mistakes, English is my third language so please bear with me. I (22F) have been with my BF (25M) for a year. Our relationship is perfect and I want to spend my life with him; I have absolutely no complains about our relationship. But, his sister (23F) is a complete narcissistic bitch. She has made me go through hell since the day I met her and idk how to deal with it. The first day I went to my bfās house to meet his parents, we were having dinner and I mentioned I have two miniature Schnauzers. She immediately said: "Schnauzers are the ugliest dogs ever, they are so fucking ugly." Just like that. When my bf confronted her later, she said: āOmg I was in a lot of pain because of my wisdom tooth and I didnāt realize we were talking about her dogs, I thought we were just talking about dogs in general.ā B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T. Then, that same weekend, my BF was coming to stay at my house for a week (I live alone). She didn't see me on the stairs and started talking trash about me to him, saying staying with me was such a "bad idea" because we barely knew each other (even tho it was a one-week vacation at my house). This is hilarious because she moved in with her boyfriend after one month of knowing him, not even dating, and they have broken up like 9 times in a year. My BF always has to go pick her up and move her back home, only for her to go back to him a week later. A week later, I went for dinner again and she had a FULL mental breakdown. She went to her parents' room and started screaming SUPER LOUD. We could hear everything from the ground floor. She was screaming: "What is this bitch doing in my house?! Why are you giving her more attention than my friends?! This girl is an idiot, a jerk, a piece of trash!" She even screamed that she wanted to k*ll herself because they "ignored" her. She kept cussing me for like 3 hours. Iāve seen this during this whole year and my BF has told me a thousand times: she uses the suicide thing just to make her parents feel guilty. Also, there is a lot of favoritism in that house. They have always done everything for her, while my BF had to figure everything out on his own. Three weeks later, it was her birthday next week, so I decided to give her an early gift. I tried to be the "bigger person" and brought her a plant she really likes and a card. She had another meltdown that morning. She went to her parents' room again to scream like a crazy person, yelling the same insults as before: that I was a c*nt, that I shouldn't be there, and asking why I was getting so much attention. Since her room shares a wall with my BFās, I heard her talking to her friend in her bedroom after that (the friend was there during the whole mental breakdown lol). She called me a "bitch," a "disgrace," "ugly," and an "imbecile." She literally said: "What the fuck is she doing here? She does not belong here." When my BF told her: "Hey, my gf has a gift for you," she didn't even look at me. She just said: "Honestly, I would prefer not," and walked away. I had to keep the gift. The parents started making excuses for her. Her mother told me it's because she has "untreated ADHD." My BF told me that's a lie; she is not diagnosed with ANYTHING. Then the father told me that since sheās been having trouble with her boyfriend and has to play "stepmom" to his kid, she is "stressed." Bullshit. Stress doesn't make you act like a monster for an entire month and a half that this whole mental-breakdown-screaming thing lasted. When my bf confronted her, she apologized to him ācryingā (fake tears Iām sure) and said she swore she would apologize to me. Well, so far, a year has gone by and no apology. There was also an incident with my BFās former best friend. He decided to cut the friendship because she was toxic, but before that, he went to pick his sister up while the friend was there. He said he had to leave for my house (1h 45m drive) for a dinner reservation. His sister said: "Or what? Is she going to scold you if you're late?" and the friend started laughing. My BF just said "Fine, stay here then" and left. They stayed there talking trash about me. To summarize the rest of our interactions for the past year: every time I said ANYTHING, she would roll her eyes, sigh, or scoff. For example, my BFās dad (who doesn't speak Spanish) asked me if he could use the phrase āĀæcómo estamos?ā to greet a group. Before I could even answer, his sisterāwho speaks terrible Spanishāsnapped: āNO, you canāt, you have to say āĀæCómo estĆ”s tĆŗ?āā I politely corrected her, explaining that in an informal setting with a group of people, āĀæcómo estamos?ā is perfectly fine. The dad was happy he was right, and she looked at me like she wanted me de*d right then and there. She literally got up and left the table without finishing dinner. Another time, I tried to be nice and complimented her nails. Her mom joined in and asked if I did mine too. I said, āYes, but I keep them short for work, I wish I could have them long and cute like hers.ā When the mom asked to see my nails, the sister started muttering insults under her breath about me, stood up, and stormed off. Recently, we saw her at a store. She gave me a hugāwhich caught me completely off guard. I tried to be nice because I thought "maybe the terror is over, maybe sheās not crazy anymore." I told her she looked beautiful and her bangs looked amazing. She mentioned she got them recently but were too long and she didn't know how to cut them. I suggested using small scissors for more precision (as thatās what I did when I had bangs), and she snapped at me with a venomous tone: "No. Actually, Iām going to use big scissors, okay?" I know thatās not a bad interaction per se, but you shouldāve heard the tone. She literally barked at me, nothing new, honestly. The worst part of everything? She told my BF she "doesn't have a problem with me" and that "she likes me." She is a total, pathological liar. On Instagram, she likes reels about being a "Girls' Girl" and "how important it is to be kind." She is the opposite of that. She is rude and self-absorbed. The thing is, I canāt get over it. My family treated my boyfriend like a king. My parents, my brother, even my grandparents welcomed him with open arms. And I get treated like a "bitch" and an "intruder" by this crazy woman. I don't know what to do. I don't know how to deal with these emotions so they stop appearing in my head. I don't even know if I should talk to my BF because I doubt it will change how I feel. It makes me feel sad to see my brother and my BF getting along so wellāthey play games, they hang out, they eat togetherāwhile his sister treats me like this. Even tho I must say that Iām really happy that my brother and my bf get along so so well. I talked to my brother and he agrees that acting this way is insane. He said if he ever treated my partner like that, he would expect me to slap him into the stratosphere. I am just filled with rage. What should I do? submitted by /u/No_Hunt_9232 to r/EntitledPeople [link] [comments]

Fake Nails in Biotech
Hi Everyone! I am in my last year of my masters program and am planning to transition to a biotech job. I like to have acrylic nails and they have not been a problem in academia labs. They are probably around a cm over where my natural nail ends. Anyone in biotech companies have any experience with what is allowed in those labs? Should I cut them short before the interview process? Should I start getting them ābasicā (i like fun designs - rn they are butterfly wings) before I start interviewing? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you! EDIT: I think itās really funny that a lot of these comments are insinuating that my nails get in the way of my lab work. If you guys read the post, they have never been a problem! No contamination, no gloves breaking, no dexterity issues. Read, guys! Use your brains. submitted by /u/deezz_nutzzzzz to r/biology [link] [comments]

