Hair growth progress
July 2025- Now I cut my long hair to my shoulders to deal with breakage from too much protein and olaplex, My hair was super dry and brittle. I’ve been growing it out since then and had two trims in between cutting about 1-2 inches off and adding long layers. I’ve been using the Kerastase gloss line (shampoo, conditioner and hair oil) and prioritizing not using heat and hydration with 100% cold pressed argan oil from the ordinary. I try to avoid products with anything that says “repairing” or has protein. I still struggle with dryness in my hair and some hair fall which I think is due to hormonal/ thyroid/ autoimmune issues. What do you guys think? Is this progress good? What else could I be doing? submitted by /u/Salty-Excuse8742 to r/finehair [link] [comments]

23F. Rosemary Essential Oil + Amla shots saved my hair.
I had been facing severe hair fall/thinning/shedding. It's still not completely fixed given my high stress levels, bad eating habits, zero exercising and the like but I've seen 70-80% improvement, thanks to the following two routines: Amla shots for controlling hair falling out: I've been doing this since around a month. Took me around 2 weeks to see the effects. My hairfall has gone down by two-thirds. I take around 7-8 amlas, grate them, extract juice using a basic strainer, store it in a glass container in the fridge. I take 2 spoons of it daily in lukewarm water after lunch. It stays fresh for around 10 days before its taste starts to change and this is why I just make a small batch. My extraction process is not the most optimal but it works for me at the moment. There are definitely alternative ways available in detail on YouTube. Rosemary Essential Oil for new hair growth: I could go on and on about this. It has made me feel so good about myself. I've experienced new hair growth in again, 2 weeks. Baby hair became visible on the temples, behind the ears, on the frontal hair line, bottom of the hair. My head is getting full of hair and I can feel the volume improving with each application. And the new hair start reaching the length till my ears in around 20-25 days. I started out with 2-3 drops of the essential oil in around 6-7 spoons of carrier oil. Initially, I used to keep the oil for an hour before washing it off. Now, I put anywhere between 8-10 drops in 7-8 spoons of carrier oil. I also keep the oil applied overnight now and wash my hair the following morning. I massage it well into my roots for 10-15 minutes and put it in a loose braid. My carrier oil currently is coconut oil but I'm soon going to try almond oil. My hair was shoulder length, it's nearly reaching my waistline now. If it worked for me i.e. someone who has a very very messed up lifestyle, I think it could benefit a lot of people. submitted by /u/issokay_01 to r/indianhaircareaddicts [link] [comments]

Why does Emma wear a wig? Why did she ask for hair oil?
Is there something I'm missing about her? Like does she have some sort of hair growth disorder? Does she really hate styling her hair? She seems like a relatively pretty young lady. What am I missing? The wig doesn't suit her. **Posting here now because apparently it's a low effort post on the other sub even though it was getting upvotes/discussion 🙄 submitted by /u/alexthagreat98 to r/90DayFianceFans [link] [comments]

