YES! Love it so much. Because of the price, we only have 1 but it is by far our comfiest sleep sack we have. We have a couple of Kyte Baby ones too but always look for our gunamuna one at bedtime. Loved the material so much that we ended up buying a blanket as well... Its held up in the wash well and just get comfier with each wash.

I tried a blanket but he kept throwing it off and getting cold. He started sleeping much better when we moved back to a sleep sack. I ordered a kyte baby dupe— bubble panda on Amazon. It is amazingly soft. & honestly more soft than our kyte baby brand blanket.

CMPA Velcro Baby Can’t Sleep
Has anyone else had a velcro baby that can’t sleep independently? My 6 month old has slept through the night ONCE which was the day before his tongue and lip tie revision. He also has CMPA and is on breastmilk exclusively. Because of this, he was held pretty much my entire maternity leave. For the past 3 months now he’s been waking around 6 times per night. He will only sleep independently for 30-40 minutes then we cosleep so I can at least sleep for a chunk of time. I’m getting between 4-5 broken hours of sleep a night. I am tired. We also have 2 other kids but they are great sleepers. Every time I try to let him cry and self soothe he just screams and it sounds like his “I’m in pain” scream that still haunts me from when I was on mat leave and before we figured out he had dairy issues. I’ve tried so many sleep sacks- dreamland, zip a dee, magic merlin suit, kyte, etc. What do I do to get sleep? Where do we go from here? He has shaken my confidence as a mother so much. submitted by /u/heather1242 to r/sleeptrain [link] [comments]

Favorite sleep sacks for bed sharing? How’s woolino?
Hey folks, been bed sharing since 4 months (7 mo now) and usually have the babe in footed long sleeve Jammies and a kyte sleep sack. I’m looking to get the next size up bc my baby is big, and am thinking of getting the ones with the feet free. Our house is drafty, in winter and spring, and hot in summer. Baby has been feeling chilly lately though. Am considering the woolino - any thoughts? Thank you! submitted by /u/Illustrious-Bat-4582 to r/cosleeping [link] [comments]

Sleep Sack recommendations
My daughter was a snoo baby, when we transitioned her to the crib we continued to use the sleepea comforter sleep sack with her arms out for consistency purposes. She has done really well with them, we also have a halo and kyte sleep sack she does ok with but tends to wake up more the nights she’s wearing them (typically she sleeps through the night) She’s now starting to out grow the largest size sleepea and we are looking for other options. I like the comforter sleepea because we slept with our room cooler, now that she is in her own room in a different area of the house she has her own heating/cooling system so we could go with something lighter but I almost think the “weight” of the comforter seems to help her? I’ve heard good things about woolino but wonder if the material is thinner/doesn’t have the weight that’s why she wakes up with the kyte and halos. submitted by /u/Bubbly_Whereas_2210 to r/Buyingforbaby [link] [comments]

Stopped Swaddling & Baby doesn’t sleep… help!
My 12 week old started rolling consistently from belly to back at 11 weeks so we dropped the swaddle and transitioned him to the sleep sack. (He was in Kyte Baby swaddler sleep sack and we removed the Velcro swaddle piece). He has always been a fairly decent sleeper with at most 1-2 night wakes , but just before he started rolling he was sleeping a good 7-8 hour uninterrupted stretch at night. The first 2 nights out of the swaddle weren’t too bad. He slept 4 hours 45 minutes before waking which was better than expected. However, it has been hell nights 3, 4, & 5. He is waking up every 2-3 hours. He has not done this since he was 4 weeks old. I try not to get him until he is actually crying not just stirring around. I’ve tried to rock him to sleep which sometimes is successful but then he wakes 30 minutes to an hour later and cries until fed. Sometimes he won’t calm with rocking and will be sucking on my shoulder and crying until I feed him. We put him down in the bassinet still awake at the start of the night and he is able to put himself to sleep. I am at a total loss of the need for him to feed 2-4 times a night when he was previously sleeping through the nights. And it seems to be getting worse instead of better with the longest sleep stretch being 3 hours. Nothing else has changed in his daily routine except being out of the swaddle. Will this get better over time or is this his new normal? Please help! submitted by /u/otfgirl96 to r/NewParents [link] [comments]

