Has anyone given their LO melatonin? We have our 2 year old appointment next week and that is on my list to talk to the Dr about. My LO used to sleep well, but now his sleep is awful. I believe he is having night terrors and doesn’t sleep unless he’s holding onto my neck. Just looking to see other people’s experience.

Studies show that giving a child melatonin can be detrimental to brain processes over time. Your brain naturally produces melatonin and taking melatonin can mess that up. I would say it isn’t something to use on a child.