MSM saved my hair! (Long read-2 year growth)
Image 1: Taken December 2023 - damaged by bleaching and over manipulation, at one point my whole head was bleached blonde and I did this for yearsssss 😭 Images 2,3 & 4: Taken March 4th 2026 - healthy and growing Just wanted to share some success I have had with my hair growth and keeping it healthy and hope some of these tips can also help others! Little back story: I had long hair as child but when I became a teenager and had free reign over my hair, naturally I bleached it, coloured it, straightened it, had an undercut shave and over manipulated it right up to my early 20s. In 2023 I decided to take the health of my hair seriously, I’m now in my late 20s and this is my progress so far. Yesterday I decided to blow dry my hair and give it a trim, I trimmed off 1 inch, because I had some fairy knots and split ends, My aim was waist length by then end of 2025, which I did achieve but I have now cut 1 inch off. 2024: Aim was to gradually trim the bleached and damaged hair throughout the year, I kept it in mini twist the whole year, washing once a month and deep conditioning once a month. In this time I was taking MSM, silica, rosemary oil and using a head massage helmet. 2025: 90% of bleached and damaged hair was trimmed off and gone, still taking MSM, silica and using rosemary oil, also added Mary Ruth hair growth supplement. I also switched from mini twist to 6-7 canrows/cornwors . I unfortunately had a 6 month set back due to mental health, in this time I was not taking any supplements or using rosemary, my hair was shedding, thinning, breaking and I had a lot of fairy knots which set me back 3-4 inches of achievable hair growth. I did a light trim in September. 2026: I started using MSM and silica again, I also added collagen powder (which does wonders for skin), stopped using rosemary oil (I can’t handle the smell anymore and stained pillows), fell off of using the head massager, currently I have no bleached ends, curls are healthy (3C), thickness has returned, minimal shedding, trimmed 1 inch off of the remaining split ends and fairy knots from the 6 month set back and now ready for my next goal of hip length (hair probably would of been a lot longer if I never had that set back 😭 but we move) I now currently leave my hair in 2 pig tail braids as a protective style because I noticed leaving my hair in canrows/cornrows for long periods also made my hair break and fall out (the braids were not tight either) , also started blowdrying my hair before protective styling just to reduce breakage, I find when my hair is in a stretched state there’s less breakage and fairy knots (in 2024/2025 I would just wash, apply hair cream and butter and braid it wet) Main things I did that helped: MSM is the main supplement that helped my hair. When I take it my hair is thick, strong, minimal shedding, grows quicker and I am able to retain length, but once I stop my hair goes thin, feels stringy, shed a lot and the growth slows down. My hair seems to benifit from the extra sulfur intake. MSM is my number 1 supplement! Silica is the second main supplement that helped my hair, it strengthens hair shaft, improves nutrient delivery and increases thickness, I use it mainly to support MSM (for me silica on its own doesn’t perform anything like MSM) collagen ( now using marine collagen pill form) is the third main supplement that helped my hair, it helps with scalp health and additionally helped me with acne break outs. I noticed taking this I can keep braids in my hair for months without my scalp getting itchy, before collagen my scalp would be itchy by week 2, but now my scalp doesn’t itch at all. In my 6 month set back I had not washed my hair for 2 months and it did not itch (just to mention I did still occasionally take the collagen powder since I kept it near my water bottles and I’d just put a scoop in my water). It also stopped acne break outs and improved my skin, whenever I stop taking it acne breakouts come back and my skin is congested again. Apart from those 3 supplements, keeping my hair in protective styles and wearing Vpart wigs if I go out, wearing a bonnet 24/7 in the house and not touching my hair until wash day, also helped with retaining length. I also made my own hair butter that I’ll use once a week to to keep my hair moisturised. I hope this helps anyone who is struggling with length retention! submitted by /u/waitdollars2 to r/Naturalhair [link] [comments]

Curious about new wild growth oil…
I was just wondering has anybody tried this new wild growth oil? I haven’t been able to find much reviews on it. So I’m assuming that it’s just something that came out. I haven’t even seen it in any of the hair stores either. I’m wanting to try it. Google says it’s more stronger for quicker hair growth but I know we can’t always trust google. My hair exactly one month apart. Is this not crazy growth. Like my hair is on crack.
I’m been doing a very detailed hair regime. Which includes my own hair - growth oil/ scalp stimulation upside down the night before wash day - homemade hair mask every other week or once a month (cardi’s hair mask or banana, egg, oil of choice, honey) - deep condition every wash day if I don’t do a homemade mask - using a dandruff shampoo and letting it sit for 5 minutes to prevent flakes - ouai detox shampoo - moisturize shampoo by the manuka honey line of shea moisture or the Alma oil line - then styling with shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil leave in - the doux sexy curls mouse in twist - take it down and where it for a week and do it again submitted by /u/autttiej to r/blackladies [link] [comments]