Sleep sack fit - they all seem too big?
Hi there, i've been trying to transition my 3 month old into a sleep sack. He's been in an arms out swaddle for the past few weeks. I've ordered several different sleep sacks (in the correct size based on his height and weight), but they all seem too big around the neck and arm holes and I'm worried about suffocation risk. Am I being too paranoid? Is there a brand that has adjustable neck and arm holes or runs on the smaller size? My LO has a pretty big head for his age too, so I'm surprised by the neckline riding up. So far I've tried Burts bees, kyte baby, and halo. I have a woolino on ice but that one feels too big and heavy for this age. submitted by /u/mackenziedoyle02 to r/NewParents [link] [comments]

6 week old baby- Ac at 72 degrees.. sleep sack or not?
Hi baby was sleeping in a love to dream swaddle with just a diaper under but started showing signs of rolling and we decided to remove it. For past couple nights baby has just been sleeping with the footed onesie but I’m wondering if I should add the sleep sack.. I found a 1.0 tog Bamboo one from kyte baby and a .5 tog cotton one from halo. If I decided to incorporate the swaddle I would use a modal fabric onesie long sleeve which is lighter than the cotton one. He has been sleeping terribly the past couple days Wakes up to feed but will not go back to sleep for a while after. Also air seems to hit pretty close to where he sleeps when it turns on. I have such a fear of overheating so ive been really skeptical.. would love feedback of what’s worked for you or what youd recommend. Transitioning out and Into Sleep Sack
SOS! My 17 week old (13 weeks adjusted) woke EIGHT times last night. Previously he was waking once a night in the snoo. We put him in the Merlin in the snoo last week, then turned motion off two days later, then transferred to the crib the next day. All of that went fine. We switched to a Kyte baby sack on Saturday night and it didn’t go super well, so I put him in the Merlin again last night. 8 times! 8!!! What happened? Going from one wake to eight is rocking my world. I only go in, shush, and give the paci as he’s not sleep trained and I feed once I know he’s hungry. I’m tempted to put him back in the snoo, but we were going to try and do gentle sleep training soon. Give me your thoughts!!! submitted by /u/bl217 to r/SnooLife [link] [comments]

Woolino Sleep Sack and Cold Natured Baby
Does anyone have the Woolino 4 Seasons sack and a baby that runs cold? How do you dress them underneath and what temperature do you keep it at? Our girl is 30% and runs very cold at night. She is currently sleeping in the Love to Dream 3.5 TOG sleep suit with a Kyte 1.0 TOG sack over top along with long sleeve footie pajamas. If the room dips anywhere below 67 she is awake and not happy. Our house doesn’t have the best insulation so even when we keep the thermostat at 68, it can still hit at or below 66 in her room. I’ve never heard of a baby needing so many layers. submitted by /u/MichaellaOnolie to r/NewParents [link] [comments]

Bamboo sleep sacks [ab]
I need some help with sleep sacks. We have Kyte Baby ones in 1.0 and 2.5 tog, a 1.0 tog Kyte Baby blanket and Gunamuna sleep sacks. All of them have started out super nice and fluffy and now they’ve eventually all gotten very flat and thin feeling. The Gunamuna ones are also now lumpy. We wash them in cold water by themselves or with other bamboo items only, delicate cycle, and always lay flat to dry. I’m at such a loss at what’s going wrong here. Is this a thing? No one else I ask seems to have this problem. Any advice? submitted by /u/nikkinorrie to r/BabyBumpsCanada [link] [comments]

Sleep sack for walkers
This may be a stupid question but I’m debating whether or not to get my 17 month old one of those sleep sacks with legs or just continuing using a standard bag style. He’s in a toddler bed and I can hear his regular sleep sacks ripping inside when he tries to walk around in them. I’ve seen people selling those Kyte or Gunamuna walker sleep sacks secondhand but I have one big question. How are you keeping baby’s feet warm in these? Are socks/footie pajamas really enough? My toddler moves too much for a blanket to work and I’d like to try these but can’t tell if they’re not actually that great in practice. FTM finding a sleep sack: kyte bay seems loose?
TLDR; baby gets arm suck in pjs/sleep sack and is rolling. Picking a sleep sack and not sure if kyte baby is safe on the neckline, but armholes seem good. This is a bit long winded bc I am a ftm with a lot of anxiety around my baby’s sleep (temperature, clothes, etc)! My 4 month old has started to roll in the day but not at night yet. We stopped swaddling her a while back and she’s done fine in a love to dream transition swaddle without wings attached, but she has outgrown it. The size up has pretty big armholes. This is a problem because she has started pulling her arm out of her sleeve and into her jammies. Part of her self soothing is to get that loose sleeve and put it over her eyes, but sometimes she is getting stuck. One time her arm got all the way stuck into a sleep sack (random Amazon) that we were trying. I am trying to find a good sleep sack that has small enough arm holes that she can’t pull her arm in as well as a tight neckline. The other tricky thing is she is tall and skinny for her age. I have her in a small kyte baby sleep sack and it seems good…but loose on the neckline. She meets the requirements for this sack, but when I test the neckline it CAN go above her mouth and nose, but I do have to pull it. With a small tug it “snaps” back and covers her chin and mouth partly with space between her skin and the fabric. The videos by kyte baby show theirs “snapping” back to the chest, but they aren’t pulling as hard and they don’t pull on the seem, but just below. Idk if I’m overthinking or if it’s loose. I don’t want it to be a risk of suffocation! Edit: I do have an owlet which helps peace of mind but still worried about the fit submitted by /u/GrapefruitMaiden to r/NewParents [link] [comments]

