I have a bit of that. While I can tell differences between people, noticing hairstyles and voices really make it much easier. If everyone would just wear the same clothes every day, it would really help me! I don't know who hated Courteney Cox on this set but they did her so dirty. There were so many ways to make Dexter look young (like a different actor) and this whack ass wig was not it. The wig they slapped on Woody at the end of Venom was hilariously bad and the upgrade in the sequel wasn't much better.