My One-Month Hair Growth Journey <333
LONG POST INCOMING. I'm so happy to share my one-month progress! I recently commented on a Hair thread here last month about how I was losing SO MUCH hair. Aside from having trichotillomania (hair-pulling), I was shedding so so so bad din. Yung tipong kikilos lang ako, tapos may buhok na malalaglag. Much worse kapag hair washing day. Tapos grabe na nga yung buhok na naipon sa shower drain, mas grabe pa kapag susuklayin ko na at patutuyuin. I recently also got a digital perm, which I think made things worse (my bad 😭🙏). As you can see in the pic, sobrang kapal talaga nung tumpok ng buhok na naiipon (this is while combing + drying na), kaysa sa shedding ko kanina June 7th and I am so so so happy 😭🤸♀️🕺 kung kaya ko lang tumambling, tatambling-tambling talaga ako Although the suggestions I got sa thread were diet, managing stress, and hormone-focused, I still think I did pretty well over the past few weeks by using these products. DISCLAIMER: I'M NOT SURE THESE PRODUCTS NGA TALAGA YUNG NAGPA-LESSEN NG HAIR FALL, pero I didn't do or take anything else naman din. And I do sincerely love these products a lot and would continue to use them even if I'm not shedding as much na. Here are a list of the products I've been using for the past month and new practices I've been taking: Shampoo and conditioner from Tsubaki. Someone commented kasi sa thread na I should use paraben-free shampoo (AMEN THANK U THANK U FOR YOUR COMMENT 🙇♀️). Thankfully, I already have these from my last ShippingCart parcel from Japan. Di ko pa nabubuksan yung bottles at the time, pero nung nakita ko yung comment and found na Tsubaki's shampoo is paraben-free, I opened it na and started using immediately ✨ Scent is SOOOO GOOD BTW. A technique I also have been doing during hair-wash days, upside down ako naghuhugas ng buhok tapos nakakapit talaga ako sa kanila 😭 "bawal may malaglag sa inyo, stay put lang kayo jan!!!" AND IT WORKS. SUPER KONTI NG BUHOK SA DRAIN Med:all Scalp Strengthening Essence and Intensive Hair Oil Serum. Binili ko yung naka-bundle sa orange app nung time na super panicked na talaga ako sa hair fall. I kept seeing Med:all reviews online, so I gave it a try. Let me just say, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Essence one (yung spray). I spray it on my entire scalp everyday, morning and night, and I really like how it has a cooling effect. Hindi rin siya greasy!! Yung serum tho ang greasy and I use it less hahaha I put it sa ends ng hair kasi di ko talaga matiis pag nalalagyan ng mamantikang bagay-bagay ang aking anit Live Silk Keratin Hair Essence. Ito yung pinabili sakin sa T&J Salon nung nagpa-perm ako. It maintains my curls (ata) Kerastase Gloss Absolu Anti-Frizz Glaze Milk. I bought it from the Kerastase store on Lazada. Pricey but I definitely love this spray!! SOBRANG BANGO. And I like using it as a heat protectant. Kasi after spraying, I start blow-drying na (need kasi talaga i-blowdry para di buhaghag yung curls huhuhu) so buti na lang may protection &honey Deep Moist Hair Oil. Also bought directly from Japan via ShippingCart!! I love the scent so so so much. Pinaka-last step ng hair care routine ko, I just apply a teeny bit sa ends ng hair. Vitamin D supplements. I also read na baka vitamin-deficiency rin ang cause ng hair fall, so I took vitamin D. Now now, I am not sure na nakatulong nga talaga ito. Pero I already AM vitamin D-deficient na kasi, nag-stop lang ako from taking them before (kasi tinamad ako). So I just started taking them again. And, well, idk if it helped really, just thought I should mention it here cos it is something new that I did the past month 🤩 Pero sabi sa comment thread, perhaps u can try selenium din daw! but of course, consult a doctor first or at least do PROPER EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ABOUT IT COS IDK DIN NAMAN im just repeating what i was told sa Hair thread Eating more veggies. Sounds lame, sounds like "jusko, duh" pero honestly 😭 fixing your diet DOES work. For a lot of problems. I also haven't been hair-pulling. Trichotillomania is a very difficult mental health illness and I'm not comfortable talking about it lalo na kasi more than 15 years na kong meron nito. Ngayon ko lang siya finally na-lessen since nag-panic nga ako sa hair fall ko. Still not fully cured tho but i dont wanna talk about that That's all and I just wanted to share my experience 🥹 Again, I'm not sure that these products worked, and will work for you as well. Pero since I saw amazing results, I'm gonna continue using them!! For girlies experiencing hair fall right now, kapit lang!!! Also, repeating what they told me sa comment thread, consult a doctor 🗣️ submitted by /u/Fluffy-Site6359 to r/beautytalkph [link] [comments]

has anyone ACTUALLY seen hair growth by using certain products?
My hair is very thin and fine and it bothers me how you can often see my scalp, i want to grow it more and i’ve tried indian hair oils which seem to really help but i don’t do it consistently enough so i was wondering if there’s any other products where you guys have really seen a difference in your hair submitted by /u/Able_Comedian_6900 to r/finethinhair [link] [comments]