Sleep sacks & swaddles — what’s worked best for your little one?
Hey everyone! My baby boy is 7 weeks old and we’ve been through what feels like every kind of swaddle and sleep sack out there. He’s a strong little guy — constantly flailing his arms and fighting to get out of a swaddle — but at the same time, I feel like he actually sleeps better when he’s wrapped up. We live in New England, so nights are starting to get a little chillier. I keep our apartment around 71–73°F, so I’ve been looking at 1.0 TOG sleep sacks. I’m kind of stuck between brands right now: KYTE seems to be super popular and highly recommended. Halo is another I’ve used and liked because I can still swaddle his arms down, but he’s starting to do some naps with his arms out and I’d love to start transitioning away from full swaddles soon. I’ve also been eyeing Quince — I love their stuff in general, and they make sleeping bags that look amazing, but I haven’t seen as many reviews from parents with younger babies. Right now he’s breastfed and in the thick of cluster feeding, waking every 1.5 hours overnight. I know some of that is just normal for this age, but if there’s a magical sleep sack out there that helped your baby start sleeping longer stretches, I am all ears. So — what worked best for your little one around this age? Did you find a sleep sack or swaddle that made a noticeable difference once you started transitioning arms-out? submitted by /u/DebtAffectionate1197 to r/NewParents [link] [comments]

Adult sleep sacks… which brand is best?
Hi! I am a mom to a newborn who bedshares about 50% of the time. We practice safe sleep 7, bought a new mattress during my pregnancy specifically for cosleeping, and our setup feels pretty safe except for one thing… blankets. My partner and I have separate blankets, and mine is a lightweight, somewhat breathable cotton material. The first few weeks I kept it down by my knees, and that worked perfectly- until it started getting colder at night and I started waking up with it pulled up higher, sometimes even to baby’s chest! I’ve decided it’s time to invest in a sleep sack for myself (baby sleeps in a Woolino ultimate sleep bag) and was hoping to get a few opinions on which brand is best. I’ve seen the Kyte, Slumbersac, and a few others, but I would really love to hear from people who have actually bought one and love it (or hate it!) submitted by /u/carollinepark to r/cosleeping [link] [comments]

How to dress a December newborn warmly enough for sleep in an Alberta winter? Did I screw up with the sleep sacks I bought? [ab]
My baby is due in mid-December in Alberta, and a few months ago Kyte swaddle sleep sacks were on sale at West Coast Kids. My friend who had her baby boy in March swore by them, loving the velcro swaddle part that can come off and the sack can still be used when the baby is no longer swaddled, and convinced me to pick up two. However, I have now done more research on TOG ratings and realize that in a room that is 18-20 (which my house is overnight), a 2.5 TOG sleep sack + sleeper + short-sleeved onesie is recommended; the Kyte ones are only 1.0 TOG and I can't even find 2.5 TOG ones by that brand and I really wanted ones that have the ability to swaddle. What does everyone use for newborns born in the heart of winter? Are there any good swaddle sleep sacks that are 2.5 TOG or do you swaddle on top of a sleep sack, I'm a FTM so not sure how any of this really works. Thanks in advance :) submitted by /u/sockedfeet to r/BabyBumpsCanada [link] [comments]

I’m currently on the lookout for a good sleep sack or sleep bag for my baby and would love to hear what’s worked for you.