UPDATE 3 (FINAL): I finally got my ā¹3 Lakh back for the RTX 5090 detergent scam! (And how I had to force the bank to do it)
Hi guys. After weeks of fighting, and massive stress, I woke up this evening to the best notification ever. The full ā¹2,99,995 has been credited back to my account. We won. But the way this was resolved revealed something terrifying. Amazon didn't willingly refund me, and my own bankās sheer incompetence almost cost me the dispute. If you missed the previous posts, here is the short version of the absolute madness: - Ordered a ā¹3 Lakh RTX 5090 on Amazon India (Fulfilled by Amazon). - Received a 1.56kg packet of Ghadi detergent inside a tampered Gigabyte box. - Amazon's shipping label literally said 1.56kg. Gigabyte India officially confirmed the real GPU box weighs around 3kg. - I dug into the invoice and uncovered that the seller was using a fake 0% GST charge, a non-existent HSN code, and closed shell companies registered right near Amazon's Okhla warehouse. After my last post where I called out the "fake refund" and how both Amazon and my bank were just infinitely stalling, something finally broke. Amazon Executive Relations reached out to me directly. This was the first and ONLY useful email Amazon sent me throughout this entire ordeal. In it, they clearly stated that their payment processor (PayU) had actually initiated the chargeback reversal on March 23rd. They explained that once a chargeback is filed and confirmed by the processor, Amazon cannot issue a separate standard refund, because that would result in double the amount being credited. That email was a bombshell. It meant the merchant (Amazon/PayU) had effectively conceded the chargeback weeks ago. The bottleneck wasn't Amazon anymore. It was my own bank, IDFC FIRST. While the merchant was ready and the chargeback was confirmed, my bank had been sitting on the funds for over 15 days. Every time we reached out, their support team just gave us automated, generic "no update" responses. They treated a high-stakes, highly-documented corporate fraud case like a routine ā¹500 failed UPI transaction. Realizing the bank was the problem, we drafted a very detailed and strict escalation email directly to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team of IDFC FIRST. We laid out the exact timeline, provided the merchant confirmation logs, and linked all the viral Reddit, X, and news articles. We demanded two things by the End of Day: - Immediate Provisional Credit: Since the merchant acknowledged the chargeback on March 23rd, the funds should have been credited immediately. - Executive Confirmation: A direct confirmation from their office clearing the dispute, along with an explanation for the 15-day delay despite merchant readiness. Surprise, surprise! when you threaten a massive PR nightmare with a meticulously documented paper trail, the money magically appears in your account the very next morning. However, the bank STILL failed us. Even though they silently credited the money, they completely ignored our demands. They did not provide any Immediate Provisional Credit during the investigation phase, and they completely failed to provide any Executive Confirmation or explanation for why they held our money hostage for 15 days when the merchant was ready to settle. How am I supposed to trust this bank? We are a tech startup. We regularly deal with heavy compute infrastructure and expensive hardware. In the future, we will be doing transactions that are far, far larger than ā¹3 Lakhs. How do I trust my bank with high-value corporate transactions when they have proven this incompetent? If they freeze up, offer zero support, and stall for 15 days when all the evidence (and the merchant's own admission) is handed to them on a silver platter, they are an active liability to my business. This entire ordeal has shown me that banks do not operate on trust or efficiency; they only act when you hold their reputation hostage. Huge thanks to everyone on Reddit and X who upvoted, shared, and tagged the authorities. You guys making this viral is what gave me the leverage to force their hands. I am really really grateful of how this entire community has supported us throughout all of this mess. š If you ever buy expensive tech: - Use a Credit Card: It is your only weapon. - Record Everything: That 1.56kg shipping label on video saved me [although I think I need to upgrade my phone š„²]. - Investigate the Seller: The fake GST/HSN shell company data was the nail in the coffin. - Don't Trust Your Bank: Escalate past the bots. Go straight to the executives with undeniable proof. We won this battle, and the money is finally back where it belongs. But honestly, the bigger issue isn't totally resolved. My genuine hope is that the authorities actually use this evidence to raid that Okhla warehouse ring and dismantle this organized operation from the inside out. It is sickening to think about how many people probably lost their hard-earned money or PC-build savings to this exact seller, or such people who operate this entire scam network just because they didn't know how to navigate a bank chargeback or fight past the automated support bots. I'll be keeping an eye on the legal complaints I filed, but for now, this chapter is closed. Protect yourselves out there, always use credit cards for high-value tech, and never let these massive companies bully you into taking the loss. Thanks again for having my back! š submitted by /u/void_SW to r/TwentiesIndia [link] [comments]

Hair Down, Rings On, Nails Long⦠and Youāre Baking for Others?
I know this is a bit of a tangent, but for me itās very important when cooking for others. How do you dress when baking/cooking? I watch cooks on YouTube, and it drives me nuts that they wear their hair down in their faces, have long droopy sleeves, long painted nails, rings, etc. For me, all of these things are contrary to making good food for others especially since many of them say they give the food away. When I bake, I make sure my hair is brushed straight back and tightly pinned. My sleeves are short and not loose. My clothes cover my midsection, and I wear shoes. I donāt wear any rings, watches, bracelets, or fake nails. What do you do when you bake? Does it bother you when others cook with their hair down? Do you ever find hairs in food others cook for you? Anyone have any tips on how to make sure the food we cook for others stays clean and safe? submitted by /u/Caregiverwife82 to r/Baking [link] [comments]