A year of hair growth can make a big difference lol
First picture is Jan 26, 2024. It’s funny because I remember around that time feeling like my hair had really slowed down growing… clearly not! The first photo was taken a few months after I discovered that after 2 years of thinking I’d lost my curls, I actually hadn’t, I just wasn’t caring for them. When my hair was short I just washed it with shampoo, got out, combed it and let it air dry, so no surprise looking back that my hair wasn’t happy. Flash forward to now (second photo), I trimmed my bangs a couple times and have down one solid at-home haircut, but otherwise this is a year later. Enjoying long hair for the first time in my entire life, and just this month finally nailed the routine that works for me: shampoo and condition once a week, leave in conditioner applied with hands then combed through my hair, apply mousse, brush style with denman brush in 3 sections, scrunch in light gel, heat protectant hover diffuse on high heat, low power, diffuse roots, cup diffuse, air dry for a bit, scrunch out, shake out roots with head upside down, apply hair oil with “praying hands”, done! Products: Shampoo & conditioner - Neutogena healthy scalp hydro boost Leave in conditioner - Tgin Green Tea Super Moist (Amazon) Mousse - Marc Anthony strictly curls curl enhancing foam Gel - Noughty hey curl scrunching jelly Heat protectant - Aussie miracle repair high-temp Diffuser - some conair one (not great but it does the job) Hair oil - morracanoil treatment submitted by /u/Altruistic-Machine49 to r/curlyhair [link] [comments]

I’ve spent nearly 3 years testing different herbs for hair growth. Here’s what actually works and what doesn’t
Have been dealing with hair thinning for the better part of the decade now. I’ve spent the vast majority of it trying remedies and plant-based solutions. Everything from hearsay to ancient wisdom. Over time, at least from my own personal experience, I have isolated what truly works and what doesn’t. My take of the best and worst remedies I’ve tried over a 3-year horizon (bear with the long post, have tried to make it as detailed as possible). 1. Simple Rosemary oil (4/10) How long did I use it, and method: I used rosemary oil consistently for about 6 months. I diluted 5-7 drops of rosemary essential oil into a tablespoon of almond oil and massaged it into my scalp twice a week. I left it on for 1-2 hours before washing my hair with a mild shampoo. Other variables: Moved to a new country. Might have led to changes in water quality (only for the better!). Where I was originally staying the water was hard. Effectiveness: Little to negligible change (if at all). Still lost hair, but the silver lining is the rate of hair loss didn’t increase. Helped with scalp moisturization. Just about helped with hygiene and maintenance. Research: there is a controversial paper online that compares its effects to minoxidil, but the jury is still out on this. 2. Rosemary + Castor Oil (5/10) How long did I use it, and method: Got influenced online (by some hairfluencer) and added castor oil to the above mix. Used for about 3-4 months. I mixed equal parts rosemary oil and cold-pressed castor oil, massaging it into my scalp twice a week. Pro-tip: castor oil is super thick which makes a tricky application, so I warmed the mixture slightly before use. Other variables: Started trying to get in shape + reduced sugar significantly in my diet. New climate also dried my scalp pretty quick, so castor kind of worked okay for me on that front. Effectiveness: My hair definitely appeared shinier, but there wasn’t any regrowth. Hair loss remained the same. Castor oil is a problem to get out of the hair and requires serious double/triple shampooing. Became too cumbersome after a point and the rewards did not justify the effort. Research: Nothing conclusive on castor oil. Only heuristic evidence. 3. My mum’s DIY mask with a mix of herbs (Amla, Fenugreek, Hibiscus) (7/10) How long did I use it, and method: I entered my DIY phase (thanks to my mother, since I moved back in with her). For about 5 months, I experimented with weekly DIY masks. Basically was a paste made from amla and hibiscus powders mixed with fenugreek seed water (I soaked the seeds overnight). I applied this to my scalp and hair for 1-2 hours before rinsing it off. Other variables: During this time, I dealt with hard water again, which made rinsing out the masks a nightmare! I was back home temporarily, and stress was little higher than usual. Food might have lacked some proteins that I would usually access previously. Effectiveness: Quite decent! And also felt so satisfying to make. Effects were passable – made my hair felt soft, manageable, and glossy. Despite the hard water, saw visible reduction in hair loss. No change in hair density or growth. Somehow the effort of preparing and applying these masks weekly wasn’t justified (sorry mum!) but I still use them monthly, Research: My mum’s ancient wisdom, which I dare not challenge. 4. Larch extracts - Redensyl (7/10) How long did I use it, and method: I used a Redensyl-based serum for 3 months, applying it every night before bed. I gently massaged a few drops into my scalp, focusing on thinning areas. Other variables: I was traveling frequently during this period, so my routine wasn’t always consistent. Despite this, I managed to apply the serum most nights. My diet had improved. Added significant amount of protein to my diet. Effectiveness: Things get interesting. Within 2 months I saw that shedding had reduced, which was encouraging. Nothing too dramatic on hair growth. But hair loss had reduced significantly by month 3, enough to take it as a serious contender. Research: Interesting articles, which claim it could be as good as or even better than Minoxidil (I don’t trust research entirely nowadays, you never know what is backed by lobbies) 5. (Larch extract) Redensyl + (Turmeric) Capilia Longa (9/10) How long did I use it, and method: Upgraded my previous serum to include turmeric extracts. I’ve been using this combo for over a year now, and it’s become a staple in my routine. I apply this serum every night and follow up with a gentle scalp massage. Other variables: I also consulted an ayurveda expert during this time and made wholesale changes to my lifestyle which definitely must have played a part here. Few key things - adjusted to the circadian rhythm. Quit a hectic job, moved to work from home. Woke up early (to take in the sun), slept early as soon as it turned dark. Started doing yoga to get more blood flow to the scalp. Regular meditation could have reduced cortisol levels significantly. Effectiveness: I think by month 5 or 6 my hair loss had nearly stopped. Saw improvement in regrowth for the first time in my life around this time—thicker, darker hair in thinning areas like temples. Even where there were thinning patches (on my crown) the density has increased. Big breakthrough for me. Continue to use this in my regime. Research: Capilia Longa, too, has Clinical studies have show effectivenes of around 90%. 6. Eclipta Alba + Licorice Root + Castor Oil (9/10) How long did I use it, and method: I’ve been using this alongside the serum in a oiling routine 2X a week for past 6 months. Initially used a simple bhringraj (eclipta alba) oil but switched to ready-made ayurvedic blend for convenience. Other variables: Same as above. Use gentle shampoos to wash this off. Effectiveness: High (but in tandem with the serum) + Lifestyle changes. My hair is nearly back to similar thickness as it was 3 years back. Hair oiling is a good way to meditate as well, while calming the scalp which also helps to reduce cortisol levels Research: Nothing too concrete, some publications about effects on Male Albino Rats. submitted by /u/DrawerConscious6798 to r/herbalism [link] [comments]

