Govee outdoor lights — power adapter won't fit UK weatherproof socket
Just bought the Govee Smart Outdoor S14 Bulb String Lights 2 (H702A) and ran into a frustrating issue. The cable from the power plug exits from the top, so when plugged in it prevents the weatherproof cover on my outdoor socket from closing. Govee support have been helpful and offered a refund, but confirmed they don't offer an alternative adapter. Has anyone else hit this problem with Govee (or similar smart outdoor lights)? And if so, did you find work-around or an alternative quality product that would work with this setup (which I would consider fairly typical)?