TIFU by partying too hard in $40 pirate boots - now Iām a double toenail amputee
So this Halloween I decided to go all in. I had my pirate costume tailored, loaded up with every accessory imaginable - compass, locker key, pirate medallion, stacks of fake gold jewelry, even a hat with a built-in wig. I looked like Iād just stepped off the Black Pearl. The only shortcut I took was the boots. Couldnāt find decent ones locally, so I ordered a pair online for about $40. They looked amazing⦠until about twelve hours later. I was having such a blast that I didnāt notice a thing - dancing, drinking, staggering through a few bars, then on to an after-party. But when I finally kicked those boots off⦠both my big toes were swollen like grapes. By the next morning, the nails had gone black and started throbbing like they were trying to signal for help. Fast forward a week: I clipped them short, pressed down to relieve the pressure, got a lovely stream of bloody fluid, and today both nails finally came off completely. Painless, but now my toes look like theyāve been on a shipwreck. So yeah - the costume was worth it, the pictures were fire, but the price was two toenails. TL;DR: Went all out on a pirate costume except for the $40 boots. Twelve hours of partying later, my toenails mutinied and jumped ship. (Gross toe pics in comments - youāve been warned.) submitted by /u/WhatsATrouserSnake to r/tifu [link] [comments]

BWT, whatās your nail care routine? No polish, no fake nails. š
So short and sweet; New job does not allow pedicures, no polish, no fake nails. Iām trying to be more on top of a daily/nightly ritual and have a routine. Id like to take care of my nails in anyway I can š Iām thinking maybe like castor oil on nail beds, filing the nails, pushing the beds back? Iām not sure, Iād like to hear what you guys do or think? Right now I just put on Aveno hypoallergenic lotions on my hands and keep my nails trimmed š Iād like to be a little more fancy with it, curious what other types of oils out their for the beds. Iām sure maybe like a clear layer of something on top of the nails is fine? Regardless, whatās your natural BARE nail care ritual? šš Edit: MANICURE NOT PEDIUCRE LOL, just realized I made the typo š
EDIT #2: Thank you sooo much for all the detailed responses, it was exactly what I was looking for! I went through the comments and wrote down repeating themes and Iām just going to pop down some keywords down below for anyone curious :) ! I may come back to try to organize this better, but hope this helps you guys as well submitted by

This one's for the ladies! Gen X women, did we kill pantyhose?
Tell us about your path to bare L 'eggs! I remember wearing them in highschool. My mom taught how to put them on carefully and how to wash them on the sink and let air dry. She told me about clear nail polish and runs. I remember wearing black hose on special occasions and feeling so sexy! I remember wearing slightly darker than my skin hose under shorts to "fake" a tan on my legs!! I was a nurse, so I remember wearing white stockings or tights under a uniform. Somewhere not too long after highschool, (I graduated in '93), I just.. ..quit wearing them. Scrubs became more a acceptable form of uniform for medical professionals. Pantyhose were scratchy. They were hot. They were a pain in the ass to wear and care for. By the time I was 25, they were long forgotten! I don't think I finally got rid of the spares I had in my drawer, and the black ones I kept for special occasions until a couplafew years later, though. You? Edit: Found this ! Katie Couric has been one of the most stalwart and high-profile bare-leggers, bringing her tanned gams into living rooms every day with the TV news. But the sight of bare legs is so repulsive to some that a forum has emerged on Stockingshq.com, a website for stockings fans, dedicated to persuading the chipper news anchor to wear pantyhose. Fundraisers, bribes and beatings are a few of the strategies discussed. One man lamented that heād been forced to switch to Fox, where the legs are rarely naked. submitted by /u/scarlettohara1936 to r/GenX [link] [comments]

Long nails are easier to keep clean than short ones
Every time the topic of long nails comes up there are always people who say things like āimagine how dirty they areā or āhow does she keep them cleanā Ive had both long nails (natural and fake) and now very short nails because I handle food as part of my job now. when my nails are long, the hygiene process is simple: brush underneath them at least 3x per day. that isnāt as easy when theyāre short in my experience. i find that when things get under my short nails (greases/oil, flour, just debris in general) it takes a much longer time to fully clean them because my nail is pretty much at the same level as my skin. its harder to get āunderā if that makes sense. I definitely have other qualms with long nails but cleanliness isnāt really one of them. submitted by /u/4ngelicbrat to r/The10thDentist [link] [comments]

What's your policy on fake nails and gloves? Because I'm losing my fucking mind
My business partner and manager both have no problem with fake nails(they both prefer to have nails done almost 100% of the time and just use gloves), it's now spread to half the team that fake nails are fine and all we need to do so wear gloves I (a male) believe that fake nails have no place on the hands of kitchen staff(95%of the time see below) and that short real nails and proper handwashing is the best way for safe food handling My primary concern is health and safety, often times I'm out and about at other restaurants I usually see employees improperly using gloves and it makes me cringe. So I'm always on my team to pay attention, change often and be careful I'm not some kind of fucking Nazi, I think if people have special events (prom, anniversaries or vacations) that temporarily having fake nails with glove usage is alright. But not the default, we are going through hundreds of gloves per day per person. Not only is it wasteful (1000s of gloves to the dump) gloves are a cope for mid hand safety. Don't get me started on additional microplastics into the food then subsequently enter our bodies and brains and shit. I just need some outside perspective here, what's your policy on fake nails and gloves? Please sane check me here submitted by /u/fro99er to r/KitchenConfidential [link] [comments]

Finally nailing this fake water marble thing
After a few attempts at different techniques and polishes, I feel like Iām finally getting good at fake water marble. I drip nail polish on the back of a silicon mat (my dogās old lickimat), use a toothpick to marble. The trick here is to do short drags instead of long ones, otherwise the design gets very muddy (see top left patch on the second image). Then leave to dry for around 1 hour - I put it out on the balcony so itās colder. I then lift the design, cut out smaller pieces, then use a clear coat on my nail to glue the piece down. After that, I trim with both tiny scissors and a scalpel - very gently around my nails. I find that this gives a cleaner result than acetone on clean-up brush, which tends to stain the edges especially when there are darker colors. I like designs with mostly solid colors and a just a touch of metallic. submitted by /u/gantian to r/RedditLaqueristas [link] [comments]