Can we settle once and for all what the best oil for hair growth and thickness is?
I’ve been trying to get thicker hair and I’m currently on spiro, oral minoxidil, and nutrifol. I will be taking collagen powder supplements and to finish the series, trying to add an oil. Doing some research, I see people recommend argan, castor, coconut, rosemary, jojoba. I’m so confused. What is most effective? Do you think I’m overdoing it? submitted by /u/phoenixunikorn to r/30PlusSkinCare [link] [comments]

Just feeling proud of my hair growth and health journey.
So maybe a long ramble but I the first pic is from May 2022, the second from January 2023, the third is from October 2023 and the last is July 2024. Not sure if this is average hair growth but my growth was super slow for ages. And now it feels back to normal. I was experiencing hair fall and thinning for ages so decided to chop my hair to get it feeling thicker. This worked for a bit but ultimately the hair fall kept happening. Finally I took myself to the doctor and a simple blood test gave me all my answeres. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and now finally I could get treated. My hair thinning stopped as soon as I started medication. I was so obsessed with the curly girl method and thinking I was going crazy and the damage and hair fall was heat and processing when really it was a literal thyroid dysfunction. But it was also a kick up the bum to stop the heat and carelessness. I started being careful about what was going on my hair and in my body. I stated taking a multivitamin everyday and it has become an important part of my routine. I hair oil once a week with rosemary oil mixed with castor, almond and jojoba. I wash with either aussie miracle moist shampoo and conditioner watermans grow me shampoo and conditioner alberto balsam shampoo and conditioner nizarol ketoconazole shampoo I used to be silicone and sulphate free but now I switch it up and change it depending on what my hair wants. I style with boots own brand curl creme and wella shockwaves mousse, then diffuse or airdry. And most importantly I practice all the coping mechanisms that work for me to keep my stress down. I try eat enough protein but I try stay kind to myself. If I'm having a bad hair day - that's fine. For those of us on a curly hair journey - your hair is beautiful no matter what! To be honest my hair is a lot thinner than it used to be and I don't know if I'll ever get the density back but I'm learning to love my curls and whatever mess they give me. submitted by /u/shambonobo to r/curlyhair [link] [comments]

