Changes to the Dermasil Glycolic Acid Toner. Which is better?
I found both of these versions in the store today- is the skinny one the new one? It seems they changed the formula up too. I think DT has been liking adding hydrogenated castor oil to new formulas. Anyone know which might be better based on ingredient list? submitted by /u/Necessary_Panic3892 to r/dollartreebeauty [link] [comments]

[Misc] My body has never been smoother!
I've been using the CeraVe salicylic acid body wash in the shower, and the La roche Posay urea cream (after every shower while skin is still damp) combined with spraying my legs with the ordinary's glycolic acid once a week, and then locking that shit in with aquaphor spray, and MY GOD. The difference is astounding. I've never had legs or arms or an ass this smooth, my husband literally can't stop feeling me up and tbh neither can I. I have strawberry legs and while this routine hasn't done much for that, I am STUNNED by the way these products have completely transformed my skin. Did everyone know about this and didn't tell me for like 30 years?! Idk but I hope if anyone else is having rough bumpy/dark areas and ingrown hairs, that this helps them. I didn't think this level of smoothness was possible for my skin! 🥳 submitted by /u/RH9494 to r/SkincareAddiction [link] [comments]

Does anyone has first hand experience with trying minimalist 8% Glycolic Acid ?
Hi, as it is clear from the title I wanna know if any one has tried the minimalist 8% glycolic acid and seen the results? Did it help in reducing the acne pigmentation and year long tan from the skin? Please share your views if you have tried. submitted by /u/Retarded_Engineer_69 to r/skincareaddictsindia [link] [comments]

Finished a bottle of The Ordinary Glycolic Acid - here’s why I repurchased
Posting a very no-nonsense take on The Ordinary Glycolic Acid. I have dry skin and get annoying flakes around my nose and mouth every winter, so I played it safe and used this only about twice a week, never daily. Over time, it actually helped - less flaking, smoother texture, and my makeup finally stopped clinging to dry patches. No instant glow, no overnight “glass skin” moment though, i finished the bottle and ended up restocking another because it did exactly what I needed it to do. Sharing in case you’re dry-skinned and a little scared of acids like i was. Curious how everyone else uses glycolic acid - face, body, or scalp? submitted by /u/Deep_Mardionberry25 to r/IndianSkincareAddicts [link] [comments]

What’s all the hype around glycolic acid?
I’ve heard some people use it under their armpits to reduce body odour – but what does everybody on here use it for? It seems to be all the rage at the moment so I’m wondering if I should get some? I don’t use a toner atm as I’ve found my skin seems to feel like it’s burning after I’ve used it (alcohol ones) but is it good for sensitive skin? What are the benefits of it? Has it made your skin significantly better? Thanks in advance 🩷💛 Edit: thank you so much for all the comments – I will go through and read them all even if I don’t reply individually!! I don’t think I’ll purchase the glycolic acid though – but I will invest in in a gentle toner 😀 submitted by /u/blackflameandcocaine to r/AusSkincare [link] [comments]

Bought TO glycolic acid toner set from their website and got this body lotion (worth 18USD) for free
First time buying from The Ordinary's website, and na-excite lang na i got a free body lotion with my order! I paid just PHP1063.88 (++free shipping) for the toner set, which I think is a steal considering how much resellers charge. Anyway, got influenced lang sa TikTok and I don't really have a routine yet. Any suggestions on how to use this? Any products I should avoid using it with? I'm planning on using it mainly on my neck and/or body in general. What do you guys think? submitted by /u/cheesebitez to r/beautytalkph [link] [comments]

Is glycolic acid good for underarms?
Been having troubles with my underarms then I stumble upon this on shopee. I just wanna ask if may gumagamit din ba neto sa kilikili nila and if effective ba? Mura lang kasi to sa shopee. I've been using the somebymi aha bha pha na cleanser for my underarms din twice a week pero nahihirapan talaga pumuti ng UA ko. So i thought maybe this toner can help. I'm also using the niacinamide gel cream ng luxe organics. submitted by /u/awkward_couchpotato to r/skincarephilippines [link] [comments]

How to use Glycolic Acid 7% exfoliating toner
As the title suggests, I want to use a glycolic acid toner for exfoliation twice a week. I feel like my face needs exfoliation at least twice weekly, as it tends to look dull. Skin type: Oily Would the following routine work for my PM skincare? Cleanser > Glycolic Acid Toner > Moisturizer do i need to rinse my face with water 10 mins after applying the glycolic acid toner or should I just seal it in with a moisturizer afterwards? Also, are there any other products I should use along with this to get better results? submitted by /u/GeologistIcy4136 to r/IndianSkincareAddicts [link] [comments]

Korean skincare has completely changed my skin 🧖♀️
First photo was today and the second photo was seven months ago… I can’t believe the difference!! AM cleanse: Youth to the People Superfood Cleanser PM cleanse: Double cleanse with Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil and Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing foam Skin flood with: SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule SKINFOOD Rice Brightening Toner Rhode Glazing Milk Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner Fragrance Free Numbuzin No. 3 Super Glowing Essence Toner AM moisturizer: Physiogel Calming Relief Facial Cream PM moisturizer: Physiogel + La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 Sunscreen: Elta MD UV Lotion 30+ 1-2 times a week exfoliation: The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Bonus: Topicals Lip Salve.. thank me later The products that have made the most noticeable difference to me are the Anua cleansing foam, Rhode Glazing Milk ( I know, I was surprised too), and Numbuzin! Still new with the Haruharu, but really liking it so far, wouldn’t rebuy the Skinfood rice toner. With that being said, I saw major results once I started skin flooding, that was the biggest game changer for me.. and consistency is key!! Is there anything I should be adding to my routine? submitted by /u/stickynovella to r/koreanskincare [link] [comments]

glycolic acid before tret changed the game for me
After over a year of struggling to find a tret routine that worked for me, I think I finally figured it out! Without fail I would peel from tret, but it seems to have stopped since adding glycolic acid toner as a step in my routine. I saw another user post about this a few months back and am SO thankful. Here’s my full routine… double cleanse hydrating toner pad (let face dry before step 3) use the back of the hydrating toner pad with glycolic acid toner from the ordinary ialuset pure hyaluronic acid cream (purchased online from the french pharmacy) any good moisturizer tretinoin 0.25% LRP cicaplast submitted by /u/MuchCar2777 to r/tretinoin [link] [comments]