Friendly reminder that videos that are now acknowledged to be real by the US government, were leaked a decade earlier to a conspiracy forum, where they were convincingly "debunked"
On 3rd Feb 2007, a member of a well known conspiracy forum called AboveTopSecret posted a new thread claiming to be an eyewitness to the Nimitz event. This thread can be found here: https://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread265697/pg1 A day later the same user posts another thread, this time with a video of the actual event. Here's the link to the original post: https://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread265835/pg1 In this thread, what you see is an effort by the community to verify/debunk the video, pretty much identical to what we see in this sub. Considering many inconsistencies, suspicious behavior by the poster, and a connection to a group of German film students who worked on CGI of a spaceship, the video was ultimately dismissed as a hoax. Consider the following quotes from participants in that thread: "The simple fact is that the story, while plausible, had so many inconsistencies and mistakes in that it wasn't funny. IgnorantApe pretty much nailed it from the start. The terminology was all wrong, the understanding of how you transfer TS material off the TS network was wrong, timelines were out, and that fact that the original material was misplaced is beyond belief. That the information was offered early, but never presented despite requests from members, is frankly insulting to our intelligence." "His ā cred ā as an IT technician was questioned because he displayed basic ignorance regards quite simple IT issues [...] His vocabulary , writing style , idioms , slag etc was questioned ā because I do not believe that he is an American born serviceman [ naval ]" And most importantly, see this comment on the first page to see how this video was ultimately dismissed to be a hoax, following a very logical investigation: https://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread265835/pg1#pid2927030 In short, the main conclusion is that the video was hosted on a site directly related to a group of German film students, with at least one of their project involving CGI of a spaceship. Together with OP's own inconsistencies, it is not hard to see why that the video is fake was virtually a fact. As we now all know, this is the video that a decade later would appear on the New York Times (at this point canonical) article (link to the original NYT article), prompting the US Government to eventually acknowledge the videos are real. At this point I don't think it's even up to debate. The idea that a debunked video from a conspiracy forum from 2007 would end up as supporting proof at a public congress hearing about UFOs with actual whistleblowers is, to say the least, mind boggling. It is fascinating to go through the original threads and see how people reacted back then to what we know is now true. It is honestly quite startling just how strong was the debunk (I believe most of us would come to the same conclusion today if it wasn't publicly acknowledged by the US). I feel this may be the most crucial thing to take into account whenever we are considering videos related to this topic. Naturally, we want to verify the videos we're seeing: we need to be careful to make sure that we do not deem a fake as something real. But one thing we are sometimes forgetting is to make sure that we are not deeming something real as fake. Real skepticism is not just doubting everything you see, it's also doubting your own doubt, critically. We all have our biases. Media claiming to depict UFOs should be examined carefully and extensively. The least we can do is to accept that a reasonable explanation can always be found, which is exactly how authentic leaks were dismissed as debunked fakes, following a very logical investigation. Ask yourself sincerely: what sort of video evidence will you confidently accept as real? If the 5 observables are our supposed guidelines (although quite obviously we can accept that most authentic sightings most likely don't have them), would a video that ticks all these boxes convince you it's real? Or would you, understandably, be more tempted to consider it to be a fake considering how unnatural to us these 5 observables may seem? The truth most likely is already here somewhere, hiding in plain sight. This original thread should be a cautionary tale. A healthy dose of skepticism is always needed, but just because something is likely to be fake does not mean it is fake, and definitely does not mean it's "debunked". We should all take this into account when we participate in discussions here, and even moreso we should be open to revisit videos and pictures that are considered to be debunked, as a forgettable debunked video back then would eventually become an unforgettable historical moment on the UFO timeline. There is not a single leak that the government would not try to scrub or interfere with, and this should be always taken into account. Never accept debunks at face value, and always check the facts yourself, and ask yourself sincerely if it proves anything. If it does - it often does - then great. If not, further open minded examination is the most honest course of action. submitted by /u/random_access_cache to r/UFOs [link] [comments]

Wife found a fake nail in our daughters mouth after picking her up from daycare
My wife picked up our daughter from daycare yesterday and when she got her home, found a fake nail lodged in the back of her mouth. Daughter was fine, wasn't choking, just had it sort of "squirreled" away in her cheek. Anyway, my wife messaged our daycare immediately with a picture of the nail. They responded with a short message about talking to the staff. No apology or asking if our daughter was ok. I was pretty angry and so was my wife. However, we both know it's hard to keep an eye on that many infants constantly, and things happen, but this could have turned our pretty bad. We're trying to decide if we should say anything else or just move on. Side note. Our daycare recently got bought by another. Nothing really changed except for the name of the daycare. But this new one has had several instances of children being left alone or lost in the past. (Several years ago) and they are under new management since then. Just curious what other people's thoughts are. submitted by /u/rackball206 to r/Parenting [link] [comments]

Long fake nails
I know I'm gonna get grilled for this so there's no point in sugarcoating. They're hideous. The longer they are, the worse they look. On top of that, they're a safety hazard. Long nails are hazardous by default, but fake ones are even more dangerous for two reasons: 1.) They're thicker and stronger than real nails, so instead of bending or breaking under stress like a real nail would, they are more likely to just take your nail with it. 2.) Instantly going from short nails to long nails means you didn't have time to adjust, so you're more likely to carelessly rip your nails off doing something you could previously do without a problem. So basically, they look like shit, and they're dangerous. I'm not going to ask why people wear them. I know people have different opinions. If you think my opinion sucks, all power to you. I just wanted to get this off my chest. submitted by /u/IameIion to r/PetPeeves [link] [comments]

Long Nails (real or fake) Should Be BANNED For Anyone Working In Food Services
I don't give a damn about someone's "self expression". It's disgusting and unsanitary. You know how much dirt, bacteria, and excrement get caught in people's nails? When I see people at the drive-thru or in a restaurant cooking or plating with long nails, I drive tf off. This goes for the fellas that never clip their nails too. Anyone working in food or health services (as a physician or agent administrator) should NOT be allowed to grow their finger nails out or wear those long, goofy "Lady Deathstrike" claws. If I see that sh*t, you're fired. submitted by /u/LordParasaur to r/unpopularopinion [link] [comments]