Do oils actually help with hair growth or is it just a placebo effect?
I ask this question after I’ve literally just doused my scalp in “hair growth oil”. I feel like everyone and every company sells some kind of oil that’s supposed to provide magical hair growth, increase hair thickness, stop alopecia, end global warming, end world hunger etc… I’m not saying oils are bad because I use them but do they actually work or are we just conditioned to believe that they do. We start using an oil and our hair grows out after a couple weeks and we say “Yes this oil works!” then go on to recommend it to our friends and family. Then they might try it and say it doesn’t work BUT it worked for you so who’s wrong🤷🏾♂️. Marketing is a huge thing in the natural hair community. Let’s be honest most of us are desperate to have long hair (myself included🙋🏾♂️) we see different oils being advertised, we check the reviews, one person says it grew their hair a million inches overnight, we pull that credit card out and the cycle continues. This post is not saying you should stop using oils, do what works for you! I just want to have this discussion: 1. Do we actually need to oil and grease our scalps to help promote hair growth? 2. Can the scalp absorb oils that have been placed on it? 3. Are there better alternatives to oiling the scalp? Let’s face it we spend thousands a year on products trying to achieve that dream length because these companies know just what to do and say to get our money. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, use oils if they are working for you. submitted by /u/Crow-op to r/Naturalhair [link] [comments]

What's the deal with hair oiling? Does it actually work?
Ok, so I see all this content online singing high praises to hair oiling. How it helps improve density, grow your hair longer, helps the health of your hair, etc etc Specifically, they use hair oil on their scalp and ends as a pre-wash treatment. Is there any research out there on the topic, supporting all these claims?? I personally hair oiled consistently for about three months and my own experience was inconclusive. I started to notice a lot of frizz around my crown area, but I'm not certain whether it's new growth, breakage, or just random frizz. I also feel like sometimes it makes my hair look shinier and healthier after washing, and sometimes I feel like my hair looks dry and dull, like I didn't wash it all out (even though I shampoo twice) or like the oil occluded any moisturizing ingredients in my wash day routine. So I feel conflicted on it. For reference, I used the Fable and Mane Pre-Wash Scalp Oil. One pro is that it does smell good though lol submitted by /u/redpanda96_ to r/HaircareScience [link] [comments]

Hair oiling trend needs to come with more warnings
I partook in the hair oiling trend for a period of 3 months oiling weekly followed by a deep cleanse of my scalp, etc. I never had poor hair health my hair was always on the thinner end but I had a lot of it. I decided to start oiling as a way to get a healthier scalp and more hair growth. I felt that I followed steps as detailed as described and began the hair shedding stages which were always claimed to be expected. Well, the hair shedding never stopped. I started to notice EXTREME hair fallout after washing my hair and continued hair fall throughout the day. I eventually took a photo of the back of my scalp and noticed how much hair fallout had actually occurred now that I could directly see my scalp. I immediately stopped the oiling and have seen a huge reduction in hair fallout, like it’s shocking. I know there are other horror stories with similar experiences so I’m just posting this as a warning to others, do not follow these oiling trends, it’s not a solution for everyone and those with more sensitive scalps should stay away from it completely. Signed, a girl who is now on Nutrafol and Vegamour scalp serum in hopes of getting my hair back to where it was 3 months ago 😭 Edit: I listed this in my original post but since I’m getting some comments on the matter, this is a personal experience and I’ve posted to warn others who may also be going through a similar situation. As I’ve noted, oiling is not for everyone, it does, however, work for some. The trend confuses people to think that it works for everyone without the proper warnings. As for what oil I used - 100% pure rosemary oil diluted with Argan oil submitted by /u/Sudden-Ad4013 to r/beauty [link] [comments]

Does castor oil really grow your hair?
I've been looking into it, despite no scientific evidence for it people swear up and down that it helps grow their hair. Does anyone have any experience with it? I'm 4c. submitted by /u/Spirit-S65 to r/Naturalhair [link] [comments]