Ceiling Boxed. The MOASS is upon us. For real.
Hello beautiful apes, I have some things to share with you that I feel we need to internalize as a community. This is not hopium, and it is not FUD. This is somewhere in the middle. Giving a realistic perspective on what's actually going on. And it is important that we grasp the severity of the real situation so no one gets trapped anymore. And the real reason why MOASS is finally upon us. No hype baiting, no calls to action, no dates. Just sharing my perspective with some strong opinions, speculation, a fun story, and some pictures of charts. There are 3 sections. Section 1: Addressing today Section 2: Story / Thought Experiment Section 3: Review of charts with lessons learned. ā Let's get into it. ā Section 1: Addressing today I know today sucked. I'm mad that I was right. I was hoping it wouldn't be a rug pull. I was hoping the subtle call to action with a time sensitivity that came out of nowhere promising the moon if you do this one thing... would be true. But we need to learn from this. I posted 2 posts prior to this one saying to be skeptical about it. But because neither post went with the narrative being spun, it didn't get any traction. I tried to warn to be cautious of the options trap. My only thought was.. this looks too perfect. It has to be a trap. Because MOASS will just fucking happen.. It won't be laid out on the charts. It won't be a subtle bread crumb that we find. It won't be predictable. Someone's not going to come out of nowhere and say "GUYS LOOK AT THIS THING I FOUND IN THE CHART AND IT WILL HAPPEN ON THIS DAY AND ONLY THIS DAY BECAUSE XYZ"... It will be a sudden violent shift up. It will be a fucking Tsunami that hits everyone by surprise. It will be an asteroid in the dark. A black hole that swallows the entire financial sector and there's not a damned thing they can do to stop it. And not a damned thing any one of us, neither individually nor collectively can do to make it happen any faster. The only thing I as an individual investor can do to secure the investment that I believe in, is to buy, hold and make sure that share is in my fucking name by direct registering it. That's all. Nothing else. Options.. somebody show me one law that states MM must hedge with shares which drives a gamma squeeze? Someone show me a law that states the calls being exercised must be purchased on a lit exchange, and can not be a synthetic fake share that they internalized? BY ALL MEANS if you want to buy calls, and exercise them.. Go for it. That is your right as an investor. Make your bets. And exercise your rights if you feel inclined. But make sure those shares are DRS'd once you receive them. Because if you're exercising with the idea that it will create a gamma squeeze, that won't happen. Not when they control the whole system. This whole game, the system of rules and regulations and agencies to protect investors and the media are all controlled by them. They are created by them, for them. The call battle was lost today due to people trading options on emotions. Not logic. They used emotions to bait people into buying calls and pulled the rug from under them. NONE OF THIS IS FINANCIAL ADVICE. I AM NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR. I'M JUST AN IDIOT WHO PUSHES BUTTONS AND EATS CRAYONS AND WRITES IN CAPS SOMETIMES. If you're brand new to this game, this story will help you understand what's really going on behind the scenes and realize that the game is already won and there's nothing we can do except BUY, HODL and DRS. ā And here's why I believe that: ā Section 2: Story / Thought experiment Let's imagine a group of con artists comes up with a game. A game that they designed to make themselves money. In this game you have two teams. The group of con artists, and the suckers. In order for the con artists to make money, they need suckers to play the game. Let's call this game "The Long Con". A game that goes on forever as long as there is a sucker to play it. The game is simple. The suckers give the con artists money. And the con artists pretend they took it fairly. If some suckers realize it's rigged and move on, no big deal because as long as there are enough new suckers to entice, the game can literally be played forever. This game must appear fair, else the sucker would not play it initially. Why would you play a game that you know is rigged? So the con artists devise rules and regulations and sets up traps for the suckers. What happens if the sucker figures out the game actually is rigged? Well the sucker might consider finding loopholes in the rules of the game to create a fair advantage. The sucker might realize that if they force the con artist to play by the rules set out, the sucker turns into a winner overnight. So the con artists figure out that the suckers are on to them. At this point, what is the most logical thing for the con artist team to do? Change the fucking rules. Duh. But they can't just completely change the rules because that is basically the con artist team admitting: "We're conning you, it's all a big sham, all of us are in on it" So instead they create confusing changes and block out access to data, and PRETEND to play fair so that the suckers continue to play the game. They get their friends to dress up like the suckers to infiltrate and create confusion. They pay off the media to get the suckers to believe what they want them to believe. They play very sneaky so that they can still come out ahead. The one advantage they have over the suckers is that the suckers don't yet realize the whole fucking thing is a sham. That the truth would be so mind blowing to the average sucker, it can't possibly be the truth. If the average sucker realizes what's going on and tries to warn other suckers, the rest of them are so brainwashed to believe the game is real that they'll fight tooth and nail claiming the con artists must follow the fake rules which were created by the very same con artists... Without this illusion, the con artists could never continue the game. This illusion is what allows them to gaslight everyone. It allows them to move in the shadows the way they do. It allows them to say one thing and do another. People truly believe the con artists are at risk of things like "punishment" and "fines" and "jail time". And that's why the game can't possibly be rigged. They keep this narrative going by paying people to take the fall every once in a while. If one of them gets too greedy, they hit them with a small fine as a slap on the wrist. A joke. "Haha look we caught you. Pay $200 do not pass go. And be more careful next time. By the way, you wanna go play golf next weekend? This time we're taking YOUR private jet. Okay see you soon. Hey tell my goddaughter I love her for me." If one of the con artists in the group decides to turn on them, this gives them the perfect opportunity to show the world how "just" the system is and throw the book at them. Of course the only reason is to save themselves. So that the system as a whole continues to thrive on baiting suckers. So the secret doesn't get out. The truth behind these actions is to create a sense of trust within the game. Even if the suckers know the game is rigged to a degree, they still feel that at least some of the con artist team must be held accountable. And their portfolio is up $40k so they feel they've beaten the system. It tells them: "See suckers!! Look!! One of us fell down!! We DO bleed!! And some of you won! Keep playing the game. We're not ALL in on it, swear!!! ;)" But that random +$40k in a random sucker's account isn't "beating the system". It's a bribe. It's hush money. Because in truth, the only way to win big at this game is to know that it is rigged. And if you're making money, you're not going to want to tell anyone how exactly you're doing it in fear of the algorithm changing on you. Because if everyone knows your strategy, it's not gonna work anymore because everyone's doing it. So they'll let a few of the suckers win. In fact it's a business expense. It's an advertising cost. It draws more suckers in. Because for every sucker who wins $40k, there's another sucker who lost $80k. It's not a zero sum game. That is an illusion. If it were a zero sum game, the con artists wouldn't make any money. They'd just be exchanging and facilitating. Not hyping, baiting and rug pulling as active participants. And so the con artists realize that the suckers decided to play smart. The suckers found a loophole in the rules and hold the con artists accountable. They shine a light on the fuckery and put the con artists in a bad spot with 3 choices. ā Play fair and lose big time. Reveal that it's all a con. Restructure and figure out a way to continue the con. 1 and 2 are out because if they play fair, they lose everything. And revealing it's a con sends them to prison or starts an uprising. So for the con artist team, option number 3 is the most logical and obvious choice. Because they own the systems and servers that the game runs on, and because they own the media outlets that spin the narratives where the majority of the suckers get their information from, and because they write the laws they pretend to follow, and because they themselves are the counter-parties that are allowed to work in secret and investigate themselves, and because the suckers believe them, they can appear to be losing when in fact they're winning. What do you do when you own everything and your sucker is on to you? If you can't shake their resolve. You can't change their minds. They know they caught you red handed. They're holding on and not letting go. Somehow they're still playing the game? You use that to your advantage. In many Martial Arts, you use your opponent's energy against them. If an enemy punches you, you can grab their arm and pull them in the direction of the punch and trip them up. That's what the con artists decide to do. They spin a narrative that they're fuk. They leave breadcrumbs for the suckers to find, and reveal a bit of the game that the suckers already figured out. They make everyone think the whole game is at risk over one thing when in reality it's not. Because the rules are fake, and they own the court. The only thing at risk is everyone realizing how rigged the game is and take their ball and go home. That is what they're actually afraid of. So how can they use this to their advantage? By drawing the game out longer than expected. The suckers appear to be wise. They are a worthy opponent. The only thing the con artists can do in this situation is draw it out and make them weary. Not because they're fucked on this one glitch, but because this one glitch could show the world that everything is fake. They plan to draw it out as long as they possibly can. Pretend they're losing and giving ground slowly. The suckers think "YES! We're winning! They can't keep this up forever!! Because of the rules!!!". This keeps them at bay for a while. It makes them zen like. It makes the suckers complacent so they don't start an uprising. The suckers who caught on to the scam are finally at peace with waiting. And the rest of the suckers think it's a conspiracy. Hopefully at some point the wise suckers will lose interest or morale. But the con artists know they won't. So instead they set up traps for the suckers. They use psychology to make them give up one thing in place of a promise of a better thing. They make the game interesting. A game that you constantly lose at is no fun. So they let the suckers win every now and then. Every 90 days or so. Just to keep up appearances. This is done so that the rest of the suckers continue playing the game. The main problem is that the suckers are getting smarter, and starting to realize what's going on and did something they never expected. The pulled a move called DRS. This was put in place many years ago and they forgot to destroy it. They left it in so they could play for fun against each other but they never expected the suckers to use it. So the con artists eventually realize the game is up. At the rate and speed the suckers are waking up, it's impossible to contain it forever. At some point, they have to pay the suckers the money they're owed. They have to admit defeat on this one glitch, this one loophole, so that they can continue for generations to con everyone else. But how do they do that when the suckers won't let go? The suckers know the true value. They aren't suckers anymore, they're acting like fucking Apes. How can the con artists get rid of them? What do you do if you've exhausted every avenue? If your game file is corrupt and there's no fixing it? You start a new game. You let the apes have what they want eventually, but then you devalue what they want so that you stay in control. The con artists have to take the ball to a new court with a new currency and blame the apes for destroying the old one. But the only way you'd be able to do this is slowly. You can't do it all at once because then no one's gonna play your new game. They'll play their own games. No one wants to play with a cheater. There's a reason aim bots are banned. The only way to survive an explosion is to get away from the blast radius. And if it's a super nova, you'll need a LOT of time to get away from it. If the blast goes off before you're able to get away safely, you're done. So then now we see the true game being played here. At this point it's anyone's game. The con artists can win if they get enough time. The apes can win if the explosion happens sooner than the con artists expect. But since the apes only moves are to wait, DRS and spread the word, and the con artists control everything.. Certainly no other action the apes can do would be able to set off the explosion themselves. The con artists know this and can use this by making the apes THINK that some other action can be done to win. And this action turns out to lower the ape's account holdings and raise the con artist's. They tell the apes to buy into a call option because "Look it hurts us!!" and then pull the rug. Over. And over. And over. Slowly raising the floor to make the smart apes think they're winning and to deter any other suckers from joining in before they're able to start a new game. Because one of the ways the con artist lose is if every sucker turned into an ape and DRS everything. It's best for the con artists to work together and keep that contained until the final rug pull. I know this story is long, and seems bleak, but there is a third player we haven't mentioned yet. One the con artists are terrified of the most. The Chairman. The Chairman is a rogue agent. A hybrid. He's educated on the con artist's tactics, but is not one of them. He has power according to the fake rules. And he knows the con artist tricks. He knows it's a game of politics, he knows it's all a ruse and he knows exactly how to force them to play fair. And he has one chance to set off the explosion and beat the con artists at their own game. The Chairman can only use his move once. And if he uses it at the wrong time or prematurely, it can fail and they'll devour him. But if he pulls it off, he will be a legend among the apes. And he will be the most powerful player in the game. The Chairman knows the con artists are playing the long game. He knows if he gives them too much time, he won't be able to play his move. But he also needs time himself to make sure that the move is air tight. So that the move will work. The players who were once suckers, are now apes. And the power will shift hands to the players if the Chairman pulls it off in time. The apes just have to be patient. Trust that the Chairman has a trick up his sleeve. And not fall for any of the con artist's traps. For once the Chairman entered the game, the con artists knew they were truly fuk. And the only way they can buy enough time to make a new game, is if they get the apes to lose interest. And the only way to do that is to knock them out of the tree BEFORE the Chairman speaks. And then once and for all, when The Chairman plays his hand, the Game will Stop. ā --------------------------------- Side note: If you thought the story was a bit tin foily, I invite you to read some of my previous DD. I can't link because I'm afraid automod will delete me lol But click my profile, sort through top posts of all time and read the top 6 posts. Rolling in the Deep Dive Proof of Rolling in the Deep Dive Cellar Boxing The Loop Capital, Magic Johnson, Credit Suisse and Citadel connection Zombies AND BY THE WAY... I was the first person to come to the conclusion that Gamestop had sleeper agents on the inside. BEFORE RC kicked all those guys off. I posted the theory in the Mall Creep Bets sub and got death threats over it. The mods even made me my own flair. "Shitpost masquerading as DD" because they're compromised. I might not have gotten ALL the specifics on that theory but I was totally on to something. I speculated and turned out to be right. Just not in the exact way I thought. And if all that DD is true, then what I'm saying now, although impossible to prove, just seems like the most logical conclusion. If they allow for exemptions of rules, if they cellar box companies and the SEC knows and doesn't do shit, if the largest hedgefunds are allowed to collude to naked short and hide FTDs, if they're allowed to play zombie stocks without retail on a private side market, the only logical conclusion is that the whole fucking thing is a giant scam and these morons fucked up and got Ceiling Boxed. ------------------------------- Section 3: Review of charts with lessons learned. With that story in mind.. Look at this chart for a second. Internalize it. ā Rug pull. In the entirety of GME history, this to me is by far the worst drop. "Wait what do you mean... January was $500 to $40..." you say? I'm not talking about price action. I'm talking about strategy. Let me explain.. ā January ā This is a battle. You see the hedgies struggling to stay alive. This is the moment the suckers turned into apes. You can just feel their desperation in every candle. This is what it looks like when they're losing control. A bunch of run ups and a bunch of dips. Chaotic. It's a fucking mess. It's not slow up then fast down. It's not a rug pull. It's something that caught them by surprise and they're desperately attempting to contain it. When I look at this chart, I see: *Insert deep fake of Kenny* Now let's look at February: ā February ā Look at the difference. It's a jump up, but it's not chaotic. It's controlled in a channel. Like an impulse wave. Smooth transitions. You see this kind of thing on any stock. Jump up then correction and settle at mid point. Hedgies expected apes to fold in the 30s/40s and they thought they won. Then the jump to $200 was them paying off their can kicking with the roll overs. Apes had no fucking clue what was going on, they just knew shorts never covered and figured "Oh it's back on, this must be MOASS" and people jumped into calls again. I think it was at THIS point, hedgies knew they were fuk. Because they never expected it to go this far. This is when they decided to change the rules. They thought retail was dumb money and would have folded, and by the time they had to roll over their swaps and all that bullshit they did to can kick, they figured it would have been around 4 to 5 dollars and this jump from $40 to $200 would have been $5 to $25. But instead, apes held. The suckers didn't fall for the tricks. The suckers forced the con artists to play by the rules. And the con artists finally realized at this point what was going on and the position they were truly in. But the apes still didn't realize all the tricks the con artists had up their sleeves, and the con artists used this to their advantage. Enter March: March This I believe was a test. A controlled test. I don't believe they were at risk of "being margin called" because they're all fucking in on it. I think this was a test of a new system. A new strategy to create more suckers and a way to keep the game going just long enough to buy some time to start a new save file. Selling calls on the way up, and buying them back from paper hands. Selling puts on the way back up and buying them back from paper hands. You better fucking believe they made bank off this. This was not a move to shake paper hands from the share tree. Because nobody sold. This was a move to fuck all the calls and the puts and keep the premiums. They weren't hedging shit. Feb to March Look how controlled this is. How smoooooooth. The chart is so clearly in an up trend. You'd think "Oh shit this is it!!!! MOASS". But nope. ā Rug pull. It was a success. The con artists figured out a new way to trap the suckers. I remember the exact moment it dropped from $348.50 to $117. I rolled my eyes and said "Fuck you Kenny, this is short attack to catch all the stop losses and it's going back up". Which it was. And it did. But it never recovered from this dip. This was the last time we saw $348.50 We all thought they were being margin called and $350 is when shit gets real. When in reality, they want us to think that. What's actually going on is they're setting up bull traps for options every 90 days and making bank and throwing all the idiosyncratic risk in the FTD warehouse. Hoping they'll never have to worry about it because they're planning on starting a new game. And when I say "they" I don't mean just Shitadel, I mean all'em. Every last one of the short hedge funds and the DTCC, *insert every other 3 and 4 letter named organization* and SEC is allowing it because the SEC is just playing good cop bad cop until they can get away from the blast radius. Laying bread crumbs for apes to find. Pretending they're at risk when realistically this is just an annoyance to them. This is a glitch in their matrix. A window to their fuckery market wide. Yes they place bets between themselves and call those bets "swaps". Yes they have wars here and there among the whales. But at the end of the day they're all sitting behind the same table laughing about it like Monopoly. You can owe a player trillions in Monopoly if you just keep playing the game and letting debt pile up and the banker keeps printing more money. "Okay you get another free pass. Just pay me a little bit of interest right now." No one's really at risk because it's just pretend. We are interrupting something bigger than just one stock Enter RC: ā https://preview.redd.it/mxud86cxlf181.png?width=1026&format=png&auto=webp&s=21df23903038bf91cf9e832204015c748c2afe87 ā When RC did the share offering, he started it right before the rug pull was going to happen. He knew they're controlling it and letting it go up slowly and he lowered the price with the share offering before they got a chance to rug pull. They figured "Okay cool we don't have to short this, he did it for us" and thought he was pulling an Adam. They thought this was good for them but they didn't realize how badly they fucked up by raising the price and making the rug pull cycle so obvious. Instead of using that ammo to short it at the rug pull, they did this and spread it out longer. https://preview.redd.it/s06w12etmf181.png?width=810&format=png&auto=webp&s=9c8157b5f162f04781dc3e3fea159714b6909b3a They probably thought he was so stupid by doing that for them. Giving them more time. ā August This in August was also intentional. They just faked people out and broke some ankles. You see the green dildo, you're thinking "Okay this is it. Let's go!!! Buy calls and then buy puts because this bitch going up and straight down again." Nope. Flatlined on both sides. Expectations were up or down, not sideways. It was a sideways fake-out and they made bank on the Theta decay of far OTM YOLOs. Which leads us to right here and right now: ā https://preview.redd.it/x5lhxzqknf181.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=a6385b55fed2a50b1c100ae849703cf12e4670ce We're in the end game. Again. But this time it's for real. Time is running out on both sides of the fence. Not because marge is calling, they don't give a fuck about that. It's for a few reasons instead that we're now in the end game. Apes are smart as FUCK right now and DRS is fucking working. What I mean by "working" is that they're being boxed in. Instead of Hedgies Cellar Boxing the suckers, the Apes Ceiling Boxed the con artists. Forced their fake margins so tight that they can't hold out for too much longer without revealing the game is completely fucking rigged. And that means they'll be pulling more desperate moves. Like infiltrating and telling everyone to buy options for a rug pull. And other various shit we've yet to see. Hedgies running out of time before the game starts looking completely fake and their getaway plan fails. So they're speeding up their plans and making wilder volatility so that the options look enticing as Apes fall for the bait. Chairman running out of time to make his move because hedgies are speeding up their plans because Apes Ceiling Boxed the hedgies. It's a giant roller coaster of emotions and a series of events that intertwine which will make the most amazing movie you've ever seeen. Hedgies fucked up by letting RC get that share offering in before the rug pull. It allowed him funds to develop what ever the fuck he's developing which will change the game entirely. They thought "What the fuck is he gonna do with a billion dollars... Buy more games lol fuck off" There was no way to predict he would create a brand new stock market out of nowhere lmao how do you go from a game retailer to a crypto innovator? And hedgies realize more and more people are catching on, and so what ever is going to happen is gonna happen soon. On both sides. The infinity war has begun. Not because of options or swaps or rules or margin or what ever bullshit, but because the game is, was and always has been fake. And if they don't do something soon, the entire world will know it's fake. ā The chaotic The controlled The share offering The sideways fake-out The fucking endgame I'll leave you with this.. Study the chart looking at it from this angle. We're always looking at a few bits at a time, scrolling sideways. When you look at it in separate pictures like this, you can see something is totally different about this rug pull. It's the most violent and intense since January. June doesn't count since it was RC, not the hedgies. Notice also how the August sideways fake-out looks just like February. It's controlled. Not losing grip or fighting margin. Notice how the recent run up to 250 and then rug pull to 213 are more concentrated, violent and chaotic like January instead of slow angled runs with huge top wicks. I believe MOASS is upon us. And I have absolutely no fucking clue what that means, what it'll look like or when the peak is, or what day it'll go above $1k or $10k or $100M. This is an unprecedented, never witnessed before event. It could be a huge pre market spike to $100k or it could be a violent 6 month struggle with crazy volatility. But I do know the show has finally begun and we're done with sideways trading. Hedgies got more tricks. And RC gonna announce some shit. And the chart is gonna go nuts. Not on any specific day or week. It's going to be completely unpredictable. We could see $50 dollar days and $3k days and $100k days and $100M days and brokers might end up offering fractional option shares as part of their rug pull plan. No one can tell you what's about to happen next. The pictures tell the story better than I ever could. ā TL;DR Stop giving into hype. Buy your shit, DRS your shit, and let RC do his shit. It's gonna be fine. This post is not financial advice, it is wild speculation based on my highly medicated and retarded opinion and you should not listen to me. ā Edit: I just got notified that this post is at #22 on r/all Congrats you fuckers, you made this post go world wide and hedgies worst nightmare will come true. Remember, in the story, the only way for the con artists to lose before Chairman plays his hand is if everyone woke up all at once and DRS. Not financial advice of course. Just a story. ā Edit 2: I was invited to a Discord a few months ago and Criand and Gherk and pretty much every DD writer were in it and we'd randomly talk here and there. Never a real conversation, just you know random Discord shit. And after this post blew up they kicked me out. Take that for what it's worth. Edit 3: I gotta be honest that kind of hurt. Like I never called anyone out and specifically said they were shills. Sure I implied the possibility because everyone's possibly a shill over the internet LOL but... For some strange reason I thought some of those guys in the group were becoming my friends. I don't have a lot of friends and I don't trust many people easily, and my trust goes away quickly when someone does something shady. But these guys seemed really cool. And never had an issue with them and never said anything bad about them. But all of a sudden this post blows up and they kick me out. So I'll just have to conclude either I'M a shill. Or all of them are shills. Whoever was pushing the options narrative REALLY hated this post enough to cellar box it with down votes, and to ban me from a server for absolutely no other reason. No warning, no "Hey let's talk about it", nothing. I had expressed my concerns the whole week about options and they all fought me tooth and nail and I won every debate because at the end, they couldn't answer my questions properly and my prediction came true and theirs didn't. So...I wasn't exactly saying it before but yeah in my opinion they're all shills now because of that. Or I'm the shill. One or the other, can't be in between at this point. Because the only other reason they'd kick me out is if they thought I was the shill. But let me ask you one thing... Who's using their platform for self promo and who's not? Who's got a YouTube video link in every post and who literally doesn't give a fuck and just spits the truth? Who says things that end up not being true and moves the goal post, and who says things that seem wild and crazy but then end up being true? Who makes money off the apes exposure and attention and who sits here for hours doing this for no reward? submitted by /u/thabat to r/Superstonk [link] [comments]

Long nails are disgusting on both men and women. Fake and real included in my sentiment.
All I can think about when I see people with long nails is ew how gross, imagine all the bacteria and gunk under them constantly. As mammals we constantly shed our skin, we scratch itches, we touch our hair, we readjust ourselves and we touch everything around us, we wipe ourselves after the bathroom and there's not a chance in hell that nails that hang over the end of your finger tips would become clean with a standard hand wash. No matter how pretty designs can be on fake nails, why?! Why not do the design on your natural nails that don't unnecessarily hang over over your fingertips. Why let them get so long they develop a yellow/brown tinge to them? Dont get me started on letting these people touch food and prepare food for others it makes me want to vomit. Even wearing gloves the nails protrude beyond the end of the fingers and its disgusting, surely it would mean a greater chance of any gloves they wear tearing at the tip points. My next point...toenails, Clip them the fuck off. Do you know how grotesque it is to be in bed with someone and have your legs graze the overgrown disgusting talons you wear, seemingly without bother. I've broken up with someone over this, it was actually repulsive beyond belief. Going by the amount of nail salons I see everywhere, I'm guessing this is a very unpopular opinion. And I expect backlash over this, hate away, if you have unkempt overgrown hooves and claws, im gunna assume you're a dirty person. submitted by /u/bobbybuddha to r/unpopularopinion [link] [comments]

I hate ridiculously long fake nails.
You're in class, taking notes as the teacher is reading aloud from a textbook. You hear other students whispering, some pages ruffling, and all of a sudden, there it is.. the loud, obnoxious, gum chewing girl clacking her claws on her phone as she tweets a picture with a caption along the lines of "This is sooo me!" Why must you have nails as long as a sloths, click clacking away like a professional tap dancer trying to win the state competition? If Wolverine had a fetish, that would be it. You know, it is possible to get them at a normal, human length. And please do. submitted by /u/JosephTheFat to r/unpopularopinion [link] [comments]
